5 star auction. The staff and customer base are all great to meet. Bring a truck because you wont believe the deals you can get. I intended on buying 1 or 2 items and walked away with 11 boxes.

Lots of items for sale each week. It’s a family run business. Go check it out. The items are much cheaper than you would find at the store. Every week they have something different and unique.

No one ever seems to answer the phone. No one never seems to respond to emails. I was stuck with a full load

Great Auction place. The goods here have been getting worse since I first started coming here (years ago). However, there are still a few good pieces to find here. You just need to find the diamond in the ruff here.

Doug does a great job of making the auction fast and fun! Everyone from the cashier to the door check, understands their roles and work seamlessly together! Always excited about the great deals and finds afterward!

Okay- I put my things up for auction here.1. They told me over the phone that they had 2,000-10,000 people in and out on the day of auction. There were maybe 40 people there at any given time during the auction- not quite the exposure I was promised.2. They claimed they sold EVERYTHING at EVERY auction. When I went to pick up my check, they did not bother to mention that not everything sold. I found out by walking through the auction and seeing my stuff.3. I brought in some boxes with more valuable items, which they said they would remove from the boxes to be sold individually. This never happened. The boxes were sold as unit with all the contents. One box had 6 brand new wifi routers in their boxes and mint condition 1950s clock radio. I received $1 for this box.When I saw what I got for my items and decided to pull my remaining items from the auction, the owner said he would never deal with This [expletive] (me) again. Great Customer Service. Yeah Right.

Ive Charged my cell phone many nights here. Also there is an unlocked spigot out front which is exactly what a homeless girl needs for showering and such. I have even shown up over there during business hours and charged my phone. All the employees just smiled and said hi to me. A couple times I fell asleep there which they didnt seem to mind my presence there at all... Very compassionate and just plain nice people that work here.Thank you A1 Auction.

I called over a month ago and offered them the opportunity to auction a lot of my to unused furniture, wine racks,pictures etc, They indicated they would send someone to my house to look at it. They made more than several commitments to come to my house and never showed up or called. No longer waiting for someone because now they do not return my telephone calls.

Have found wonderful items there over the years. Great place for a bargain.

Good people run this place and they have great selection each week

The staff was helpful and the building was clean. I made some successful bids and was happy with my buys and the price was great. I will be back.

Ive only experienced this auction as a buyer. Other than the fees getting out of hand, ive always found it to be an entertaining auction. i find doug to be humorous and efficient at selling stuff.

Ive dealt with auction galleries all across the country - everything from box lots of buttons to Pala period statues. This place, content-wise, isnt maybe so much on the high high end of things but Im happy to pick through looking for value. Two reasons: 1) theyre absolutely honest and I really appreciate that. 2) Excellent customer service. Want to support that too. Those two qualities make this an auction house worth dealing with - even if you dont find anything, its the kind of people I want to support in business. And actually Ive gotten some absolutely great deals here. Highly recommended.

The owner of the auction throws the items around and is very rude. I have come here for months but within the last few months it has gone downhill. The owner is rude. Myself and my 5 friends will not be returning. If you want to see how an auction is not supposed to be ran check out A1. Smashing my nuts with a hammer would have been a better experience.

We are from out of town and drove around 30 miles from where we were staying to preview their evening auction and see how things ran on the morning auction. It was the strangest auction we ever saw and we have been to auctions all over the country, the auctioneer was rude and mouthy to the bidders and he threw stuff, and kept threatening to end the auction due to lack of people (around 30) which he finally did. There were things that we wanted in the evening auction but due to the attitude of the auctioneer and being told by many people that he might end the evening auction at any time depending on his mood we decided not to go back. They also charge 18 percent.

Doug does a good job.sometimes he gets good stuff other times just boxes of junk.

Great place to find almost everything

Was there last week, and I felt the staff was unfriendly and sorta rude/snobbish. Dont think they really are concerned of what people think of them. Just move here a month ago. I dont think Ill be back. They also have their favorites you can tell....
