I have placed orders with these folks multiple times now. Spent thousands here on some cool stuff. In my opinion, they all have great, quick customer service. The owner has even reached out to me after cancelling an order. Ive never had an issue getting a military discount, like a previous reviewer mentioned, and Im also retired army. They offered it to me and I just paid full price because I enjoy supporting small business and they have great prices as is. Especially during these rough times. They have always kept ammo in stock, fast shipping. I dont understand why they have a single bad review, unless its their competition attempting to draw customers away... Nothing but great things to say about these guys. I will continue to be a customer for a long time unless something major changes! Appreciate you guys!

I own some older odd ball weapons and at times Ive been able to find ammo for them at UNA. Also Im a shooter and take it seriously and use a lot of Match ammo which they do stock at times. They have the every day stuff and there pricing is reasonable. I like the owners No Nonsense to his store. Personally Ive always try to support our local businesses in my area and this store is on my list.

This was a very good customer service response.On top of this, the action was completed during a time of high demand so reaching out personally shows this organizations level of commitment. Recently bought a case of ammo online here. Price was competitive with the current market situation. The website looks like it was made 20 years ago, and I had a slight issue after placing the order. Not sure if it was on my end or theirs, but they fixed it and got the ammo shipped out quickly the next day.

.70 cents a round for 9mm target ammo when buying 1k rounds at a time? Thats insane. I over paid for 1k of .223 here years ago. Customer service was respectable but prices are outrageous when ammo is hard to find

Let’s start by saying they really need to fire whomover is in charge of answering the phone. Horrible customer service! I called & a guy answered the phone, I ask if they have any 9mm in stock & he responds with saying yes, and a few more words very rapidly to where I didn’t understand & then just immediately hangs the phone up not allowing even a second for me to ask any questions & just like that they lost a customer, I’ll take my money elsewhere!

After spending thousands of dollars here. No exaggeration either, suddenly as a veteran I dont qualify for military discount. Even though I always got one before. Service had been going downhill since the whole ammo shortages from elections and Corona, but honestly because of Matthew you guys just lost a long time customer.Military is military. Active or Veteran. You dont know why they are not still active. Could have gotten hurt. Could have put in 20 and retired. Time served is time served. Im just gonna leave it at that.

Went in yesterday and bought a 1k case of 9mm for a decent price, not a super deal though, I bought mostly for the convenience and could have paid less elsewhere. I thought that a bulk ammo store might have a bargain or two, but the asking price on a lot of the ammunition was considerably higher than online retailers. I understand paying a little bit extra for the convenience factor, but were talking 30-40% more than what youd pay elsewhere.

Very knowledgeable about rarely asked questions & uncommon firearms. Amazing selection of all caliber firearms. This is my new 1st stop shop!

After visiting all, or most of the ammo and gun retailers within a 35 mile radius. I discovered UN Ammo. Its eaey to find but the parking can be an adventure. Not a giant store but they have more hard to find and specialty ammo than any other place I visited. Including the fish place, the big C, and some outdoor kind of guy place. Not only do they offer every caliber of ammo I had ever heard of. They have it in every way, shape, or form you can imagine. In addition to that if you buy it in bulk, or larger than an individual box, their great prices cant be beat.My first visit I was there for maybe 20 minutes and found every caliber I had been looking for all over town. And they offer ammo in ap rounds, incindeary, explosive or tracers in your favorite pistol caliber?I cant say enough about this place. I spent a wad my first visit but I was back with a buddy gone now him this great ammunition retailer. Great staff, knowledgeable in ammo and firearms, and the largest flare gun collection I have ever seen. No more dragging a dolly to the gun show every few months. I go see my guys at UN Ammo.

Excellent place to do business. The only downside is the location and a king sized pain in the donkey merging into traffic after apx 3:00PM. Beat the rush hour, pay them a visit and you will be pleasantly surprised with their friendly, helpful attitude.Like any retail firearms merchant. There is always the customer that wants to take up store clerks time shooting the bull. On two occasions I did see the sales clerks sneak their way out of a conversation. One customer wanted to talk about the numerous guns that got away. The other wanted to have a discussion about his grandfathers single action Colt revolvers. Guess the customer assumed the ammunition sales clerk could tell him what the revolvers were worth sight unseen. He was politely brushed off as the clerk went back to work stocking shelves, telling him to check gunbroker on the net then pretended he didnt hear him.A big plus for these guys are the helpful and courteous attitudes. Got an ammo question chances are good they have the answer. I recall a perplexed youngun holding up two different boxes of 9MM at the cash register. The salesman took the time and very politely explained the difference between +P self-defense ammo and the low cost FMJs. Their prices are very reasonable for a box or two at a time buyer like me. Check with them though if youre considering a large order like a thousand rds off the net. You will be pleasantly surprised of their price compared to the net. Especially after you add shipping and other hidden charges you likely wont discover untill youre in the net merchants shopping cart. How rip-offs like Sportsmans Guide can sneak a $10.00 Bull Sh!t processing fee in at the last minute and stay in business.My last visit, apx 90 days ago I discovered UN Ammo had the best price on 38 Special compared to Cabelas and Sportsmans Warehouse. Same brand and type (158gr RNL) was just short of a buck and a half cheaper on the net for a three or more box order but there was a minimum 12.95 shipping fee. Coupled with BS add-ons for insurance, adult signature, rush shipping, etc. Even with local sales tax I was money ahead from UN.In summary visit UN Ammo before the rush hour traffic and dont ever visit without looking at their bargain bin. My best was a hodge-podge of various brands of 45 Colt and 44 Special. The ammo was packed and taped into 20 rd trays. One had 18 the other only 17 but got them both for $4 and change. The 45 Colt about half were Hornady Lever Revolution.
