Great customer service, reasonable prices, AND they get the job done right!!!! Unlike many shops they dont try to milk you for every penny possible then do a poor job with repairs, installs, etc. They take the time to figure out what is needed, communicate exactly what should/will be done & what it will cost so you can make an informed decision. They get everything done quickly too!! Ill definitely be back!

Absolute garbage customer service. When they installed my amplifier to my truck they caused all my parking lights to malfunction costing me $400 in damages. I talked to the manager there name will . He didnt want to take responsibility of damaging my lights. Their technicians look like they came out of a halfway house So Be aware of them short circuiting your electronics. because they wont admit to any damages that they do. These are my before and after pictures of my lights. They were working absolutely fine before I drove in there.

I love this place. They installed my speakers and installed a key fob for my Tahoe. The service was great, the people were great and I could not ask for a better place to get my speakers installed.

I was calling all over town looking for a place to buy an alarm and have it installed. I was getting quotes any where from $250 - $400 plus extra for the parts and labor for a basic alarm. I place was $600. So I started Googling stereo shops and Sound Image came up. I remember seeing this place as a kid and always busy. Now I know why. Great prices friendly staff and quick service. I paid far half of what some other places quoted. Lets just say basic alarm no remote start or anything fancy and the install for way below $250. I am happy with the work and service and I will be returning to have speakers and an amp installed by them. You need to get there early cuz they is BUSY!! Thanks guys see you in a few months!

Unfortunately we were not there to make a purchase but had to pull into the parking because of a trailer issue. One of the employees came out to offer help and was incredibly nice. He was able to help me fix our problem and we were on our way. It was amazing to have someone be kind and helpful and ask for nothing, though I offered to pay. He insisted on helping and was grateful to do so. Thank you Sound Image for coming to the rescue!! I will most definitely come there should I want to purchase a care stereo.

I called them for a quote to wire install a camera. I got there 15 minutes after they opened and it was super busy but they still got my camera connected that same day. I think my total was around $250. The area is pretty rough but nothing I’m not used to and the people were very nice. Definitely going back for future services.

Will and the guys are some of the best guys around. They wont try to push their product on you if you have your own stuff. They are also one of the only places that deal with luxury vehicles most other places will not touch Mercedes and range rovers. Moved here from St Louis with St Louis equipment and the heat was too much for my equipment they diagnosed the problem instantly I called my sound shop back in St Louis they agreed and they said those guys really know their stuff.

I was a walk in no appointment had front speakers blown out. I was not sure which speakers would work good in my truck took a gamble on there recommendation They gave me a great deal on some kickers and installed it. Great sound, better that what I had before, in and out professionally installed highly recommend these guys. I drove in from New Mexico seen they were open now I’ll be back for my next upgrades.

I bought a dual din Kenwood from Amazon, took it to them to install into my 2004 Escalade. They had all the parts to make it look fantastic, they even had the parts to make my steering wheel controls and integrated Bose amp work. They even installed a backup cam for way less than I expected. The whole job was done for less that I expected and way quicker than I expected. They did a VERY good job.

Depends who you talk to. first guy sent me away said they dont work in bikes. came back 2 weeks later the boss showed me how 2 do it and would not charge .

Couple of years ago I took my wifes chevy cobalt to get a amp n speakers I already had installed everything was good until it started sorting out the battery... Ill give them the benefit of the doubt years later I take my 2017 hyundai accent to have my JL Audio amp sub combo put in. Everything was coo for about 3 weeks then my amp/ sub shorted out because they installed the amp power wire inside the medal clamps by the back seat. So every time my back passenger door closed it was rubbing the metal clamps until it cut it n touched ground. So now Im out $500 system because no one knows to to install. I called for replacement but I cant get any answers so I gave up. Spend the money to have it done right.

I had a blown 6 1/2 subwoofer in the front drivers side door of my 2017 Lincoln MKZ. I called & they said bring it in, even though I didnt have an appointment & they were very busy already. I had a quality speaker, professionally installed within an hour. I asked if I should replace the other ones, just begging to spend more & he advised, dont waste your money as long as the others are still working. Very ethical, on top of great service & price. Im not going anywhere else for my car audio needs. 5 stars is not enough. 💯

These guys are great! I have been doing business with Will and Sal for over 3 years now. They are straight shooters and stand behind their work! Their prices are great and they are quick. I cannot give them enough praise!I highly doubt the scenario that Nickolas described ever happened the way he described it; I say this because I know 1st hand that they do not make appointments. That was probably the third parties doing. Secondly these guys are brutally honest! I watched the owner call his wife and say something to her that 99% of men out in world would lie about and he didnt! Also the only guys that sit behind the computer are the owners and neither of them are going to follow a customer outside to yell at them. If either of them had a good reason to yell at a customer they would do it from where they were sitting. Throw you out if your being a jerk; yes they would throw you out. But not follow you out if you are leaving on your own accord. They would say bye and go on about their business.If you want a fair deal from some very ethical guys; go here!

Great place. Good deals on stereo and alarms. Bathroom available. Wait time was average considering we didnt have an appointment. Viper alarms, Kicker speakers and more. I highly recommend.

I left 1 star, only because it wont let me leave 0. If you have a choice, I would go elsewhere. They installed something in my car, and the very next day my my key doesnt want to come out of the ignition, and my steering wheel wont lock. A week later I cant get the key out at all. I call, they say bring it in well fix it free of charge. Instead they lied, said its a coincidence that it my problem began the day he worked on it. Nothing we can do I dont believe in coincidences, and I dont do business with dishonest people, or dishonest businesses.

Very impressed and pleased with service. Needed a new car radio. They had a good selection, great prices and no-hassle assistance. I laughed when they said theyd install and have us out in 20 minutes since they were working on other cars. Sure enough, 15 minutes later they were finished and one of the salesmen were showing me the controls for the new radio. Awesome experience! Highly recommended!
