My wife and I have gone to several RideNow locations in the west valley and RideNow Phoenix are the first that has not only wanted our business but was also able to make it happen! We have spent hours at other locations only to walk away empty handed. We called RideNow Phoenix to see if they had the bike I was looking for and filled out the application online. Brittan sent us a message that we were all approved and we headed down to pick up the bike. When we arrived, we worked with Jordan to get all the paperwork completed and off we were with my first bike! Purchased a Can-Am Maverick X3 from RideNow and worked with Ryan, who was super cool, friendly, and helpful/knowledgeable. He answered all the questions I had and gave extra advice about the vehicle I was purchasing based on his own personal experiences. Since everything is taking forever these days, once my unit arrived he made sure to have it built and ready to go for me pretty much immediately. Also, while I was waiting for it to arrive he was very responsive via text to my follow ups for updates or questions.

I recently purchased a used CanAm Defender 6X6 with only 39 hours on it from a private seller just North of Phoenix. It was in original stock condition and I had plans to put lots of accessories on it. The CanAm dealer in Albuquerque has poor service reviews so I elected to have the work done in Phoenix. Brenden Gill at Ride Now Sports handled the build for me and was without question one of the best customer service representatives that Ive dealt with. Calls were returned promptly, parts were sourced from all over the country, and options were given when a part was going to be delayed. I added $29K in accessories including a full cab, heating, hydraulic plow, GPS, Stereo system etc.. I couldnt be happier with my experience and highly recommend them.

There werent too many of the bike we were interested in and we werent allowed to test drive anything unless we bought it.

We found this great team when we were getting looking for a front and rear windshield for our General. Chris is great, very knowledgeable on every aspect of your toy. He recommends but never pushes you to buy. Its a down line effect when you have a great inside source you go to that person when you are looking for something outside there department. That is exactly what we did. Chris introduced us to Max and Andrew who did not disappoint. This is our toy dealership. I purchased a bike and bought a 24 month aftermarket warranty. 7 months later I totalled the bike and called to cancel the warranty. I have left 5 messages. 2 were direct to Mark the finance manager who I was told was the only one who could process. 1 with Britt. 1 with another female that took a message and another directly to Ryan the salesman. No one has ever responded and I have yet to recieve the warranty refund. They are quick to respond when taking your money but not when they have to pay it.

My dad and I went in asking about a product. There were 4 parts employees standing around when we asked. Two of them just said they are sold out everywhere and that was that. Chris Jasonos, however, sat down at a computer and searched for 10 minutes to find us what wanted. He searched someone other than their main supplier. He made the sale with a positive attitude and wanted to make the customer happy. Totally recommend asking for him!

We purchased a watercraft from RideNow from out of state and used a third party company to have it shipped to us. I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership unless you are physically able to go into the store. We still have not received any of our paperwork to register the unit, and the trailer arrived assembled incorrectly with the entire back end of the unit not tied down. We initially thought the trailer was the wrong model because of how poorly it fit. Ryan and the staff tried to place blame on the third party, but had the trailer been assembled properly there would have been no issue. We are also awaiting confirmation that a missing part is being sent to us, but Ryan has stopped responding. The entire experience has been unprofessional, especially considering the ridiculous fees you pay for paperwork, shipping and assembly.

I Went in to buy new wheels, lug nuts, and the rear hub for our Can Am Commander. I presented the wheel with the tire on it for reference. The Service Associate looked at it and ordered the wheels, hub & lug nuts. The wheels cam in & were the wrong size, and lug nuts were the wrong size as well. The service manager Kyle Renaud stepped in, evaluated the problem and said Im sending you home, heres my card, call me with the VIN number, well check everything, will make sure everything is right, and my driver will bring you your order complete. Kyle looked at my service associate and said Im sending him home to get him out of the lobby. Nice guy.... I called him with the VIN # when I got home, no answer, the cell # he provided me was not in service. I called the main number & gave the VIN # to an associate & he said he would give it to Kyle. I called the main number again later for Kyle and left a message, No call back. Went in the next day and my service associate had looked for new wheels and tried to solve the problem. Kyle walked by and did not say a word. The sales associate then looked at the wheel I provided, took a number off it & ordered the wheel. Its suppose to be here tomorrow. Saved me almost 600.00, good guy!. Well see if everythings right tomorrow. Mean while I still havent herd from Kyle Renaud, and havent seen his driver. While I was spending so much time in the service area I was looking at the new Polaris models thinking of upgrading my Commander. Not a single person came over to assist me. This was over a 2 day period. Sad... The 2nd star is for my sales associate as he did work hard for me.I have just placed an order for a new 2022 Polaris General XP Trailhead Edition with my previous Polaris dealer.

