I struggled a bit with writing this review. I absolutely love the online component of 4WP but this Phoenix office is overworked and understaffed. Nobody called me when my parts were in, nobody called me when my truck was done, the wheel offset is noticeably different on the back tires, they didnt give back the perfectly good shocks they said they would give back, when you call you get put on hold for up to 15 minutes at which time you get hung up on and you have to start again, the list goes on. Its truly a horrible, time consuming, frustrating experience, especially when you are spending thousands of your hard earned dollars. To top it off, when I complained to the manager he told me all about how its corporate and the new systems fault. I took that as zero professional accountability from the gentleman. I stood in the office watching the way he treated customers and staff for 45 minutes and I can tell you with 100% confidence that it is not just the system or corporate. To put it clearly, I will be happy to spend more of my money somewhere else than go back to the Phoenix 4WP office and save money. Im giving 2 stars because they do throw some pretty good deals online.

Super impressed with this place. The Toyota dealership thought I damaged my lift kit. A welder quoted me $1450 to fix. The guys at this store quickly diagnosed that only the front strut and strut install kit was damaged - not the lift. Not only did they replace with an upgraded raised strut, it was less than I got quoted elsewhere - only $735 for two new lifted strut installs.When I asked them “anything else you think I might need while you guys have my truck up?” They said nope - they didn’t upsell me even when I asked. Really relaxed place in there.They let me leave the truck early and called me when it was ready. Truck drives so much better.While I was there, I told them my big tires rubbed on tight turns. They fixed that too for $275. The welder quoted me $300 for the same job.This place is great.

First review ever. Went to simply replace my front bumper and stock fenders. Took a long time to find an employee to talk to the first time there. Fenders were installed with no issues, however a back bumper was put on instead of a front.The excuse made was that I pointed at a rear on the wall, even after discussing a front the entire time. My bumper had a dent from someone in a parking lot, which was clearly seen. Both were even together on the wall. I talked it with the staff about the mistake, to only get chuckles and an oh well tone. The job was finished twenty minutes before close, which unfortunately for me, they took my stock inner fenders, rear and front. I wasnt provided with them at all. Id understand if the overall install wasnt complete by the end of the day, but there is no need to take hardware off my car for the shop without my permission. Considering the fact I arrived at 9 am, I felt pretty disrespected.Im definitely not one to write reviews or bad mouth a business. This is simply a warning to new clients. If you dont want parts scrapped, to feel like theyre doing a favor for you, or ignore what you envision, find a new place. Especially younger guys, they really acted like my concern didnt matter at all.Funny enough, I know how to install all parts myself. Every now and then I like to support local business, this time was a mistake. When a customer spends $1700.00, a wrong bumper install shouldnt be treated like I told a joke. I had to save up for new fender liners and a front bumper I self installed, I doubt anyone has two grand lying around casually. Hope they make a decent profit off my stock liners. Despite the trouble, the new fenders were installed good, two stars for that fact.

I called all over the valley looking for a very specific Tire. No one carried the size i was looking for. The sales man was really nice, got me into an alternative one. in less than 24 hours another shop had called me back with the tire i was looking for, so i called 4WP to cancel and thanked them for helping me. The manager at 4WP, Sergio, said that they were going to still charge me for shipping on one of the tires. I had mentioned that i never was told i had to pay for shipping, there was nothing in writing that if i cancelled my order that Id be charged. He did not care to work through it with me, simply just said its our policy and did not care if he lost my future business. Way to go Sergio, I will be disputing that charge with Visa.

Bought and had installed a set of tires for my truck. The tires would not balance properly so the shop replaced those with another set. The second set has a tire that is out of round and they will not warranty it or replace it. I took my truck to a national tire shop to get the second set properly balanced on a Road Force Balancer because there was vibration. Paid $160 for that. I was informed that one of the tires is out of round outside of the recommended tolerance. These tires had less than 200 miles on them when I discovered the defect. I will not purchase tires or products from this shop nor will I recommend them as I feel they sell inferior tires and will not stand behind any of the products if a problem arises.

Poor customer service. Ordered an item that the website specifically said was in stock. They charged my card and my confirmation email said they would call when the product was in stock in 3-5 business days. They never called, so I had to, and waited on hold for 20 minutes. When I finally got a hold of someone, I was told my item was back ordered three months. Screen shot below of the item still listed as in stock on their website.EDIT: They did issue a refund quickly. I left a similar review on their website, and they sent me a follow up email that they would not publish it, FYI.

