My experience with US Air has been terrible. These guys don’t handle customer issues on a professional level, they offer no insight or input on how to actually address customer concerns, and if you are dealing with a warranty claim be prepared to sit idle for several days with a broken AC. I’ve been dealing with several employees in particular, and these gentleman have absolutely no sense of urgency to guide a customer through any type of warranty process.Here’s some feedback:Be accountable. If you say you are going to help your customers then actually help them. Many times I had to call him on the phone and stay on top of him to find out the status and many times I would hear “sorry we got slammed”. That’s not fair to place that on a customer who is waiting with a broken AC.Take an active role in helping your customers problem solve. I came to you guys saying the new outside mini split unit I had came with no charge. You shrugged your shoulders and told me to call Samsung, with no interest at all. What better way to tell your customer “not my problem”.. very unprofessional. Even the Samsung HVAC manager had a conversation with G****** on the phone and said “Why are you guys giving this customer such a hard time? We already approved a new unit, go ahead and submit the warranty claim”.. you’d think with all that it would be enough but nope.. 3 days later still nothing.Frustrating is an understatement..

Already having problems with 2 of the 3 Yorks ACs that I purchased in the last 6 months. Yorks Phoenix dealership is not responding to my vendor Degree AC in Phoenix who installed the ACs inspite of several reminders. Could someone from the corporate office please connect and have the cap tube issue fixed. My vendor should be fixing the fan issue tomorrow and he mentioned that York does not have the best customer service response time.Thanks
