I brought a Bunn frozen drink machine to be repaired, but due to a few mishaps and COVID conditions at the time, my machine remained at their facility longer than anticipated. Once I did pick it up, Pam was extremely helpful and courteous, informing me there would be NO charge for my repairs…customer service was definitely a priority. Thanks again!

Great service! They were extremely professional and had very kind staff. I’ve had horrible experiences with other restaurant supply/consignment warehouses in town.I’ve used them from the beginning to the end. We bought 75% of our equipment from them and even used their guys to install everything. Prices were competitive but the cleaning and reconditioning they did on every piece saved us valuable time and extra money.Their items are limited, though, and move fast! Wanted a few things and didnt put down a deposit because we werent sure on the size of our space, came back 2 days later and they were gone! I’d check their inventory often.We’re hoping to be opening more stores soon, and we will definitely use them for everything

I’ve worked with this wonderful group of people multiple times throughout my restaurant career and I’ve always left happy. I cannot express how knowledgeable the staff are and how reasonable their prices are. I bought a refrigerator from them once and it broke down a few months later. I called them and they quickly sent a service crew to fix it within a few hours, even after my warranty was up. This company has amazing hospitality and service. They were so helpful and knowledgeable about the equipment and knew exactly what I was looking for and what I needed for my kitchen. I was so surprised they actually plugged in the equipment for me so I could see for my self it working and gave me a FREE 30 day warranty on top of the deal I was already getting on the equipment I needed! plus they will actually go to your restaurant and repair your equipment 24 hour day or night! Ive done business with these guys for a year now and at three different times went to them for help and each time my expectations were not only met, but exceeded. I own a small bistro and catering business in Phoenix, all of my equipment is from these folks and they have maintained it for, repaired as necessary and provided me with new stuff as my business has grown. DO NOT EVER PAY IN CASH!!! Purchased a sushi display case from them for $994. Brought it back and cleaned it. Turned it on and realized there were multiple problems with it. Called them back right away and we were greeted by the main lady there. She was super rude. We asked for a refund since we have a business to run but she refused. So we brought it back for it to be fixed and told her we need it by one week. It has been 30 days and we called multiple times. we had to dispute the charges with the credit card company because we had already purchase a brand new one to keep our business going. they called us to come pick up the fixed sushi case after 30 days which the warranty has expired so if something else is wrong with it, we just have to deal with it on my own. Terrible business ethic and we are still dealing with the headache from them.

Before you do business with this company you might want to do your research. This company is slim shady! I purchased a refrigerator, stove, fryer and griddle...I paid cash and none of items worked properly! The compressor had to be replaced in the refrigerator after having it only 3 weeks and even with a replaced compressor it never worked I had to physically return it to them and they NEVER repaired, replaced or gave me my money back. I have a gas stove that I have to use a cigarette lighter to light every time I want to turn it on notwithstanding they gave me the wrong handle for stove temperature knob...I never know exactly what the temp is when Im baking. The griddle had busted legs. The fryer was also returned and was never repaired or replaced. I have won a law suit with this company but havent seen a dime of my money. BUYER BEWARE! There are other more reputable companies to do business with. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!

Candy was extremely helpful when I needed a new freezer for my restaurant. I called in the morning, she was quick to send pictures of numerous units and I found exactly what I needed. Very quick to respond and great service. Would recommend to anyone looking for deals on restaurant equipment.

Under no circumstances would I recommend doing business with this company we dropped off a deli case to these guys in the middle of May and we have repeatedly contacted them asking if they had a chance to look at it so we can get our money for it two months later theyre saying they try to call us text us and all that . Straight lies!They are very shady now they said the case does not work even though it worked when we dropped it off they never once try to call usA month ago I even drop by because I was in the area and shes like oh we been really slammed we will try to move it to the front of the line and I will call as soon as I look at it that call never came now we call today to follow up and now theyre saying weve been trying to reach you guys the case doesnt work and you need to come pick it upShady!!! Should have read the reviews before doing business here. Decided on price, shook owners hand and went to go get a check. Girl at desk said, wait we were supposed to offer you $200 for these 3 items. Price discussed and agreed on was $800. Owner went into the back and she came back with an offer of $400. NEVER trust a guy whose hand shake and word is no good. Trailer Park all the way!

