Kurt, Diane and the entire team are amazing. I bought three scooters from them, all run great. My scooter had some scraps and scratches and needed body work. They did a great job at ordering the parts and making my ride look new again. I have tried other scooter shops, but only AZ Scooter has the expertise and training to work on my bike. They have great customer service and work hard to get you up and running. Thank you AZ Scooter.
These guys are great any question that I had they help me out with Ive got two different stores they stop you guys for answering my questions and helping me out
Been going here for 2 years, great service, great prices, and very helpful
I bought a 125 cc scooter. Awesome people worked there. Patient with me. I was privileged to have the owner help me. He answered all questions. I was surprised at awesome warranty with my bike. They all were so wonderful. Even the gentleman in the back who added a windshield and carry rack gave me pointers on handling brakes. Which I was grateful. They all really cared. Thats hard to find. Im very confident that should I have any problem they would help me. Oh they showed me everything about bike before I left and they had it delivered for a small fee. Got it in just a few hours. So my sister wants one now and is going Tuesday to get herself one. I knew that would happen. Scooters are just the best. Had to give up my Harley because of hand pains. This scooter saved my sanity. Thank you all at Az Scooters. Your all just wonderful. Hugs to you all. 🤗💓
The people were very nice but to finance was going to be at %200 yes %200 and I loved the vehicle to bad!
Nice place. Helpful staff. A little out of my price range though.
Good morning Kurt! I was just browsing the web for Mopeds/Scooters. And your store was one of the first to pop up however, due to me living very far from you guys I looked elsewhere. Unfortunately most places are online sales only so I decided to see what you all offered. Upon review of the online inventory and reviews I must say that I am now sure that I wont be paying you guys a visit. Mainly due to the poor results of the reviews and the response feedback from yourself to the Customers. I honestly felt like you address these Customers as if you were grilling them instead of doing what most places of business do i.e inform them that you see their point and would be happy to speak with them more over the phone or in person to address their concerns. All my review is about is the communication between yourself and the customers (myself not included) but thanks have a beautiful day and enjoy your weekend.
I bought a scooter from these guys and that process was good, however if you ever need service or any parts on your scooter I wouldn’t recommend these guys because they take a long time just to order a part for you AND if they ever tell you they will call you back don’t hold your breath I don’t know how many times I’ve been told that from this place and never got a response back so my recommendations after dealing with these guys for a year I say, buying a scooter here is a quick and easy process but maybe take your scooter to a place with better customer service for any mechanical or maintenance upkeep
Just left this place and waited 20 min cuz they were busy. Not a problem but as soon as someone else came in they tended to them. Not cool. I came from tempe to be overlooked... not coming back.
Im so sad to see Zebra Now go out of business. I still love my bike, and Im glad that I was able to purchase my rental for a great price!
Came in to get some repairs and maintenance on my scooter. I normally take my bike elsewhere because this is a bit far of a drive for me, but I definitely felt pampered by the entire crew here. From start to finish, the employees and owner were incredibly friendly and knowledgable. I also really liked the info they have at the front desk (I included a pic below) as a reminder for those like me who forget the maintenance schedules! Would definitely recommend anyone to get service here who needs it.
This place is awesome if u own a scooter and need parts I thank them alot for being there
The BEST place to buy scootersThe staff are very friendlyThe prices and quality are great
I ended up here out of desperation.... For the life of me I could not get the tire back on my electric scooter. I tried bike stores they could not do it as well. I decided to try this place as they handled actual scooters.Unfortunately the scooter tire did not fit on their machine but the fact that they actually tried to help me speaks volumes about this establishment.Staff seems very friendly and quite knowledgeable. When I have a kid and they want one of those small ATV 4x4 things Ill definitely come back here
Overall very positive experience.-direct out the door price when asked-no inflated prices-local businessThe reason for the 4 stars is the sale and delivery was a bit unsmooth. Financing experience is awful, however, these are so cheap, you can probably pay it off without financing unless you want a 35%+ rate. Also, my scooter was given to me with less than 50% tank... Ive been riding motorcycles for 10+ years and have bought many brand new, always given to me with a full tank of gas. Not a huge deal since it only costs like $3.50 to fill but then again, it only costs $3.50 to fill so why not the gesture that everybody else does? Not trying to bag too hard, like I said, overall great experience and I would recommend them 1000x over any major dealer like Ridenow. Just wanted to point out the things I saw that could use a bit of improvement.