Put on a mask! None of the employees were wearing a mask. Employees were even helping other customers without putting on a mask. Over 300,000 people are dead and all you need to do to prevent spread is put a piece of cloth over your face. I definitely will not be getting my tires here any longer. I’m not going to let them climb around in my Jeep spreading COVID over every surface. Definitely won’t be going back for my next lift kit either.

As busy as they are right now, their customer service is still on point. Didnt mind the wait in the store. I had several other questions after picking up my shocks. They answered all of them, no problem. Ill definitely be coming to this location more often.

For purchase 15-22k expect to talk with experience specialist. Sales person who talked with me unfortunately had no idea even what Im looking for. At this time I would expect him to redirect me to exp specialist he didnt and unfortunately after I asked him to check with his manager, his manager also wasnt helpful and redirect me to his most exp specialist or maybe they dont have one. Tbh I feel rude at that point talk with someone else in same shop...😔

Trying to call and reach someone, schedule or check on a order is almost impossible. If they say they will call you back, they never do. If you reach someone, they put you on hold and never pick up the phone. Poorly staffed and managed.Update: 8/2021 - after a terrible time at the start of the sale, I still went ahead with the suspension. The alignment I paid for was not done and I drove the truck for a week with the wheel turned a few degrees to drive straight until I could go to another shop and get it fixed. I am lowering my recommendation from 2 stars to 1 star.

We were sent here by Michelin main office to get a tire inspection on a tire that was cracked full circle on the wheel well area. The person behind the counter said he wouldnt get in the middle. Michelin just wanted a tire inspected and had them on their list.Went there today to ask about ball joints but again they said they wouldnt look but they WOULD sell us control arms and axles. But they wouldnt even allow my son to bounce anything of him.Prices are so high on stuff that was hanging on the walls such as push bars several were a couple thousand dollars. Its always a bad experience over there. Pics and prices were on a couple of the lower end of what was displayed.

Very poor communication. I ordered a lift over a month ago and havent heard anything. Every time i call the shop to check progress they tell me they will call back and nothing. Apparently they dont need the business. STAY AWAY !!!!

I came in looking for a front driveshaft, guy was extremely rude acted like if I didn’t know anything about my car all I wanted was to buy a front aftermarket driveshaft, first of all he acted like if I wasn’t there, he did not give me enough information after a minute of smears silence I asked him if he had the part he said no I don’t have it, I told him to speak louder next time or to just let me know and he just replied have a nice die, I never like going to 4 wheel parts store specifically to this one, who knows maybe it’s the way I was dressed I came in with construction clothes little did they know that I purchase a lot of parts through out the year through other sites because of there customer service, I’m in a time crunch and it so happened that one of my parts in the keep went put and I need it ASAP, oh well lesson learned never coming back. By the way the person was a bald Latino man to describe him did not get his name.

Every business has pros and cons… I’ve dealt with this location for over a year and finally decided to write a review. I appreciate the upfront/honesty from Gabriel, Danny, & their staff. At the end of the day, they offer good solutions on issues that sometimes are out of their control. The worked preformed on my truck by this location, has been a great experience.

Friendly staff. They installed a 55 gallon Titan diesel tank on our 2020 Dodge Ram. It took all day but worth it.

Nice price on rims and (5) 33 x 12.5 Dick Cepek tires for my Jeep Wrangler TJ. Only took em 2 days total to order wheels, mount and balance tires. Awesome experience!

Purchased a pricey battery from here. Realized I might need it replaced 2 weeks after my 3 year in store 30 dollar extra warranty expired. Was told there was nothing they would do. I understand the warranty was expired but by two weeks for a 300 dollar plus battery. Not sure I want to do business with this place again.

Had a problem with a wheel they sold me. They took vare of me same day, dismounted, mounted and balanced as I waited amd I didnt buy the tires there. Excellent customer service.

Whats not to like about serious on and off road parts, except maybe the prices... Here the prices are not bad at all.Friendly, knowledgeable sales staff and installers.I will be back for several projects this year.Nice selection, though I wouldnt honestly pay what they ask for their LED pods and light bars... Much better deals online.Easy location to find, double wide turning lane makes getting in their lot in traffic pretty easy.