I was working for a while with RideNow trying to get a Can-am and when I finally could I called the place and Brit immediately got to work on my application. It was kind of late, so I ended up hearing from her the next day really early in the morning. She wasn’t at work but she transferred me to Ryan who helped me through the whole process. They both work really good as a team. Ryan made everything very smooth and easy. He went above and beyond to get my can-am into service late in the afternoon so I could take it home that same day. If you plan on coming here, do so and ask for Ryan. He knows what he is doing and will make your experience great! They even text you the next day to make sure everything is still good.

I am updating my review of RideNow Powersports to reflect my experiences with this business. I brought my 2020 Ryker Rally in for its first oil change. I made the appointment 2 weeks prior and dropped it at 9:00 AM on Saturday with the understanding I would be picking it up at 9:00 AM on Monday morning. I was promised it would be ready on time when I made the appointment and when I dropped it off. I arrived at 9 on Monday to find it had not been worked on at all and it would take a couple of hours to get it done. Really?? I do NOT recommend purchasing from this business (I was told their maintenance & extended warranty would cover regular maintenance - what thay charged me for doesnt cover the $350 oil change) or getting service from this business, as they really dont know what the word service means. Unprofessional and unethical are apparently their business model. Too bad...

Chris Jasonos really went the extra mile in helping me select a wheel and tire package for my Can-Am X3. He spent 45min with me on a busy Saturday morning when other shops were uninterested or unwilling. Give him a call for any of your parts needs.

Went to this location to get information on some side by sides. We met Mark Mulholland and can’t say enough about him! Been with the company over 20 years, not pushy in anyway. Very patient and honest with us and willing to answer any and all questions with great detail. This guy is great and moreover after we realized the model we wanted was out of our price range. He really put the time in to find us the most comparable model and we are so happy with what we got. This place is Awesome and I really recommend checking out this location if you haven’t been because Mark was really top notch.

DONT GO HERE TO GET YOUR ATV SERVICED!!! I took my Polaris Sportsman in for a gold service ($438.00 after tax). It looks like someone did a burnout on my tires, I would never abuse my tires like that. Huge globs of grease were left on each grease point. Didnt reset the service engine indicator until I complained about it. They dont wash your ATV after spending $400 plus on service. Keep my money but you lost a customer...

I got a z400 from here and the sales guy, Ryan, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Definitely recommend going here.

Bait and switch on a “new” ‘19 bike I was going to buy. Online price was $2500 lower than the sticker price and Mark didn’t want to budge. With tax, title, fees and more fees...the price was the same as a ‘20 model. Also the photos they showed online didn’t show nor did they mention all the scratches the bike had. Mark tried to steer me in the direction of the many used Harleys the had. Very shady operation. I won’t do business with themBuyer beware!!See the pics...

I worked with Tyler B. On my deal. He was upfront and honest about expectations and delivery dates. In a world of uncertainty and COVID hangovers on top of material shortages, shipping problems, labor shortages, I am very satisfied with what I considered excellent service. I wasn’t pushed to buy any “upsells” at all! I also priced out the machine and found Ride Now was able to give me just as good as price as the others. Some places are cheaper on the machine but then you HAVE to buy extras from them etc.Overall Tyler kept me informed and up to date I would recommend him to anyone.Then on to finance. I dealt with Mark. Again the same quality of service. I was in and out it. It was easy. I was not upsold. It was pretty much left to me....do you want this...do you want that???a yes or no. No haggling and I would rate my experience with Mark 5 stars as well. So my overall experience with Ride Now Phoenix Sales had been excellent!

