I had the back bumper and front passenger fender repaired and painted. A dent on the back bumper, a small dent and battery acid damage on the front fender. The car is 11 years old, Valdez matched the paint perfectly and made repairs to be showroom new. They were very easy to work with and they have a passion for excellence. Ive been in the Phoenix area for 50 years with numerous paint repairs on vehicles, this is the best work Ive ever had done.

First of all, I Dont normally write reviews but this time I for sure had to. So I just moved here from Flagstaff and the day I moved up here I wrecked my car. And Valdez auto was one of the first people I called based on the reviews. I went to couple of different auto shops which were all quoting me ridiculously high amounts and for things I know, i Did not need. Anyways long story I went with Valdez and when I tell you its like its a whole new car 😍😍and timing was great prices was phenomenal and not to mention very kind and honest. I swear if you ever need any work done go to them!!! Please believe me!!

I wrecked my car back in November 2012. My car had liability only so I was responsible for repairing my car. I struggled for 2 months trying to find someone or a place to take my car to be repaired so I Googled auto body shops in Phoenix and Valdez Auto Body came up. I noticed the place is right up the street for me, read the reviews and immediately called them. I met Robert the same day and he is a very friendly and understanding person who will work with you so you are satisfied. He was also able to give me a quote based off of the pictures of my wrecked car. A couple of days later, I dropped my car off and he began to work on it that very same day. He even repaired the welding that wasnt done right to begin with. I got my car back yesterday and I am absolutely satisfied with the great job he has done. Some of the best shops around are the family owned ones. Not only were they able to get my car in on the same day, but it took less than 48 hours to have very quality work done to my vehicle. The rates were waaaaay cheaper than their competitors and they even went an extra mile and buffered my headlights. I cannot stress enough how great these people were and really suggest you use them if you find yourself in a bit of a bind.

They use to have a large warehouse building but the owner has retired. He now does work out of his large backyard and his sons complete most of the work. I dealt directly with the owner and he is a very nice man. I had someone back into my 2018 Honda Civic Sport and I only had 5,000 miles on this new car. Today, I picked it up and I am so happy that it is a new car again. Again, I would not hestitate to use this company for all my future needs. I backed into a pole and the bumper cover got damaged. I got quotes from a few places for $500-$600 which seemed ridiculous since the damage wasnt all that bad. After reading the reviews on Valdez Auto Body I thought Id give them a try. This was one of the best decisions Ive made in a while! The owner/operator, Robert, treated me like family and he did an EXCELLENT job!!! Now my bumper looks brand new again! It only took him a day (the others told me 2-3 days) and charged just $250! I cant speak highly enough of them. I strongly suggest you give them a try if you need any body damage repaired; you wont be disappointed! I know I wont go anywhere else.

Recently we used Valdez Auto body to repair damage that was done to a Chrysler 200 on the rear drivers side bumper, door, and tire as a result of a hit and run car accident on the freeway. We were somewhat hesitant to use Valdez Auto Body due to it being a smaller family owned business. However after reading the previous reviews on the business, which were all highly rated, we decided to try it. Not only were the bumper, side, and tire fixed, they even aligned the wheels for us. The car came out looking as if nothing had ever happened to it and was better than new. The cost was also not as high as we originally thought. They do great work at a low cost which benefits us since we just recently moved to the city. We both highly recommend Valdez Auto Body not only for theyre quick repair but also the fact that they put time and great care into their work.

Valdez Auto Body was amazing and caring about my situation, my entire care was damaged due to let’s just vandalism, and they concern and sincerity went beyond just the repairs to my vehicle. Robert and Maria were great with updates, response time, and just truly showing that they cared through every step of the way. They even were able to help with some information I needed that had no regards to auto repair and more towards real estate.