Sold us a brand new SR110 for my sons birthday. It does NOT run - has never been ridden and problems started day one, the bike did not sit for an extended period of time. Company will not exchange or correct. The only offer they made was that we could go on an eight week waitlist for repairs and pay exorbant labor amounts. The will not exchange or repair the bike. ** Despite the comment below, I just want a working product. They offered the diagnostic fee PLUS an undetermined amount for hourly charges. They were informed the bike would not start properly the day we purchased it.
Love this place!
Was very excited to go into the shop after purchasing a used 50cc scooter. I have been doing reading and researching how to make it a little more fun / overcome some of the issues inherit in a small motor... so I came here!Upon walking in, I waited for the crew in front to finish their 10 minute political debate, then was approached by a woman who refused to even speak to me unless I wore my mask in her preferred (not legally mandated) fashion... So I politely offered to speak outside where she was free of her extreme, unwarranted, and hyperbolic fear and paranoia of other human beings.I started telling her about my goals to give the little motor a little extra zip, but she shut me down right there saying its impossible to improve a 50cc scooter.Given that I went to an automotive school and am a certified auto-tech... and its a simple combustion engine were talking about.... I know impossible isnt the right answer.Rather this store does NOTHING in the form of performance or aftermarket work. Theyre just a budget brand import / markup store. All things considered theres not much reason to go into this store. They only really sell cheap new bikes - which can be bought and shipped from amazon for less money... and service bikes with the same OEM parts that make these miniature vehicles so restricted and limited in functionality. These machines are extremely simple to work on, so skip this shop and order your OEM and performance parts from partsforscooters (com) or racingplanetusa (com) - partsforscooters even has complete diagrams for tons of models / motors. This is all just honest feedback, I guess if I was given a little more time of day, or perhaps a conversation with someone who actually knows about combustion engine performance it would have gone different. This is a place to be sold at, not a place to learn and feel the support of our scooter community. Leaving an extra star because I know they have value to offer people who want to only fix their bike to oem spec.
Cool shop.mostly deals with Chinese motor sport
I can’t comment on the dealership aspect of this establishment, because I only went for service. Therefore, this review is only for the shop. With that said, I had an awful experience. I took in my PCC Romeo 150 because it was stalling after roughly 5 minutes of riding over 30mph. I thought it might be because the valves were out of adjustment or there was an air leak, and I told the shop that when I brought it in. They said it would be a week and a half to two weeks, and quoted me $75 for a valve adjustment and they said they would also check for an air leak in addition to a road worthiness check. I called at the week and a half mark because I hadn’t gotten an update and they said it had already been ready for 2 days (but hadn’t reached out to me). When I picked it up, I asked how it went and he said “we cleaned the carb and it’s good to go”. And I said “wasn’t it the valves?” And he said “oh, right. Yeah those were out of spec.” But couldn’t tell me how far out of spec they were.I took it home and it died again 10 minutes into the ride. Same issue. I took it back the next day. They said they replaced the carb, stator, fuel pump, and took another 2 weeks to go through the moped. I had to wait a few days to pick it up the second time because the only mechanic who has a motorcycle license was out (yes - only the owner and one mechanic have motorcycle endorsements). Finally, after the third trip back to the shop because they told me it was ready when it wasn’t, they left me a voicemail saying “we did what we can. We took it on two test rides and it only stalled once, and it was with our biggest guy on a hill. So, that’s all we can do.” I couldn’t believe it. 50% fail rate was apparently acceptable for a shop apparently specializing in these specific machines. The next day, I took it to a friend who is a mechanic and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes of getting his hands on the moped. There was a cracked hose within plain view, and both the air and fuel filter were completely clogged. After replacing the hose and cleaning the air/fuel filters the bike was completely fixed. For spending 3.5 weeks on this moped, you think they would have checked the air filter and/or fuel filter. I honestly don’t think they looked at the moped. Or worse, they did and didn’t identify these 3 easy fixes before throwing new parts in (how do you even put a new fuel pump in without checking the fuel filter??).I called them back and asked for my money back for the diagnosis, sunscreen they didn’t diagnose the problem. They said they would mail it to me. A month later, no check. I called back in, and they said they would send it. Finally, 2 weeks later (2 months after initially bringing the moped to the shop) I received a check for my money back. That’s the only reason I gave them a second star.
I had a scooter my Dad had sitting out in the backyard. I took it down for an oil change and a new ignition. I was very happy with what I came and picked up. The guys really do go above and beyond with their work, service, and just plain old fashioned customer service. I would certainly recommend them for any service need....