Tried to buy a seadoo from out of state as Im moving down in a week and I was going to pick it up when I arrived. Giselle, a sales person there, told me this was doable and took a $500 deposit to secure the price and unit for 48 hours. When I went to complete paperwork, financing with the dealership which I am more than qualified to do, they told me I could not buy it until I got there. I called to ask for a manager and giselle transferred me to a saleperson who also had no clue what he was talking about and also hung up on me when I asked of his name. Currrenlty waiting on a call from manager Greg or a refund. Hope they make this right

Just leaving the place right now without getting myself a bike, and let me tell you it is Sunday afternoon, no customers here except for my husband and me. About three sales personnel walked around, one of them came close to us, but just to get a drink for himself from a machine, not even thinking to say hi to us or offer any help. So, I guess you don’t care about any sales, so we will take our business at somewhere else.

I am not one to write reviews, but I felt it was very necessary in this case! We went to ride now about 3 weeks ago looking to buy a 2021 ranger trail boss. They are very rare and hard to find. We were greeted at the door by Ryan he was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. We told him what we were looking for he let us know that it would have to be ordered and would take 2-3 weeks to come in! He was exactly right it was about 3 weeks. During the 3 week waiting period Ryan kept in touch with us texting me to let me know where we were at on the time frame and then sending me pictures of it being assembled. It was a great experience with everyone we dealt with from Alexis the online sales manager to Matt the General manager, Kyle the service manager and Ryan in sales making sure it was getting done on time! I can’t tell you how happy we were with the whole process! I bought my Can Am X3 here and I am coming close to the end of my extended warranty and service contract. I have only brought my car to this location. So I feel that I can honestly say that this location has stepped it up and got their focus on. The difference in service and professionalism has went from a C+ to an A in my opinion in the last 3 years. I can tell Matt the manager has trained and transformed this team. And Andrew in service has stepped up his game in service. The technician who worked on my car hit all the bases this time without being asked. For example replacing a grease fitting that has been missing on my aftermarket part and cleaning and Re-lubricating my aftermarket air filter this time instead of leaving it in their dirty and untouched. Their idea of “cleaning the sh@+ of the car” still needs a little work. But hey they didn’t charge me for it and it’s better than when I brought it in this time. I have Confidence in recommending this location now. Good Job Ride Now Phx! Keep doing your best every day and every day will get a little better.

Recently bought a brand new bike from Ride Now for my son. Financing was made pain free from Shelby, Alexis and associates. Customer service was impeccable. I would recommend them and do it all over again. Thanks guys

Came here to get a bent footbrake lever to be bent back to shape, waited for 45 mins only to find out they had´nt even started to work on it yet. We were not informed that the repair center was full. Total waste of time!

Popped in a half hour before closing as we happened to be in the area and in the market for a jet ski or two. Ryan was VERY passive aggressive and had a poor attitude towards us as soon as we asked him for help. Seemed as though it was an inconvenience for him to help us. We had asked him about a seadoo in the showroom which had had planned on purchasing cash but upon further looks, had multiple deep scratches and scuffs along the trim and body and dry water stains along the jetski. Something that would not come from shipping, though he INSISTED it was brand new/never used. Not to mention the almost $5,000 in “dealer freight and setup” fees on top of the tag price. We will be happy to take our business elsewhere.

Took my new bike there because I had a track day coming up. Standard service, new pirellis andThe normal 4,000 mile check up to go through the bike. The sales guy told me they would take care of all the areas I pointed out that needed attention as well as some extras to make sure I didn’t have problems. Got out there and they didn’t even tighten the bleeder valves so I lost brakes mid race. Tire pressure was all wrong, and they evenCharged me extra for putting in an air filter that I brought in. Then I looked over the bike and it didn’t seem like they did anything other than change the oil . Techs and mechanics we’re all great onceThey figured out what needed done, but the info never got to them. Avoid this place of you want to get what you pay for. I really hate to leave bad reviews, however, on a bike there is no room for error and I would not put my fate in these guys hands ever again.
