The storage manager Elizabeth is very pleasant to deal with her customer service skills are definitely there!! Very polite Woman!! And she cuts corners to make you leave a satisfied customer!! She’s extremely helpful!! And positively knows what she’s doing in her career! A plus plus!!

Would be willing to go to a farther uhal and pay more not to deal with the staff. Had a really poor experience while the staff acted like we were dumb for them not telling us where the uhal was and just giving us keys a nice young male offered to help me which was rudely interrupted by a female who had given us the keys then telling us where the uhal was.IN ADDITION THE GAS TANK WASNT 100% full. Upon trying to return the vehicle and calling to ask for an extra hour they’re trying to charge us for a whole additional day. NEVER had problems like this at the Horsham branch! Get ur staff in check!

They changed for gas, I bought it back fuil tank. Drove it for 20, miles they changed me for 40. Take pics of mil before and after, keep gas receipts.name, date, time you return. Be prepared and award. Charge my card 96. 00. Never againg!!!

This place has one of the RUDEST employees working for.them. I called there because of an issue with a rental truck that we reserved. The employee that I spoke to Saturday afternoon had every excuse in the book as to why we had to go 15 miles out of our way into the state of New Jersey to get a truck even though we could walk from our house to this facility. He didnt even try to accommodate us in anyway and keep saying you dont get it.my brother like we are somewhere in the hood and he was out on the street. Do they not train their employees how to speak properly to the customers and after all this the employee HUNG UP on us..How is thisgood customer service..Maybe they should train their employees better or just not hire some people....I would give this location NO STARS but I didnt have that option!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not go to this Uhaul location. They are a rip off and are pathetic. They will find any way they can to charge you more money so beware. They would not return my $10 for the unused appliance dolly and they charged me unnecessarily for gas after I had already put gas in the stupid van. If I could leave zero stars I would. The guy Mohammad Zunair is rude as well and I’m obviously not the only person who has stated this. He should not be an employee or manager or whatever his position is. He should be fired immediately. Distasteful and horrendous experience. I will be using another moving company now on.

I paid to reserve a trailer hitch over the phone at this location. When I arrived the item was unavailable. Waste of time.

This place is dishonest. Falsely charged me an extra $23 for ez fuel of 5.5gal of missing fuel. Would not recommend this u-haul location. I traveled only 4miles which barely used half a gallon and I had that refueled to a bit over the initial gas gauge level before returning it. When I returned my rental, they did not provide me with an receipt and told me to just drop off my keys and to expect a receipt in the morning. I should have done my due diligence and took photos of everything as well as insist that I receive a receipt after returning the key.

In the past 5-6 years Ive rented at least 5 times from U-Haul 7750 Roosevelt Blvd, Philadelphia, PA location and I have never had an issue with the equipment or billing. I can certainly understand Saturdays can be one of their most busiest days of the week for rentals and again Ive never had an issue. I was always greeted by a pleasant staff whos focus was to get me settled and out with my rental. The reasons above is a testament as to why theyve earned my repeated business.

I took a truck there and drove less then 4 miles . But didn’t put a gas level on my phone before I left. By the time of returning I put 1 gallon of gas there . But they told me that I have put more because on the paper it shows 3/8 of gas, when actually it was little bit more then 1/4. So the fact that I put only 4 miles on the car they didn’t give a f... and I had to go to the gas station to put few more gallons. Probably it was my mistake that I didn’t do that on the phone . ( when you move from one place to another you are in rush ) . But the way they treated me I didn’t like . You can easily understand that after 4 miles driving you can’t spend a lot of gas.. change something in the system. Some customers can forget about gas link. So try to count it by miles.

The manager at this location needs proper training in customer service. His lack of knowledge in UHAULs rules and services is grossly apparent. This is not how business is done sir...shape up, and get trainingà!!!!