Very helpful
The staff goes above and beyond to satisfy the customers needs.
Very nice informative staff.
Very impressed already. I talked to service about the bikes there. Very knowledgeable and didnt brush me off to sales right away.
Busy but staff was polite and informative
I purchased a scooter online & was so happy with the customer service I received. This was my first scooter ever so I wanted to make sure I did everything right. The owner and the service team the guys in the back that usually fix & maintenece the scooters were so helpful in explaining how often I need an oil change and what to expect with my new scooter. When I came back to follow up for routine maintenance needed on my scooter they were more than willing & happy to help. If youre going to purchase a scooter/dirt bike I definitely recommend this place!
Just bought my first scooter and all of the people were very polite and professional. Super nice people and the scooter is great to.
These people are fantastic!! The staff and owner go above and beyond to help take care of problems. All the staff are knowledgeable about everything they work on. Be sure to check them out! Thanks guys👍👍👍
Was very helpful and had many cool things to buy. Was able to charge my scooter I bought used. Thanks for the help.
This is THE only place to buy or service a motor-scooter in Phoenix. Great prices, knowledgeable owner & techs. I bought mine here & I come back for servicing. Great place for scooters.
Staff is always very helpful, if they cant help you theyre are great at suggestions or recommending. Always happy to have a business like them to go to. Closed on Sunday and Monday
Ok, I redacted my prior complaint. They came through with fixing my scooter as well as going the extra mile to get a new exhaust for it even though I was past the warranty. If Ive learned anything though, its that I will research the next scooter a bit better and maybe get a Taiwanese model. But now with solid parts and adjustments my scooter is riding much better!
Positive first: Can u walk in and buy a nice looking scooter for a grand or under yes. Will you wait for hours, yes. Negative: Customer service is TERRIBLE. We have bought 2 scooters from there and the first experience was pretty decent which is why we went back a second time. We bought another scooter and it went downhill from there. We literally had to wait until the end of the day to pick it up. One of the belts has broken twice...(same belt) so you would think that now that its broken 2x in the same spot maybe they would care enough to look at it and make sure its not something else that is wrong. No..they didnt. More over they over charged for the replacement belt(2x) and wished us luck! smh. Like I said TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You would think they would take care of good customers. Ones that would obviously come back and buy again. Sadly, I was mistaken.
I came in to AZ Scooter and was interested in seeing all the different types of scooters the place had. It was pretty busy but the sales people were able to help everyone very quickly. In the mean time the Service guy came out and talked to me while i waited for a sales person. Both sales and service were very knowledgeable about everything they sold. Not long after i had decided on what i wanted to purchase the manager became available and was able to sell the scooter to me and i was off and running. Will definitely be back for future purchases and service as needed.
Great place to get a bike! Kurt is Amazing!!! Definitely the place To Go to get any kind of scooter. Myself, I got an electric bike and I Love it!! Cant say enough good things about this place. Thanks Kurt for making it Awesome!!!!!!!
Yes, it does take them a while to get your bike fixed. They are busy. But they do the job right, and for a good price. Ive been there once, and going again today...and coming down from the Prescott area. I will continue doing my business here.
I have to say that I have had very different experience then a lot of the negative reviews on here. My girlfriend and I went to AZ Scooter a few weeks ago to look at some new scooters. I have never rode a scooter before so I had a lot of questions. The sales guy (I cant remember his name) was very patient and answered all of my questions and gave me information on the 2 bikes I was interested in. I looked around at a few more shops and decided to go back on Saturday to see if they had anything new that would catch my eye. The same sales guy was there and was very professional and answered all my questions as well as another group that was there at the same time. We ended up buying a scooter from this shop and I have to say on a customer service level it was awesome. I cant speak of the quality of the bike as of yet because I pick it up on Saturday but Im confident that Kurt and his team will look over it and make sure everything is good to go. I will definitely be back to get service done on my scooter. Thank you very much for helping me buy my first scooter. I cant wait to enjoy it!
Great sales people and pricing. They dont push you into buying
Good range of small to med vehicles. Down to earth support. Simple credit process.
I love my shop we have the best toys. ✌
While they didnt have the part I needed, they helped me locate it at a very convenient location to my home. Definitely went above and beyond!
