Sophie set me up with a new windshield through my insurance for my Lexus LS460. I was very happy to hear they use OEM glass. Very professional and quality glass install.

John was responsive and knowledgeable. He informed me of the insurance company’s process and once the replacement was approved, I was scheduled quickly - with options for location. You can communicate via phone or text (my preference). These guys are a dime a dozen - but this guy is really good.

The service was great! John was able to come earlier then scheduled. He quickly fixed the windshield and was super friendly! What an easy process! Will definitely use again, if needed in the future!

Unfortunately, The AZ streets got to my 2021 Genesis G80 and I needed to have the windshield replaced. I contacted Penske Auto Glass because I have used their services in the past. I spoke with Sophie regarding having the repair work done. After receiving the OK from my insurance company, Sophia went to work to get the windshield. Unfortunately, it was backordered. The good news is that Sophie followed up on the backordered windshield and was able to get one for me as soon as the supplier received their next shipment. Sophie was exceptional and and real asset to Penske Auto Glass. I also would like to give a shout out to Mason who did the installation. Very professional, on time, and quality work

Everyone was very attentive to our needs. We were not thrilled that we had to wait 3 weeks for a windshield to be shipped in, but that’s not Penske’s fault. When the time came the experience through Audi and Penski Auto Glass was very smooth.

Alex arrived early. Extremely polite and informative on what would be done. 45 minutes later my 2014 Range Rover Windshield replacement was finished. I was given clear, concise instructions on what was necessary to ensure a successful end result. Could not have had a better experience.

Terrible customer service. I waited a week with a busted out window for a special order on my BMW X2. Called 3 times to get it done and each time a new person had no idea I called prior. They never once even offered pricing just “oh yeah we’ll special order and let you know.” I was waiting for a call back to confirm the order and ended up calling A&G auto glass. They came to my apartment the next day for $50 cheaper than Penske. My technician Guido Greiner with A&G was pleasant and chatted with me while he fixed my window. Much better than Penske!!! Shop around for some place cheaper that actually follows up.

Called and they answered right away. We were able to get my insurance company on the line and on the same call set up a time for them to come to my home and install the windshield. Every time (3 times now) I have used them. Each time has been the same great experience. Each technician is on time. They all ahead to let me know they are in their way. They are very professional and courteous. I will keep using them and recommend anyone to them. Plus they were able to use a OEM windshield as when I have called other places that cost extra.

We had an excellent experience with Penske Glass. While on vacation the back door of our sprinter van had a shattered window. The representative on the phone, Lugo, was extremely helpful. She helped us connect to our insurance and she was able to overnight deliver the glass (we paid for it but she made it happen). then she was able to schedule an appointment time at the sprinter dealer because for some reason it had to be done there even though it was a Penske person who was doing the installation. The Penske installer, we didnt get his name, was also excellent and prioritized our job once he realized that we basically had to just sit and wait for it. And the glass is perfect.

I had my window replaced yesterday by John and was extremely happy with the service. John arrived on time, was courteous and professional during the replacement and even went the extra mile to remove my gate sensor from my old windshield and put it onto my new windshield. Typically I have get a new one installed each time my windshield is replaced so that was a nice surprise!

Samantha was courteous and efficient in obtaining insurance authorization to complete the replacement quickly.The Jaguar F-Pace was returned with a complete wash and interior cleaning. I had a crack in my windshield that went almost to the middle. I called and made a claim, John assisted with insurance call, got me scheduled the next day. Was in and out and dealership provided me a loaner. Well, 10 minutes after leaving the dealership, I had another crack from a landscaping truck. I called John not knowing about coverage and he called insurance with me on the line and got another claim. He was able to send a tech to my house and the technician showed up on time, was professional, and efficient. Two new windshields within one week and I will go back in future.

I had the windshield replaced in my Mercedes Sl500. They used OEM glass and did a great job. The replacement was done quickly and the car delivered back to be the same day. Jon from Penske worked directly with the service department of the Mercedes dealer to coordinate the work. All I had to do was drop the car off at the dealer.
