Called in part for will call. Had it ready and was out in less than 3 minutes.

They had the fridge freezer motor and blade I needed. And it was in stock.

Everytime I go there they always have what I need at a fair price.

Never go there. Totally incompetent

I looked everywhere online and was going to have to wait a week for a heating element for my stove. I lucked out and found this place and within 20min I had the exact part I needed. Stove works perfect now and my reward is chicken parmesan. The guys working found my part in a minute or two. Even gave me a little break on the price. Great place for appliance parts.

Hate leaving a negative review, especially when the staff is so friendly, but have to leave an honest review. I called and put in an order for a part I needed for my stove. Was told it needed to be ordered and would be 4 to 6 business days before the part arrived. They took my name and phone number and said they’d call. Two weeks later I called back because I hadn’t heard anything and they couldn’t find the order. Unfortunately one of the staff dropped the ball and did not put my order in. I was very excited because the location is near me and their price was unbeatable. Instead I am going elsewhere and paying 30% more, but at least the part is in stock and I’ll finally have use of my oven again!

Store is clean and has good stock but prices are double and service and attitude of employees are awful. For those reasons I won’t go back or recommend.

Ive called them several times and been in the store several times and theyve always been prompt and helpful.

I come in with a dishwasher tine part, small plastic, often breaks on Maytag DW. Mr. Lazy behind the counter states, no model number, I cant help you. I ask again very nicely, just look in your inventory and bring a part up front and Ill check the fit, if it doesnt fit when I get home, no big deal.Mr. Lazy would NOT BUDGE! No model number, no help.I drove across town to a competitor, showed them the part, they return with the correct part in less than 30 seconds. All that extra work for a $3.50 piece of plastic.This isnt the only incident of laziness I have experience here, just the latest.

I needed a fuse for dryer and i was around corner couple mins before closing. The man on phone that i told id be right there reminded me he leaves at 5. So i hurried to search and found a store i thought was on cave creek. The man who answered said he had part and that he would wait for me. Then he gave me location and it was actually all the way on 43rd ave and bell rd. So i was sure id have to search again. But he said it was no problem i was far. He waited all that time but this store couldnt keep door open at 5 because remember he leaves at 5.

Great Service! APCO is a company that has invested a lot in setting up so many stores and stocking them with the parts we need. Their counter sales people are great. They are very knowledgeable and they all are capable of getting the answers to your questions regarding the parts that will work on your machine. This review was originally in rebutal a gentleman who wrote about his dissatisfaction. Appliance Parts Company serves the public in addition to business as usual with the skilled professionals who depend on their skills in running down even those hard to find parts.The gentlemans complaint was that the counterperson did not have the currency to make change for a large bill. These guys are a bank or your local grocery store and things happen. Surely the conterperson was not going to close up shop in order to run to the bank for change money. Most of their business is dealt with through other forms of currency than cash.If you want professional service and you have your model number handy, you wont be dissappointed!Most common parts youll need are stocked and if your part must be ordered they always do their best to see that it ships asap. Ive been purchasing from them for 4 years +, and I am a satisfied customer!