Preordered a hitch for my car and made an appointment three weeks out. I show up at the date/time of my appointment and was told the hitch never arrived at their location. Never a phone call, and they charged my credit card already. Never deal with this location again.

My second floor storage unit clean, dry, no bugs, no rodents. Had it for several years. Price seems competitive. But staff are generally indifferent to customers. Need to take a course on customer service.

Apparently a drivers license trumps a passport when only trying to rent a dolly when did this happen and what sense does it make but I understand that is UHaul’s policy, what was unprofessional about this location is the manager had a card for customers to contact but instead of answering decides best to text back. That is very unprofessional as what is the point of giving a number and only allows text.

Hesitant to write a review, since I always have gotten mixed service. However more recently the service has been horrible. From Poorly trained customer service reps, to employees that dont know or honor any of their terms of service. This is by far the worst U-Haul Ive seen to date. and its most unfortunate. They do not reflect the intentions of the company and I certainly hope corporate intervenes and either pulls their license or removes management. I grew up with this being the go to U-haul location for any hauling needs. Theyve severely decayed over the years.

Friendly trucks, reliable workers!

I tried going to Walmart for some boxes but they made it difficult to get them there. But here was a fast and great experience! Got my 2 large boxes quickly, but a couple took to long trying to rent a vehicle. So the other lady rung me up instead so I could leave. They were polite though.

This is a nice clean facility with the capability of providing storage for stuff you no longer want to keep around the house. The staff are very friendly and very caring and try very hard to accommodate your needs. Very simply put if youre moving and you do the Move Yourself this would be a good place to start.

I have a reservation online pick up on this location after I get there I can’t find my truck so I went to the counter to comfirm my reservation, and they ask me to redo the application again and ask me must buy the insurance from them this is very bad service experience! This is Michael. I have used this place again and again. I used this storage facility last 2018 and then I returned to use it again this 2019. The Manager, Mohammed Mohiuddin, was very nice to me. If you get any problems, ask to speak with him. When I needed help getting my mattress cleaned before taking it to my home from normal dirt, he allowed me and connected me to the water hose pipe. I like this place also because they have restroom for customers unlike CubeSmart (located on Spring Garden). The only thing I dont like is that they discontinued 24-7 access to storage for non-business owner renters.

Today my son used one of your van to move his things and he forgot his iPhone in the van .So when he went back to get it the parking lot and looked inside of the van and did not see it and went inside the building and ask someone if anyone returned a iphone . And know I will not use your van again and I am telling all of my friends not to go there .My son was with his father and they both told me that they had a worker greeted them in the van .So if you dont want me to tell all my friends, you need to tell your worker to turn on his phone and call that number and turn his phoneSteve J. Poor customer service

Set up my truck reservation over the phone a week in advanced. The women I spoke with told me it was going to be $.99 a mile.. Once I arrive I quickly glance over everything on the little screen... Everything seems about correct.. I notice a $12.00 protection plan they tack on, but i was in rush so I let it slide.. When I return the truck theyre trying to charge me $1.79 a mile vs the $.99 I was quoted on the phone. The woman ringing me up said I have no idea who you spoke with or what she told you, we dont keep those kinda records on file.. which is clearly a total lie... This place is trash take your business elsewhere.

I advise people to check the car before getting a contract. 1 check the mileage, 2 is gasoline, because when I get in the car I dont see it, so I cant say it again

I would give them no stars. On 3 different occasions I needed propane. This is for a floor machine, work related. It wasnt working.The last time I called to ask and was told it was working.Wrong..Will never go there again.

Good but you have to call their toll free number in advance to get what r u looking for. They will inform u when its ready and then go at the scheduled time. Nice experience though.

