Excellent product. We had five kitchen cabinet that were deep, and lower cabinets. As a result, we were not fully utilizing the space on the shelves — especially the bottom shelves. These shelves slide very nicely and easily, and are great for the price. You can get shelves that fully slide out, or just a 3/4 slide out. My one “negative” is that if you are not handy — and I am definitely not — these are not anywhere near as simple to install as the video makes it seem. My advice would be to have the Company measure and install them for you. After my time-consuming — and ultimately failed — efforts to install, Travis came out and installed all five sliding shelves perfectly in 1/2 hour. He was friendly, courteous and very, very efficient. All in all, we are now completely satisfied.

We received our slide out shelves in a timely manner, as promised & I completed our kitchen remodel after 6 long grueling months. Im proud of myself for taking on such a huge diy project & I am just as proud of my beautiful pull- out shelving that we added in every lower cabinet, pantry & upper cabinetry. I can now reach items that I was unable to ever reach before. I highly recommend this company! US made & excellent quality!! No complaints.

Ive ordered from both Slide-A-Shelf and Shelves That Slide, and Im hoping my perspective will be helpful for others.First off, Shelves that Slide is the winner. If youre just looking for that answer, you can stop reading here. That said, let me break down my experiences:Customer service: Individual experiences may vary, and Im not trying to talk negatively about companies that are trying to do a good job, which I think both companies are. That said, Shelves That Slide (STS) made it easy to order from them. Slide-A-Shelf (SAS) has created a system that makes it less expensive and faster for the consumer if they order from either Home Depot or Amazon. Id rather deal directly with a company if theyre good. For both companies, I reached out with questions. With STS, I was impressed that Steve was prompt in his replies and seemed to know who I was. The only way I was able to get SAS on the phone was to leave a message and wait for them to call me back. Now, to be fair, Covid-19 probably means lots of companies are testing the limits of their customer service and manufacturing teams. Still, I have a strong impression that if I ran into the same issue with both companies, Id be better supported by STS.Quality: My SAS shelves both had a gap on the front left side, but no issue on the right side. My STS were uniformly constructed with the same precision at each joint. The SAS shelves have a piece of wood in front, the STS shelves dont. While it might look nicer, it forces you to mount the shelf deeper, which means you lose just a little bit of length in how far out you can open the shelf. (The rails are the same length)The STS shelves are flat, the SAS shelves are lower in the front, raise slightly, and are higher in the back. Its a nominal difference, but you can tell them apart based on this. The STS shelves are less glossy, the SAS shelves seem to have more polyurethane on them. The STS and SAS materials and designs seem pretty similar. Based on some frustrations with the sizing and manufacturing quality of the SAS drawers, I havent tried to install them, Id like to return them. I am very happy with how straight forward the installation process of the STS drawers were, how well they work, and my wife and I have gone back and ordered what we need to finish putting them on each of the pantry cabinet shelves.Im a big fan of Shelves That Slide, and if youre on the fence, order one or two, make sure you know what you need, and then order the rest once youve got the confidence in the measurements and installation. Theyre exactly what we were looking for, and Im glad we ordered them.

My wife and I had previously gotten estimates from 2 other companies. One we were not impressed with and the other wanted, I kid you not, $10,000 for 15 shelves. I contacted Shelves that Slide and Wayne came out the next day and gave us an estimate of $1,308.62. Same materials and slides as our 10k guy. Wayne scheduled our installation. Almost 2 months out. Wayne came and did the installation about 4 hours. Very professional. Great work and quality. My wife loves them. This guy is great. Make sure to give him a good tip. He works his butt off.

Shelves-That-Slide ReviewWe Highly recommend Shelves-That-Slide. Steve is the owner of the Arizona Franchise that we used. He came highly recommended by two people. However, the installer that the two people knew of had, unbeknown to them, moved out of state. The installer we had made some mistakes. Without going into detail, Steve jumped to immediate action. He reversed charges we had already paid stating he did not want payment from us until all was completed to our satisfaction. He corrected the errors made by the installer and also, in fairness, compensated us by reducing the balance due.In today’s day-and-age, business owners walk away from these types of issues, or they try to point fingers at the customer or somewhere else. Steve never did that. He assumed responsibility immediately. It’s for this reason, we want to give Shelves-That-Slide a good review. They sell quality products and the functionality of the pull-out-shelves are exceptional.

My niece saw this guys car and inquired as to the owner of it. It had shelves for drawers painted all over it. She hired him to do her shelves and I was so impressed. Took me a year to save up the money but I finally got my shelves. They are beautiful and fantastic. I love them. Wayne McElrsth was our salesman and installer. He was meticulous about the installation and had to solve many problems with my cabinets. Really out of square and I wanted a large drawer and he cut the center board and attached it to one of the doors and it looks great. He was very patient and explained everything to us. So glad we found this company and Wayne. Thank you. Will reccomend you to all I talk to!

An excellent product for the money. We bought a house in June and wanted to add pullout shelving to the base cabinets in the kitchen and master bath - we ended up ordering fifteen pullout shelves in total. Since we live in the Phoenix metroplex, the company included professional installation with our order. The technician arrived promptly on time and measured the cabinets. It took about three weeks to construct the shelves and then the same technician returned to install them. We are very happy with the results. Our shelves cost us about $49 each (installed). Its been over six months now and these shelves are a real back saver - we can easily reach those pots and pans way in the back on the bottom shelves now. These shelves are guaranteed for life - should anything go wrong, all we have to do is make a phone call and theyll send out a technician to make it right.I cant comment as to their mail order business. I know that some people have had problems ordering shelves off the internet - but I believe that this is mainly due to customers incorrectly measuring their cabinets. The website provides detailed information on how to measure a cabinet for pullout shelves - but some people just cant follow instructions no matter what (myself included).I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting pullout shelving.