These guys are really helpful. Very good selection of very cool stuff for a truck or jeep. Reliable, friendly service guys as well when you cant get something put on your truck by yourself.

Bought tires online so far so good with online and customer service in California, Issue is I don’t think (Phoenix 7Th st store) they can mount and balance tires 2 1/2 hr wait so far. I use to install/balance tires and even your busiest shops can get it don’t in an hr at best. Must be all the random lunch breaks..

Gotta say, not being opened on weekends is ridiculous. The average person does repairs and modifications on the weekend. Sure planning can avoid this but at least Saturday. Thats why 99% of retail joints are open on weekends.

I was in and out of there. I did not wait but maybe 5 minutes to pick up my order. Everyone I spoke with was super friendly. One of the employees helped load my order into my truck. Thank you for the good service.

Walked around the store 4 about 10-15 minutes. Sat down on chair in store 4 about another 10 minutes. Was not asked or even greeted by any of the sales people or staff in store if I needed help with anything, no one even said Hello.

One star for the kind of service I havent experienced in some time. Completely smug and condescending the whole time when I asked for something by part number. I understand that not everyone knows what they want (or actually need) but its definitely not in their best interest to act that way in any event towards customers.

Terrible website and customer serviceDespite vehicle specific filters, to a granular level, the displayed products did not fit my vehicle. In my case, I chose a set of Rancho RS5000s. The picture showed a set of shocks and struts, so I order them. I get a call a day later from a rep saying that, because my vehicle requires front struts (which I know), what I need was 50% more. On top of the unsatisfactory website, the person that called me was unapologetic and a bit callous. I called back and spoke to a customer service manger, giving them a chance at service recovery. They offered a discount of like 4 dollars on a would-be sale of around $300, which I found insulting for the amount of time this experience consumed. I suggest buying elsewhere, if you like transparent, time-efficient online retail experiences.

Like others have said this place has very poor customer service! I had to deal with this place two times before they would cooperate with me! I had a bent track bar that shouldve been replaced under warranty. First, I contacted the manufacturer, Rubicon Express and explained what happened to it. Rubicon Express--without hesitating--acknowledged that it was a part that would be replaced under warranty, no problem. Rubicon Express told me I could go to 4 Wheel Parts to replace the bent bar since they are a local authorized dealer, I could avoid all that down time with my jeep. When I went there, the guy at the counter refused to replace the bar under warranty, even though I had specific instructions, paperwork, pictures backing up my warranty claim with Rubicon Express! The guy would not acknowledge the warranty, blatantly said I hit something, therefore thats why its bent and pretty much refused to help me. Well this is the first time I dealt with them, they wouldnt help me out at all so I left. A week goes by, I contact Rubicon Express again explaining what happened when dealing with 4WP. They said there shouldnt be any problems, and advised me to go back there and get my bar replaced. I go there again, second time now. The SAME GUY behind the counter, very rudely, gave me the run around again. While debating over the bend, he brought out a new track bar to compare the bend with my old one, and said there is barely a bend and it shouldnt make a difference. The guy clearly did not know what he was talking about, you could see a 1/2 difference in height near the bend thus adjusting the heim joint to compensate for the 1/2 inch loss making the amount of thread engagement very unsafe for driving and impossible to center the axle properly. After arguing and debating over the bend and this and that...he finally said I could have the new one. When I offered to give him my email from Rubicon Express that instructed 4WP to replace the bar for their records, he very rudely told me, I dont need it...whatever. EXTREMELY RUDE! They dont know what they are talking about when it comes to their products and their products warranties. Tried to tell me the bend is not big enough to cause a problem...He did not know what he was talking about. Overall horrible customer service, I wouldnt even consider this customer service. Would not deal with this place ever again!!! I do have to mention though that through all of this, Rubicon Express remained very helpful to me, even acknowledging their warranty.

I called 20 tire places in Phoenix looking for a specific tire and all of them couldn’t get one for 2 weeks. 4 Wheel Parts had it for me the next day. Plus their customer service was amazing. I would highly recommend them.

