Nice store in downtown Phoenix but a little pricey

In that clothing and shoe shop, I bought my lovely dress. I love all of the things I bought here, truly. They were of elevated quality. For the price, it was quite sensible. Oh, thank you!

Shopping nice variety vintage clothes

The employees were so nice, outgoing, and helpful. The clothes are so gorgeous and in style! They have hilarious birthday cards, insightful books, and other decorative artifacts. The only downer is the high prices. Other than that, youve found yourself a wonderful store! 😁

Staff is friendly and helpful. Store was neat with 3 levels, and is accessible by elevator as well. Parking is a pain, since you have to pay by the hour to shop, but thats downtown Phoenix. Visited in a Sunday and it was pretty quiet even though they were having a sale, but the garage on the street just west of this location is located perfectly and recommend parking there and using the stairs to the street level door and then going east--boom youre there.

Most of the staff was kind, one employee in particular was very rude to me and my mom when I was asking a simple question about the 40% off sale. I had grabbed a sweater that was near the 40% sign, I assumed it was 40% off since the sign was directly above the sweaters. I simply asked the kind gentleman who was checking me out if the sweater was on sale and then he said no it wasnt, then the other employee cut in saying Theres a sign right there saying how much the sweater costs she had said it in the most rude and disrespectful manner, that was an act of poor customer service on her end, on top of that she was staring at me and my mom the entire time we were trying to shop to the point it made me uncomfortable. If I would have caught the employees name, I would have asked to report her to her manager immediately. Though, the rest of the staff, yes was kind. Wont be back to this store again.

This is a pretty typical Urban Outfitters, but just a bit smaller.... I am so happy they added one downtown though! If youre looking for funky things to wear or for your dorm or apartment check here. Last time I was here I got some cool hot pink lights for my bedroom on clearance for like $4.00 and some really cute clearance shirts. Great sale racks but not the friendliest staff Ive seen. =/

One of the only places to buy clothes downtown phoenix. It is a chain store that has popular styles for skinny people--or those that want to look like they are in a grunge magazine. Clothes are more expensive here than other locations due to being in downtown. Good place to hang around to get out of the Phoenix heat if you are in downtown.

Urban Outfitters always has the clothing I need to stand out, and great employees.

I enjoy the location BUT the prices.. no. Its not accessible to people of different prices brackets. Its uban clothes at a $$$$ price range. 60-75 per dress. Also the employees really think theyre being slick about following people around to see if theyre stealing. I was followed by the male manage and it made me offended and uncomfortable because I had every intention of paying for my products. If youre financially well off and like a downtown LA/ NY look youll enjoy it here. Theyre actually stuffed with edgy clothes and accessories that are very unique and statement pieces.

This store saved my shoe life on the way to a big christmas soiree!!! Thank god for their manager! Their girl is an OG and it must have been a xmas miracle bc people dont open their doors to you anymore. My high heel completely broke coming down the stairwell of chase. And in formal wear! All the shops in downtown closed after 8. Someone pointed out urban to us so we went and knocked on the window. One of the associates called up for a manager after showing him my sad shoe thru the window. She came down and unlocked the doors and got me a new pair of shoes!! She was the sweetest and so nice and kind of her!! I will never forget that woman!

Employees were very rude. Firstly, when I asked an employee where a specific pair of jeans were she pointed in the direction to where the item was at, instead of walking over and showing me where they were. She could have easily directed me because there was absolutely no one in the store, instead the employees where standing around talking to each other. Secondly, I called ahead of time and asked about parking, in which they stated they validate parking free up to 2 hrs. However, when I go up to register and asked employee to validate my parking she said I had to purchase something. Not once did they mention that on the phone. I would honestly drive all the way to Scottsdale just so I never have to return to this Urban Outfitters again. Horrible customer service.
