I go here for everything relating to my Nissan frontier. A little pricey, but I know Im getting the correct parts and best service everytime. 170,000 miles and still going strong.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Midway Nissan is not transparent with their customers. Floor sale reps go back and forth with the manager to try and negotiate a deal. I came close to signing a contract with them for a used car at a really high APR which is understandable due to my credit history but I was offered a WAY better deal at Toyota. When I told the gentleman that was helping me that I wasn’t going to go through with the sale he said okay let me just tell my manager. As the rep and manager were coming out of his office you could tell he wasn’t pleased from just the tone of his voice. The manager very unprofessionally proceeded to tell me that he guarantees me that there is no way that Toyota could ever give me a better deal then what he was offering me especially with a credit like mine. He then proceeded to called a friend of his that supposedly works for Toyota and asked him what he could offer me with a credit like mine. His aggressive attitude is very unprofessional and overall just very disgusting. His aggressive tactics to try and make customers feel humiliated and or scared isn’t okay, someone really needs to put him in his place before that dealership keeps losing money because of his nasty behavior. This dealership has a lot of potential in the hands of someone sincere.Oh and by the way Miguel I drove off the lot in a NEW 2021 Toyota Corolla with a WAY lower APR and way lower payments then what you were trying to offer me! I want to thank you, thank you for being so unprofessional! I wouldn’t be in such an amazing car if it wasn’t for you!

Kyle was great to work with. The diagnostic was $140 but it was very thorough and let’s me see what all work needs to get done on my Nissan Xterra. I didn’t go through with any major repairs because of the cost but the environment was very professional and friendly that I will likely bring it here for those major repairs in the near future.

So shady!!!!!! I had a pre approval, and agreement on price. After running my credit and sending the deal to finance they changed their mind about the price because the manager didn’t know what they were into the truck when they agreed on the price. Here is a text from the sales person...I apologize I asked my assistant manager and he said we could do 27k for the truck he didn’t realize the truck has been here to long and we are loosing money at the online price. We can do the online price and your payment is $536 a month my boss said we can get you the 4.07 for 60 months for the full amount.

Unfortunately I was unable to purchase today because of my credit but I will definitely be back. Aj helped talk me through the features of the car and worked so hard to find me the best deal. Will definitely be back to work with Aj and if you ever come here he should be your top choice to work with.

I inquired about a car with this dealer. Their sales rep was flaky and never got back to me for several days. About 2 weeks later they called to ask if I ever traded in my car or I was still looking to purchase. I explained I found a different dealer who took very good care of me - CAMELBACK KIA - and we ended our call, but not before they explained they were doing a 200.00 referral bonus and to tell my friends to come to their dealership. Im thinking, whyyyyy would I do that? Im sending EVERYONE I know to Kia, but I just said thank you and ended the call. Today I get another call from Nissan asking if I was helped. I explained that I had already been contacted and the woman on the phone SNAPPED at me saying this was her first time calling. I attempted to explain that maybe it wasnt her, but that they had definitely already called me and asked about this, but she was so busy being RUDE AF and talking over me that I didnt even get a word in, then she proceeds to HANG UP ON ME.This place is a JOKE. Do yourself a favor and go to Camelback KIA. Theyre awesome and I love me new 2020 KIA Sportage!!!!

Save yourself some time and drive to another service department, trust me. Dropped truck off at 10am for service. Never received a call back. Left tons of messages, no return call. Hope the truck is enjoying her sleep over. Ridiculous customer service.

Worst experience ever. They wasted my time, energy and money. They allowed me to drive off the lot with a 2018 Chevy Malibu just to call me a week later to come in sign the papers and be on my marry way. Waited more then 30 mins to sign papersnow its 2 hours in at the dealership, to having them tell me I cant have the Malibu anymore. At this point I was frustrated and angry. I was told to call back by head manager in a month or so, so we can further discuss options because my time was wasted and as a customer and first time buyer I AM NOT SATISFIED HOW THIS WAS HANDLED.
