Very helpful and friendly staff but they let you shop in peace. This establishment is always very organized and clean. They have fantastic buy one get 1/2 off deals and we do not buy our shoes anywhere else since we found Rack Room.

I visited the store in Anthem, AZ (Anthem Outlets) yesterday. There were 3 women working and no customers in the store. There was no greeting when we walked in. We were in the store for at least 20 min. No one came to help or check on us. The store was messy, dirty, unorganized and not stocked. When we left, the 3 women “working” were all standing at the cash register. No one said good bye or anything. Poor customer service in a dirty store!

Good place to find a variety of footwear. Dint know the lady staff but she was pretty helpful.

Great selection and prices. Shelby the sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been going here almost 10 years now. I make an extra effort to go here instead of Chandler outlets. I highly recommend. Great savings and coupons and BOGO!

Great prices and a pretty decent range. Managed to pick up some work appropriate flats, as well as a couple pairs of kids shoes without breaking the bank. Best for kids and people who arent looking for specific brands or styles - not always the widest selection, but the prices more than make up for that.

Great for women/terrible for men

This is a wonderful place to buy new shoes. I was able to buy 2 new pair of leather shoes for under $100. And thats including a pair of work boots with steel tipped toes. Great selection, good prices, and a pretty well laid out store. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to buy a new pair of shoes.

Great store/ employees are helpful & very friendly

First time in this store and will probably be my last. Although the store was clean and had plenty of shoes to look at, there was not a sole in sight. Nobody greeting customers as they came in and nobody at the register for people checking out.
