Great quality work and product! They were able to customize a tall double oven cabinet to fit a single speed oven. Went the extra mile when the installer filled the hole with a functional drawers instead of dummy doors!

I went to the J&K showroom and fell in love with J&K Cabinets and knew I wouldnt settle for anything else ( I wanted quality that would last) J&K do not sell directly to the public but they were kind enough to send me to Rodney (Cardinal Cabinets) which was very conveniently located about a mile away. he made us a beautiful layout and recommended somethings I didnt even think of. The price for the quality of cabinets was great! As I said I did my homework and I shopped around and Rodney by far had the best pricing for J&K cabinets. The installer (joe) did a great job and was professional and respectful of our space. I couldnt be more pleased with the outcome and would happily refer them to anyone!

Good cabinets, Jose is a great installer. BUT Rodney is a chronic liar when it comes to delivery. It took SIX WEEKS of him dodging phone calls, making promises of delivery then not showing up, and finally cobbling something together to correct an error HE made in the first place. Find someone more honest and reliable.

I received exactly what i ordered and the cabinets are beautiful. Even though there was a miscommunitcation Rodney made it right with it being no problem. Would highly recommend. Great quality and great prices!

The selection and install process was pretty smooth and quick. However, our cabinets were installed with a couple of defects and errors. I have called and emailed Rodney and spoken to him several times over the last few months but he keeps telling me that they are busy and will get to it...this is frustrating and I’m embarrassed that I’ve recommended him to several friends.

Cardinal Cabinets installed all of our new cabinetry in each bathroom, our kitchen center island, and our family room entertainment center. I ordered three cabinets for a bathroom vanity. All three came in earlier than expected and in perfect shape. I installed them myself without any issue. Very happy and would use them again if I had a cabinet need.

Would not recommend. Unfriendly customer service and ultimately not happy with the process. In our opinion we ended up with an incomplete install, as Rodney screamed at us over the phone, and refused to get us the extra parts we needed and were willing to pay for. We tried sourcing parts directly from J&K, as Rodney decided to end the business communication, but they wanted to charge $120 for a 10 foot piece of 3/4 molding. We ended up finding a comparable part at Home Depot for $2.50. If you decide to do business with this company, make sure you get a complete scope of work in writing, because services you think you paid for can turn into conveniences to him that he can walk away from at any time.

The new cabinets and counters look great! As with any good size projects (kitchen and two bathrooms), there were a couple of hiccups, but they were easily and professionally resolved.

Consumer Beware this company is not licensed with the Register of Contractors. Or a member of the BBB. He uses his brothers license which will do you no good. Had to fire Rodney and bring a company to fix what was described by an inspector as a poor high school woodworking classes is 1st project. Bid was $24,000.00 it took the other company $6000.00 dollars worth of work to make it right. Rodney tells you something you will know it is false. He can not keep a commitment, missed 6 deadlines. His brother Clints company is Desert Sky Surfaces. He would not take responsibility till it was to late. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR FIND ANOTHER CABINET COMPANY DO NOT PUT YOUR SELF OR FAMILY THRU AN EXPERIENCE FROM HELL!!!
