About 6 months ago I had IQS installed on my 2019 can am X3. This system is incredible, night and day difference! I highly recommend this system. Next step the new steering rack! Thanks to Savino and Shock Therapy!

Shock therapy has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I ordered a part through a dealer because the dealer was performing warranty repairs and I like the Shock therapy front sway bar link replacement kit I think it’s a very good design and much stronger than stock my my Can-Am has been in the shop almost One month because of their dealer network set up at Shock therapy my service advisor tried for two weeks to reach shock therapy and order the parts his calls went on answered and no response whatsoever I got involved at the two week mark I wrote several emails and called several times to make contact so that my dealer could get this part ordered. Finally at the beginning of the fourth week they were able to straighten out their dealer network login and supposedly order the part I had expected 1 to 2 day shipping when it didn’t show Shock therapy told me that it would be 7 to 10 days before they could ship that part not taking into consideration that we had already waited a month.This is the poorest customer service I have ever received from any company in my almost 70 years of living on this planet I admit that I wanted to use their part because of the design and the strength of it but there are lack of service change my mind

Everything about the product and the people are the best in the business. So I put my shocks to the test out in the desert to the dunes. I have a 2016 xp4 turbo and it’s a family ride with my two kids and wife. The desert ride was so smooth and amazed on how it rides. The dune trip was also a great ride but this time turned a couple clicks at a time like I was told to do and was told my ride is better than the new turbo S rzr. Love it and thank you again shock therapy for the amazing ride.After bragging to my friends that had work done by the competition they told me they should of gone with shock therapy because customer service is so much better and product is too.They do it right the first time.

Terrible!!! We sent in our shocks to be repaired we were told we would have them back in time for a big ride for this weekend. Well we dont. They dont communicate at all!! I called to tell them I should get a discount since I had to buy a used set to do the ride, well they of course cannot do that! Our local dealer recommended them and I am sure they wont like to hear how they treat customers. Thanks for nothing!! Still waiting on shocks to be fixed,

Great service from Justin and his team! Drove all the way from Texas to get my car serviced and drove back a happy camper. They have you set an appt to drop off the car and have the vehicle ready for pickup the same day before 430pm! Thats what I call service! If you are serious about your UTV then I highly recommend this company, no doubt.

Had Shock Therapy tune my Honda Talon 1000X4 and add Fox IQS system. What a difference. These guys know their craft and are great to work with.

Purchased a spring kit from them and needed answers for my questions on final adjustments. Called them on the phone and was on hold for over 45 minutes then disconnected. The spring kit had NO INSTRUCTIONS included and the springs themselves needed EXTREME ADJUSTMENTS to get the proper ride height.. I ended up taking the shocks off my RZR - 3 times, removing springs, and readjusting perches for proper ride quality and height!Very UNSATISFIED with this company and their CUSTOMER SERVICE!If you plan on purchasing any products from this company do your research and get the facts before spending your money.

I recently bought a 900xp that already had SHOCK THERAPY drs & valvling done . It has rode very stiff due to the previous owner only duning it. I have been getting ready to bring it in to Have shock work done to improve the ride for me & the wife. I called & spoke w/ James on the phone & the dude went out of his way to guide me through the process of making some adjustments to the shocks to improve the ride . KILLER customer service & GREAT EXPERIENCE w/ the whole company !!!! They act exactly on the phone like they are on their Instagram or Facebook ! Were into our shocks $1285. ( weve had them in twice) And they still leak. We have 250 miles on the rebuild. They say there is no warranty. And wont do anything to make good on this purchase. Very expensive for absolutely nothing!

Our third vehicle and we cannot express time and again how impressed we are with these folks and what they can accomplish with your SXS!! Had our RZR done over a year ago and wanted to make some changes based on driving style changing.They took our vehicle in and talked about what we wanted out of it, terrain, weight carried, and driving style. They then proceeded to deliver EXACTLY what we hoped for and for the fourth time could not be happier with our vehicle thanks to Shock Therapy!We understand there are a lot of folks out there that can do a good job, but I was once told why buy from someone who works out of a garage and may not do it tomorrow? Buy from a company that is constantly changing, growing, improving, and dominating the industry and that way you know they will back their product and be three steps ahead!! Cannot recommend enough!

Great communication. Excellent customer service! Im new to the UTV world. Shock Therapy patiently answered all my questions and made recommendations that suit my riding style.

Their valve job is solid. My suspension rides nice. I’m really disappointed with their anti-sway bar kit and customer service though. The bolts connecting the connector rod to the trailing arm have broken several times. The last time I called to get the spacers replaced, the guy on the phone provided terrible customer service and sent me the wrong spacers. $30 wasted on tiny parts. Try providing better customer service. It shouldn’t just be a cash grab unless you want to lose customers.

I had Shock Therapy do springs and RIS on my RZR turbo. It blew my mind how much it changed the ride quality. I called about 8 months after the install with some questions about cross over ring adjustment. They were extremely helpful. The after sales support was amazing!! Great crew of people that are very friendly and helpful.

Do not give this company your business. They are not a customer service company. They were not willing to help when it came time to accept returns. They were very unhappy and I was dealt with paying $85 shipping charge. Very unhappy 😡 Do your research and choose a company who values customers.

Very though, every question they ask you lets them tune your shocks to a level I could never get close to. The final product is night and day from where I started. That is not something you experience in todays environment with client service and product fit. Got it done right the first time.

This would be zero stars if we had the ability. Justin Smith Owner of Shock Therapy will not own up to an error they made when completing work on our Rzr. He does not have the common decency to even speak with us directly. To resolve the issue. Buyer beware!

It started simply with a spring package and the ride improvement system on my RZR XP4. Unbelievable improvement over what I already thought was a nice handling car. Then I got the rear sway bar, links and support bracket. That took it up another notch. Im eyeing my next upgrade. Radius rods, limit straps? Who knows. I drank the kool aid and couldnt be happier. They really know what they are talking about and will set it up for your needs. I recommend them whole heartedly!

Stopped by just to get some advice and they steered me in the right direction.

Not impressed in the least. Over priced, some parts didnt fit, no instructions for my model razor, nuts didnt fit bolts. If I was willing to Jerry rig and make adjustments and mutiple trips to Ace and the auto store I would have bought from a less expensive vendor.

The owner Justin is top notch and their products speak for themselves, people complain that they are too expensive but trust me, you get what you pay for!

Shock therapy is awesome they race and they make all suspension for utv cars amazing I know from personal experience. Buy a sxs you need shock thereapy its better than cool garbage you show off to your friends when you dominated them on the trail. We just finished baja 500 on shock thereapy shocks.

Started with them putting the wrong springs on my shocks. Luckily this was caught before I left their facility. On the first ride I start hearing terrible noises coming from the shocks (new 18 four seat RZR). Looking closer I see spring ends are not ground flat and cause spring spacer to be axial mis-aligned and rub on the shock housing. The plastic spacer already started shedding plastic debris. To make problems worse, nobody mentioned anything about the unloading metal-to-metal clunking that would occur after they tuned my suspension. Its terrible to ride. It is softer than the stock Walker shocks but the downsides are not worth the upsides. I have five RZRs and everyone that rides them agrees the best shocks are the stock MY17 Foxs with remote reservoir. The Shock Therapy stuff is capable of being better than OE, they just need to pay more attention to quality.
