Loved a pair of shoes but what they have in the store is it! Fortunately they have attentive staff and they were able to order in a pair, to the store or direct to my home, free delivery! Store discount still applies even if you have to order. Great experience and I could get what I wanted after all!

They had one boot in my size and couldnt find the other but ordered them to be delivered to my house. Im excited. Those boots are sexy!

Great experience! Found the exact shoes I was looking for after searching through many others. The selection is incomparable. Had a couple employees ask if I was finding everything okay, but never felt rushed. They do a BOGO half off deal.

It was very clean and none of the staff followed me around or kept asking me if I need help.

Decent selection and the floor staff is helpful but I was reaching for change in my pocket and the woman at the register told me she couldnt accept it because she already keyed in my bills and claimed they count the specific kinds of change they have left so she was forced to give me 99 cents in change that I didnt want (I asked twice to only be given quarters and she kept counting out exact change as I firmly declined all the pennies and nickels) this sounds entirely made up because I have Never encountered this but if this is some absurd kafka-esque corporate policy uhhh I recommend changing it?

I went today to exchange some work shoes my parents bought me and found some very cool Chuck Taylors in clearance and got some socks and a nice foam insert. Yvette was really nice and helpful and so was the other guy, dreads, didnt get name. I will definitely be back, thanks!

I had to buy 7 pairs of the exact same shoes for 7 girls that are the damas for my daughter’s Quinceanera. Obviously they all wear different sizes and that particular shoe and color is very popular for this time of year so the store did not have all the shoes in stock. Jackie the store manager was extremely helpful by contacting all the other store locations(including out of state stores) and asked them if they had the sizes I needed and got them shipped to us. Prior to her getting them shipped, she was very helpful in making sure to communicate with the rest of the staff to expect the mother’s of the girls to come in and try on the sizes that fit them (in different colors). Their sizes were written down with each of their names, and after all sizes were confirmed, Jackie made sure when the their shoes arrived to put them in the back with each of the girls names until I came in to pay for them. The shoes were on sale, plus they had a BOGO deal (buy one, get one half off) and I got $15 off per $100 I spent for being a member. So I had a huge savings. It was great all of the staff were on the same page with us. There was a small issue where one of the boxes said size 7, but when we got them home there was a size 6 and a 6.5. Luckily the store had the correct size 7 and we easily exchanged it. A big thank you to Jackie, Maria, Hailey and Marlen for making this very easy for me. The shoes are beautiful and I’m truly grateful for your help!

I found that they had a wide variety of shoes, socks, and a nice variety of other accessories. Right now, they have a BOGO event for sandals and a select section of other shoes. They have a Clearance section in the very back of the store. Happy Hunting!

Horrible customer service.

Prices are reasonable and the people that worked there are very helpful. I like that they will order a sized that they do not have and them shipped to the store or my home.The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it takes so long for the order to come in with no option of having them expedited. I would have definitely paid for express shipping. Please consider making this an option in the future.

A great store and a very professional staff. Eric was super helpful; he evaluated my feet and my gait and knew exactly what shoes and orthotics to get me. If you are on your feet all day and need a good pair of shoes this is the place to go.