This 5-star rating has been earned.It is also realistic.In a dozen or so visits over the past few years, Ive consistently received fair, friendly treatment here. The staff will work (hard) with a customer to fit equipment and pricing to needs. Theyve demonstrated this again and again regardless of whether I even buy anything.[Ive never yet spent much at Phoenix Used Restaurant Equipment and the staff is told early on that my needs are small, my means limited.Doesnt matter. I still get top-shelf help.]The latest two examples:1. Staff helped me search both of the companys big buildings high and low for small parts to meet very specific needs, all the while knowing little profit could happen.In this case their motivation was simply to help ME.2. By the time we finally located the above odd parts, we ran into the owner in a spot as far from the companys cash register as we could be. Though I dont know him, he told me to just take my parts that day and to pay him on a return visit someday. I dont think he recognized me; I make infrequent visits and theyre usually with his employees.It is true that no viable business could ever afford to follow the above example on a regular basis.Still, it does indicate a good pattern Ive noticed here.Old-fashioned gentlemens word-of-honor, unconditional assistance. An eagerness to help the little guy. Ive seen these things on every visit. Im truly thrown by a couple of lesser reviews I ran across; I can only think that you cant please everybody all of the time. But, I know that Ill never be dealt with in anything less than a kind, decent manner at this business. The pleasant treatment has been too steady. I am super disappointed with this business and the way that they have handled my purchase. (should of read all the 1 star reviews) I was told by a sales rep that the installation for some of the equipment was going to stay under our budget(10K) but after calling the number they recommended and getting a quote of 25k$ after purchasing the equipment. I called back to ask if it was possible to exchange (which states on their website that they do trades )the equipment and get refrigeration equipment instead with me paying all the transportation cost, after calling a few more times i was told i could only get 5k back from a 9k purchase. Talked to the owner on the phone and was told that he didn’t have to exchange me back anything and to take responsibility for my own mistakes and that he would think about it. Honestly i would not advise anyone to purchase from here as they are a dishonest business. My solution is exchange the equipment at my transportation cost, you don’t loose anything and you keep a happy customer. I advise you to stay away from this place as they will only take your money and give you an attitude when you call.( btw for any customers reading this, I kept the equipment in the box, brand new, not even out the box and yet they couldn’t take it back just to show the shadiness behind this establishment) 1 star is way to many..

I get my equipments and food truck oil and generator change. Always friendly and Ashley are Tony are awesome to work with . They are very reasonable and always on time .

I bought a refrigerator from Tom a little over two years ago. I knew I didnt have a warranty anymore I called them and they told me to bring it in and theyd fix it free of charge. They kept to their word and fixed it free of charge, Ive never heard of any company doing that I will definitely be back!

Dropped off our conveyer toaster almost a year ago for their Free Diagnostic being advertised.. had an eerie feeling from the moment I stepped in that place and continued to see red flags but got sucked in since I am new at this whole owning a business experience. Very vague in person and on the phone, I have called back 7 or 8 times since to follow up, only to hear repeated excuses or requests that have been said since day 1. After seeing all the other reviews of people being scammed by this place, I have accepted the fact that we most likely arent going to see our toaster again. Thankful we realized all this before we handed over a penny.

These people are great. I went there to look for a prep table for my restaurant & I was not disappointed. There were mutiple tables in the size I was looking for and they even took my old non working prep table in for trade.What really made me want to write a review is how friendly the staff was, Ashley worked with my price range and I couldnt be happier with the unit I bought it works great.

The are very slow almost non responsive. They quoted me 1595 on something that costs 690.

Terrible company, they bait and switch you into buying over priced equipment. Once it was delivered the flat top didn’t fit in cooler so deliver drivers drilled holes into the cooler to mount the flat top totally ruining both pieces, then sent wrong equipment for coffee after specifically telling them not too. When we called to get it fixed we got told after spending 8000, (400 on delivery and 95/hr for install) we were told only in store credit. I called the lady to complain, she didn’t like being called out so she hands the phone to her husband who then challenged us to a fight!

I agree with the majority here, dude is a shister, i also dropped off a really nice refrigerateddisplay case well worth 1500.00 used, never saw a dime ....cant believe they are still in biz...

If you want to throw your money away use these guys. They will sell you worthless equipment and when it breaks down, good luck getting them to come out for a service call. There is a reason they have an F rating with the BBB. After they cancelled my service call on 2 separate days, I called Windy City Equipment and they came out the same day and were very professional, unlike the clowns at Phoenix Used Restaurant Equipment.