I was trying to get some information about a new set of wheels and tires from this place on a $7k budget and the person on the phone told me that he was going to call me back with the information I never heard from them so I decided to call two days later, just to face a really rude person on the phone who dont really care for my business so I told them I will find another store they can treat me a little bit better and he act like he dont care, hanging up the phone. I do not recommend this place.

These guys seem to have everything one might need as far as big boys toys are concerned. Helpfull and knowledgeable staff. This particular store is located in an industrial area and it is easy to miss the parking lot entrance.

I read several complaints about the customer service, but I did not get that experience. Service was great, the person that helped me knew all the products I was talking about and was very helpful. Prices were very competitive.

Tried to give zero stars but not an option. A true disappointment. Took my truck here to have suspension and steering inspected knowing something felt loose in the steering and it was out of alignment and they told me they didnt find anything even when I pointed out what I thought needed a closer look. These guys obviously dont have real mechanics there and you can do a better inspection and analysis on your own. I dont understand why the guy didnt just tell me they dont know anything about steering systems. Hmm. Maybe they just wanted to take my money (only thing that makes sense). Pathetic. Nothing but a waste of $110. Wish I could get my money back and apply to the tie rod ends I already know I need. Unbelievable...

Parts didnt come in. But all my other ones did. Not even going to fight with them. Just not going to buy from here anymore. Thanks 4 wheel parts for making me wait way longer then I should, also wasting my money. Hope my donation helps yall fix whatever is wrong.

These guys are great. Super knowlegable and know 4x4s. Id never trust Airpark Jeep with my new Rubicon, these guys are the only ones that will touch my Jeep. I drive from north of Scottsdale to Phoenix for service. I like that the Mechanic that works on your jeep pulls the vehicle around and gives the keys and takes the time to chat and answer questions. Great place and refreshing customer service.

Extremely upset as I write this review. I recently had a Mopar 2 lift kit installed on my 2018 Jeep Sahara JL. I spent the extra money to go Mopar as I wanted to avoid any warranty complications. Once done, I felt that the steering had been compromised. When I took it back for the 10 day inspection and re torque, I asked them to check it our and see if there was an issue with the alignment or something else that may need attention. They checked it out and said all was correct and that Jeeps tend to wander. I didnt buy it so I did some research on my own and discovered that some JL 4 door models were flashed with the 2dr program at the factory. I took it back to the Mopar dealer and had them re-flash the PCM today. While there, the told me that the job was done very poorly. They told me that the front shocks were put on the rear and that the rear shocks were on the front. They went on to tell me that the coil springs were in the wrong locations as well. I was just incredulous at this information and did not believe it at first because, after all, 4Wheel Parts are the lift kit experts. I pulled the installation instructions down off the web and sure enough the dealer was correct. I am so disappointed words escape me. Ill take it back to them and well see what they have to say. Unbelievable. I would think twice about having any work done at the Phoenix 7th street location. Not only was this unacceptable performance, it could very well have been an accident waiting to happen and a real danger to my wife who is the primary driver. #reallypissed

I brought my 2013 F150 into this location to have a Rancho lift installed with several other parts. Other shops around the valley declined to install them because I pieced together my lift with different brand components. I contacted Glen at 4wheelparts and he gave me an awesome price for the installation (with mount & balance and an alignment). The technician did an awesome job as well. The staff here is very knowledgeable and I would recommend them to anyone.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever encountered . Mario Is arrogant and really difficult to deal with. I will never purchase from four wheel parts again and I will be take my business elsewhere Theres nothing top-notch about these people.

If I could submit no stars I would, This was the first time ordering from these people and will NEVER do it again. I ordered my shocks from them online, thought everything was set. 3 days goes by and not a word or email from them. I call and was told they were shipping the next day. The next day i get an email from them saying they were on back order and would ship within a week. I call a week later, sat on hold for 20 minutes to be told they are going to receive them the next day and ship that day or the day after. I call AGAIN, they dont know where the shocks are and would get back to me. Never did. this was a total of two weeks. Needless to say i canceled the whole order. I have never had a worse experience with shipping and customer service in my life and will never think about using this company again. Want my advice? you have better luck ordering chinese food from mcdonalds than to use this place.

Got there 1/2 hour before closing for lift kits informations. Ill do that later but the guy gave me all needed informations, took his time (even if near closing client are a pain), took the time to search. He was smiling, kind and pro. Will definitively chose them for that work.