I have had nothing but good experiences with this establishment. I would Highly recommend AZ Scooters to anyone, and everyone. I am a real customer with NOTHING to gain. First lets establish that. I have not been bribed,or influence to write this review.I just want to share my experience with the public, to show how genuine, and honest these guys are. I saw something on line that I wanted,so went to the store to make the purchase, Upon arriving at the store, the scooter was close to 1,500 more then advertised on line. Needless to say, he honored the price with no hassle, and promise to fire his web-site guy. LOLIf your heat is set on a specific purchase, then call ahead to verify that its in stock. Im sure they can accommodate you if giving the chance. They are very user friendly.
Very good service & helpful advice. They have taken good care of my son and his newly purchased scooter. Would recommend to others.
I brought my scooter in for a new engine and it took no time and has ran beautifully sense and it was under 400 with installation so I was happy. Brought it back for maintenance and they helped me the same day because I called ahead. It was fast cheap and they are extremely knowledgeable.
ABSOLUTE WORST SHOP IN THE VALLEY DONT TAKE YOU BIKE HERE! these people are awful, horribly unprofessional and their work is sub par. They are expensive and there work quality is extremely poor. also it takes forever for them to get anything done. i took my scooter in and was quoted for 2 hours of labor and was told it would take up to TEN DAYS for 2 HOURS of labor. so i finally agree after telling the guy that i needed it sooner. he say fine ill have it to you in 3 days. i call 3 days later, they said it would take an additional day. i call the next day an hour before close and nobody even bothers to pick up the phone, i leave a message nobody gets back to before they close. so now it has been 7 days since i dropped off my bike and finally its done. i pick it up everything seems fine and i get over how long it took. I drive 1 mile away, 1 measly mile to grab some food from Carolinas and come out and notice my back tire is flat and there is a nail in the tire. if it had been 3 miles or more away from the shop i would have owned up to it and said that it was my fault but 1 MILE AWAY AND ALREADY HAVING PROBLEMS IS UNACCEPTABLE. i call the these people again and they refuse to take responsibility for there spotty work. they charge me full price on the tire and the owner says he cutting me a deal by giving my half off of 1 hours worth of labor. thanks buddy really generous considering your shop was at fault. so then not 2 weeks later my bike breaks AGAIN. and by this time Ive had it with these people! dont ever take them anything to work on.
Good place to have your scooter work on they take care of you and tell you truth
AZ scooter is great for all your GY6 Chinese scooter needs. Carry most parts in stock.
Nice and friendly. I didnt buy but they were very informative. Will buy when I have the cash
This place is professional, friendly & respectful. I just moved here & was looking for a place to do an oil change for my scooter. $30. Everywhere else was $50 or $60. A place north of here, also onCave Creek Rd (north of Claire st, a Honda/Kawasaki shop) was rude, demeaning & disrespectful. They wanted to charge me $70. Being a woman it also weirded me out that I was there about 5 minutes & one of the guys touched me twice. NOT a good vibe. Definitely choose AZ Scooter!
Great place to buy a scooter. Ryan was awesome!!! Answered all my questions and found the right scooter for me.
Friendly staff and if you have any questions, they are very knowledgeable, and can answer them, or will find out and get back to you with an answer.
Great experiance with these guys. A fair price for my rear tire replacement, which is no easy task. Thanks a bunch.....and first come, first served works great for me!!!!!!!
Researched Scooters for a month. Choose AZ Scooter and salesman Ryan. Bought a FALCON 200cc. I LOVE IT!AZ Scooter has great staff who truly listen to ones desires, needs, AND requirements. Also check out the motorcycle accessory store next door. Great place as well!Im female, 61, 120 lbs, corporate retired, and have not owned a cycle since age 28. Started w Honda 50 (like a Moped; had gears then Lol) at age 10. Kept until 16 cuz got car. Then Yamaha 350, age 18-22, and rode dirt at Brazos River bottoms age 23-27.Lol... Trust me! One can forget how to ride a bike, but NOT a motorcycle! I am LIVING PROOF! I did! (Bought 7 sp bicycle 6 mos ago; first time to ride since age 8. Lol)My skills are much BETTER on the FALCON.The hardest process to CONQUER with the FALCON: it has NO CLUTCH.Being a cycle rider, I find, by habit, that I keep using the left handle as a clutch... When actually it is a brake! (All scooters/mopeds are automatic NOW vs in the 1960s.) This is a VERY hard habit to break... But Im winning! The other hardest process to conquer is dealing with lift-off. As my Falcon scooter weighs 250 lbs, and being an automatic of course... One has to master getting that Bird up and off the ground, aka moving forward... WITHOUT a manual first gear like in the old days! Im winning here also. LolOnce one has these 2 processes mastered... The rest is a breeze!THANKS AZ Scooters... I 💘 my FALCON!
