I scheduled service with another provider through my insurance - they were very difficult in terms of scheduling a convenient time, etc. So I got Star Glasss info from my insurance agent. Murvin was very professional and took the time to explain why I needed to roll my windows down a bit and when I could remove the tape etc.. I will be using Star Glass again in the future! Less than 24 hours after notifying my insurance company, Star Glass was at my house in the West Valley replacing my windshield. I was given a time window of 10AMto 1PM, and Murvin, the technician, arrived at 1130A. Got down to business right away, was very thorough, checking the car (and cleaning it) before and after the installation. Within the hour, Luis from Derby Calibrations was on scene to calibrate the lane assist cameras. Start to finish in less than two hours, right in my driveway. Very impressed with Murvin...explained everything.

Sent a message on Sunday after my windshield cracked. They called me Monday am to schedule which was later that day. Myrvin came out on time very friendly did a great job. I hope I don’t need to use again for a while but when I do they will be who I go with for repair.

So the other day I was driving down the 101 and a rock hit my windshield and chipped it but by the time I got home I had a crack from top to bottom I called my insurance agent and Star Glass was one of the the companies that they do business with so I called Star Glass the lady that answered the phone was very polite and knowledgeable within a minute or two of getting all my information we were on a 3-way call with a company that verifies the insurance coverage and payments the whole call from beginning to end lasted about 8 minutes they offered me a replacement the same day but I couldnt do it so we set up an appointment for the following day to give me a time frame of 8 a.m. through 12 a.m. the installer called me about 9:30 said he was about an hour out at 10:30 he called me again said he was at the residence by 11:15 my windshield was installed and I was signing the paperwork the installer was very courteous very knowledgeable and did an extremely good job Im very happy with State farm insurance and Star Glass
