Had some engraving done here, as well as making a few purchases. The staff was very friendly and helpful through the engraving and purchase process, and they have had a great inventory of small parts that are often needed every time I have been in, and the prices are very competitive. One of my favorite shops in the valley, and now that they are so close to my neighborhood I will continue using them as often as I can!

Stopped by this new location yesterday to pick up my new toy! The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable with all the questions I had in regards to home defense and the rounds that you might use. The picture is only some of their inventory as they literally had just moved in the day before I showed up.

Left my upper receiver with them to install a floating hand rail for me, turn around time was fast and work was great and prices were terrific. Friendly store staff makes you feel at home.

Very small staff but always willing to assist. That’s with their guns or any other. Reasonable proces at this time of inflation—especially guns and ammo. Enough accessories for most weapons. If not they are quick to check availability elsewhere. More like friends with their advice.

Small mom and pop shop but had what 8 other gun shops didn’t a in the waistband holster for my new toy ...greeted me at the door...I’m heavily tattooed and definitely didn’t feel anything BUT WELCOMED They let me know they would be right with me helped me get my purchase done in and out in less than 5 minutes ....Definitely will be returning!

Everytime I go to this store the employees are always friendly prompt to acknowledge you even if they are busy. For a smaller local owned store their selection and stock is up there with the bigger gun stores ie...slings, hand guards multiple kinds of mags, holsters, tactical gear, butt stocks and alot more . Their prices are VERY reasonable, ( I do price shop on items ) they have tons of ammo and everything you need if you like to build your own rifles or just like to customize them abit. Also they have alot of in house customization options, I try to support and shop local businesses. Ive brought my brother and my roommate here, they have made a life time customer out of me for sure. Keep up the great and professional work there at MLS arms.

Amazing mom and pop store! I have been to a wide variety of gun stores and every single one made me feel like I was trespassing on their property. If youve been to a gun store you know what Im talking about. Typically, you walk in and awkwardly pretend to browse for 20-30 minutes until someone finally gets to you. Not at MLS Arms. I was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in and I was told exactly how much longer I would have to wait. While I was there, I observed the staff happily answering calls and helping customers. When someone left, you could tell they appreciated their business. This place is a hidden gem and I cant wait to be back

So I go into the shop today and ask for the gunsmith to remove my flash hider as it was rocksetted on, he said give him a week and itll be 45 bucks which for me was fair.I get a text a few hours later because he was done and only charged 30 for the job as it was easier than expected.Above all else their honesty is top notch. Ill use then again for my gunsmith and sot needs

The workers there were very helpful im new to guns and they helped point me twards a nice EZ gun with alot of nice safety features like a squeeze grip so I have to be put pressure on grip to shoot and a outside safety which also was pretty well priced would deffinetly reccomend. Also went by amazingly fast didnt have to spend much time at all before i got my gun 10/10

Been going there for a couple of years now. Have purchased a couple of glocks, and have done quite a few transfers as well. The owner, and staff have been very good to me! Very helpful, as well as knowledgeable !

Really wanted this to be my local store, but as I spent a bit of time in there I realized it wasnt compatible with the way I view firearms or the world. Like every other firearms store dont expect a lot of inventory, there has been a run on basically everything available due to panic buying.Pros- Friendly and sociable service- Small business- Willing to help and explain their opinion in a low-stress environmentCons- Though they followed all the gun safety rules and precautions, and reminded several guests, I still saw careless firearm discipline from customers- Fear-mongering merchandise regarding the 2A. Anyone who has an interest in firearms knows what I am talking about - whether you believe it wholeheartedly or it makes you roll your eyes. Personally, I think the macho posturing is detrimental to the movement, but this is obviously my opinion.- The single biggest issue to me was a complete lack of respecting the Phoenix mask ordinance. There were several people crammed in the store, and many did not wear masks or they wore it in an ineffective way. To top it off, one of the employees made several statements about how masks are proven to do nothing while wearing his mask with his nose uncovered (while simultaneously coughing and sneezing). I understand that for some reason science has become politicized, and I doubt Im changing any minds, but masks DO work and it is irresponsible to perpetuate the myth that they dont. I include this final reason for anyone else who believes that businesses should aspire to be ethical members of the community.Edit after about a month: I still stand by my original review. That being said I like the feel of this shop more than any of the other ones I have visited. They seem to actually want customers rather than finding them an inconvenience. Some of the other shops even seemed to be actively hostile to customers. I will probably stick to occasionally visiting this shop with the occasional purchase or FFL transfer so long as the customer service remains helpful and the new location doesnt completely change the atmosphere.

This is the place. All that is missing is sawdust on the floor. and a place to tie your horse up to. This is the kind of store that was around in droves 30 years ago, where the owner was on the floor, personal, knowledgeable and customer friendly. Add to the fact that this store is Tactical Savvy, transfer friendly, and has a gunsmith on premises! This place may not be huge, but it makes it worth your time with knowledge, pricing, and old fashioned service. Its an AR paradise as well. My wife no longer calls the Pub looking for me. Im at MLS Arms instead. See you there.

Great little shop with excellent experienced workers. Enjoying the guns Ive purchased so far and if I have questions I know I can get help from this location without fuss. Right now a small selection in store, but due to covid its expected and itll return to normal eventually.

I called them about my NFA engraving I needed to get done, went in and dropped it off, both people behind the counter were do nice and friendly and were taking care of the customers, they acknowledge me and I waited for my turn, took good care of me and my item, they texted me that evening that it was done even though they said it might be a week or 2. I really enjoyed my experience with this shop, and I will be doing my business with them from now on. Heck they even have some cool mags that are a must for me. VERY PLEASE AND IMPRESSED.

I used this store for a transfer and I was amazed at the rapid responses from the owner through email (5 minutes or less response times). The store was clean, the staff was friendly, and I have found my new local gun store!

This shop is filled with low-end parts and firearms. Also for some reason they are too good to answer their phone, a shop the size of phone booth with 3 people working in it, yet noone is capable of picking up a phone. If you want anything of quality, please skip this place!

All I can say is simply the best gun store I have dealt with many gun stores and all I can say Rick has always have found what I was looking for and always gave the best price and service even when he was doing business out of his house i have moved out of state but when I come back to town I make sure that I make it to his store to buy accessories for my guns and I have also have ordered accessories over the phone or internet he still beats every one else prices very nice people stay safe and will see you next time I come back in town

I went in to find out about their blacksmithing service what I found was a bunch of shysters asking me if I wanted to trade some lawn equipment for their services. stay away from these people theyre weird.

I remember the days when he was operating out of his residence. Very nice guy. Always great prices. And he was always polite. The cat was the boss (no I’m not talking about any female) I’m happy he has a retail shop now and hope he can sustain staying open. Finding a good gun shop these days is hard especially when the internet killing all the local stores price wise. But I think Rick can pull it off.I still have few mls Glock lowers I purchased from. Always a great deal.