The service here is great and on par with service I have had in the past with another dealer. I can recommend using AZ Scooter for sales and service.
They had reasonable prices and a knowledgeable staff. Not pushy at all and there is no haggling for your scooter.
First timer and couldnt find what I was looking for so not impressed with the place.
Checking it out
Decent scooters. Bought an used one, served its purpose well. Had no failures.
Great work done if you dont mind waiting 2 months to get your scooter/ bike fixed.
What an amazing and cost efficient place to go, its a good 20 miles away from me but Ill still choose this place over any other, service was great and they really work with you
This is a mixed review. They are friendly people and give you reasonable expectations on service time, but perhaps not as thorough as I would have liked. My Jonway 150 scooter had been sitting for some time and needed some work. The front brake needed work. Im not an experienced mechanic so I took the scooter to the experts.1) They epoxied glued the left break since they didnt have the brake cylinder part in stock. After about 5 hours of riding, the glue burst and oil is leaking all over. Im going to buy the part on Amazon for $21 instead of the $45 price + installation labor they quote. But to be fair, I didnt know anything about motorcycle brakes until I took the scooter to them and they pointed out the cylinder to me.2) The bike idled well after I picked it up from the shop but would stall out and sputter over 25 mph. I guess it ran well for them when they tested it out but certainly needed more work. Assuming that the carburetor was gummed up I ran some Sea Foam cleaner through the tank. No luck. I then took the bike seat off, not really knowing what I would find inside but I didnt really want to spend another $150 for service. I saw that they had replaced the fuel filter and a fuel line, but there were other things they should have noticed. Another line (vacuum hose?) was broken so I clipped it shorter and re-clamped it to the carburetor. The spark plug was really blackened and old looking. I purchased a new plug at the auto store. The spark plug cable did not attach firmly to the spark plug either. I replaced the cap connector from a nearby motorcycle shop. Spark plug would be an obvious maintenance item, for an bike that needs a tune-up, right? After fixing these three things myself the bike is running like 60 mpg again. I could probably have just fixed it myself in the first place with some YouTube help. So, they did a C+ job on the bike for $150 and a two-week turnaround time. It ran for a while, but need some follow-up work to get it going like it should be.
My son took his scooter in to be fixed as the start button was not working, nor could he start it by kicking. They had the bike about 3-5 days, said nothing electrical was wrong. They cleaned the carb and replaced the head light, charged him $120. He brought it home the very same night had the same problem he took it in for. We wont be going back or recommending this place to anyone. Save your money and your time
Best place to get your scooter serviced.
These guys service my Kymco Scooter. They are very honest and fair when it come to pricing and also working with you. I appreciate their service & sales practices and have brought friends to make scooter purchases with them as well.
Great place to shop great deals! This place is amazing great deals and top knotch service, i highly recoomend Az Scooter!
Gee I am sure that review from trisha jones is REAL!! We went into AZ Scooter 2 months ago look at a SYM that they showed on their site and of course it just sold before we arrived! It seems this is a common thing with this company. We did another google search and found Scooter Invasion sells the same product. After we called they assured us they had the unit in and would actually hold it for us. We had a great experience with Robert at Scooter Invasion. I would stay away from AZ Scooter as they lie & advertise product they do not have!! *** UPDATE 5/29/2014 *** HOW SAD THIS COMPANY STATING EVERY REVIEW IS FAKE! NOW HE WANTS PEOPLE WHO WALKED OUT OF HIS STORE WITHOUT MAKING A PURCHASE TO PROVIDE AN ID! WHAT ABOUT THE BAD REVIEWS ON YOUR DISCOUNT ATV GOOGLE ACCOUNT? ARE FAKE ALSO? MAYBE YOU SHOULD FOCUS ON HAVING WHAT YOU ADVERTISE AND FOCUS ON A LITTLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. CLEARLY ANYONE CAN OPEN A BUSINESS IF THIS STORE CAN MAKE IT.
The staff was very friendly and was was very insightful
They have easy financing good people on a nice choice of rides
Great customer Service! Im coming back to purchase!
Not the best prices, but definitely the best advise. I have been coming here for years getting South Korean parts for TaoTaos and the like.
Stopped by randomly to get my scooter serviced. Thought Id have to come back since I didnt make an appointment. But even down 2 hands and 3 weeks behind on repairs, they got my oil changed and the scooter checked out in 30 minutes.
I puchase my first scooter at this store. All good experience
In August I bought an Roketa dirt bike from AZ scooter. I love it. It is fun to ride on or off road. The staff there is excellent. In October I bought another Roketa to ride together with my son. Az scooter has a large selection on hand. The mechanics were very good preparing my bikes for safe riding. This weekend we rode 40 miles to four peaks. All on dirt roads. The Roketa is an excellent bike at an excellent price. I highly recommend AZ scooter. Check out the mini bikes and go carts as Christmas gifts for the kids.
The company is Arizona Discount ATV. They actually have two separate websites as they sell a lot of scooters.I am sure their are others out there that may have had an experience with Kurt and his crew so I can only share my story and my experience with him and his mechanics.I am really big on customer service, integrity and honesty for a business. I love to support my local small business over everybody else as I am a small business owner as well.I purchased a USED 2007 Hammer Head 250 SS Buggy from a local seller. The buggy would run great when it was warmed up, but had a terrible time getting it started.Kurt sold me a brand new carb which should fix the issues. I installed myself and now my problems had changed and now it fires right up but when it got to operating temp. it stalled and was starving for fuel. I was running out of time with Christmas just a couple days away. I called Kurt back and explained my situation. He went out of his way to make changes to his mechanics schedules to accommodate me and get my buggy in first thing in the morning so his mechanics could diagnose and hopefully fix the issue.I was there 30 minutes prior to them opening the store. Kurt told me I would be dropping of the buggy and they would get it done by the end of the day. I live 50 miles away and even though this was an inconvenience for me, the fact he got me in on such short notice I will take it. I was greeted by both of his mechanics. Chuck was the mechanic who worked on my buggy. He knew who I was and the issues in which I came in for. He asked a few questions before jumping right in to diagnose the issue. It did not take him long to figure out the problems. He explained to me what was going on and gave me my options to correct the issues. He could re jet the new carb and make adjustments so it would run correctly or buy the racing carb that was bolt on ready. We went inside and looked at the racing carb they had in stock that would work perfect for my buggy. After speaking with the Kurt he decided he would take back the new carb he sold me from yesterday without the normal 20% restocking fee and gave me a full credit towards the purchase of the new racing carb. I decided to go with the new racing carb install so I can get upgrades in the future. We went back out and I was planning to drop the buggy off so he can work on it. to my surprise Chuck said I can fix it right now for you and get you on your way. I was so excited and happy I thanked him.Chuck looked over all of the hoses, fittings and intake to make sure there were no other issues that needed to be addressed. Chuck also had to make a special wiring harness to install the carb correctly to work with my buggy. After the full install he fired the buggy right up and did final adjustments with the idle. He did all of this in just over an hour. Now I know we cannot expect service like this under everyday circumstances, Kurt pulled through and took care of me 3 days before Christmas with everything else he had going on with his store.I will tell you all this, I received the best customer service I could ask for and then some. I will be purchasing ANY upgrades, parts, service and most definitely a purchase of any new ATV, UTV of any kind from AZ Scooter......
Always helpful and friendly with reasonable prices
Kurt is a cool guy!BUTsome of people on his staff r not.need to fix repairs right the first or even the second time right for same origial problem.make sure to ask for the best they have..dont go with your gutt or the style go for quilty.ask kurt..
Great people and very clean store =)
Do not touch this place. Incompetent mechanics. On many occasions, like a loose oil cap after a oil change.I paid them to replace my drive belt. They installed the belt but did not check the variator so the belt blew in 700 miles and had to be towed........
They were exceptionally delightful
Brian, Installed battery in scooter. Fired right up. Thanks. Mark
Not helpful at all, they didnt even acknowled that i was there.
Great friendly and knowledgeable
Not a very big selection and the prices werent stellar, but the owner was friendly and chatted with us even after we made it clear we werent buying from him. He seemed more about finding the right fit for the person rather than making a profit.
Great job on our scooter
Came in here, got all questions answered and a new scooter in under a half hour!
Good! fixed issue that other scooter store messed up and charged outrageously .
I love this place :-)
Cheap, cheap, Cheap! Great place!
Great family owned
Only place that had the tire I needed in stock without sending me to order online.
Good service pretty helpful
I called and they dont have a payment plan you got to get approved for a loan
Great service department !
Terrible experience... They make is sound like they have a huge inventory which is not the case. What really upset me is they did not have the product they advertise...
Friendly and knowledgeable staff
Great customer relations