Terribly rude staff to the customer and their 15 truck cost me 12 gallons of gas for 48 miles. I ended up paying same amount as movers probably would have cost me. The lady at the desk definitely doesnt want to give trucks on weekends and will charge you extra as much as she can.Never going to visit or recommend this location to anyone Again.Poooor service

Location convenient, professional staff, however they swipe your debit card for one fee, then charge you additional fees when you drop truck off, which is a HUGE turn off. If you rent on a Sat., you dont even get the truck for 24hrs, you get it for less than 8hrs. They will charge you for an additional day if you go over those alloted hours too. Wouldnt recommend at all

Clarabel is awesome and helpful whenever I deal with her. She knows what shes doing and is a sweetheart. The other girls are helpful and nice as well.

Arrived at 645 with my propane tank, rang the bell. No service. Employees were walking around moving trucks and simply refused to help me. I understand they close at 7 but to completely ignore a customer is unacceptable. I proceeded to knock on the door, I see people in there and they see me but... do not answer the door. I sent my guy to pick up a box truckhe sweaped up the truck but they wanted it to be washed inside the box and said if not thyell charge $75 plus be wont be able to rent in any other location in the US

The General Manager name Zunair Mohinddin is so disrespectful and has no customer service skills. He is rude and thinks he is entitled to something. I can not believe that he has the position that he is in. Looking over the reviews there are so many negative comments about this location obviously there’s a problem when so many people say the same thing about the one person there. Being the first customer in line he didn’t even have the decency to say I’ll be right with you. I waited in line until he finally finished. Then he approache me. I have been here so many times renting for the same reason and out of no were he just felt like saying no he can’t rent the truck and just because. This is incredible. I have been doing business with this Uhaul location for many years. Moving from one house to an other (5 times). This last time was two days ago. I give them a 5 star A+ & very friendly rating, as always. Im sure that mostly people who have problems with everything in life. Are the ones who go out of there way to leave negative remarks. I for one, dont consider myself perfect. So I choose to let any negative things in life, just pass by. I am taking the time to write this. Because of seeing the negative remarks. On Saturday Nov 3 rd at 645 PM I arrived at the uhaul business to get my propane tank filled and was told they dont fill tanks that late.After me arguing with a manager they agreed to fill the tankbut the employee complained and said he didnt have to fill my tank .It escalated to him telling me as I stand there if I dont stop wining and shut the f... up he was going to stop filling the tank and not do it.This was repeated to me several times as I stand there alone and even with another employee there a white female that witnessed this .,so I went inside to complain to the manager on duty and he laughed at me saying so you want me to fire him because thats not gonna happen .!!! So I went outside to retrieve. My propane tank and he had it in his hand and when I went to get it from him he pulled it back which was very dangerous as well negligent. His actions could have caused a serious incident if he dropped that tank.He told me as he shouted at me that I had to pay for it first, the white female employee went and got the card reader so i could pay outside .I placed my tank in my car trunk and strapped it in and went back into the office only to be laughed at by the manager and the employee that did this to me .totally unprofessional. I received a call from the genaral manager there after contacting corporate his name was Mohammed and he called me a lier that this ever occurred. He said I was changing my story about what occurred and i have a witness that was listening to this .He kept giving me excuses over and over about the propane times and didnt care about the verbal abuse i had to deal with by one of his employees that thinks he cant be terminated as Mohammed said him saying those things doesnt constitute him being fired ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? As I see the management takes up for the employees and there all wrong and this is the second time I have had to deal with this employee last time he told me to stand the f.. back when he was filling my tank.I cannot believe there hasnt been a harassment suit filed as well as negligence against management yet .Mohammed told me I just shouldnt do business there that coming from a head manager is out of line totally and once an investigation into business practices and employee attitudes and disrespect happens then people will know .as can be seen reading the many reviews about disrespectful staff there and add management to it also.NO STARS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WILL BE CONTACTING BBB AS WELL AS OTHER ENTITIES ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THERE FACILITY

Zero stars for customer service and prices. I made a reservation days in advance for a particular truck at their ridiculously high rate, only to be told that it was not available when I got there. There are two competitors who are cheaper and have much betters service. I added a star because they caught Philly cop Aleksander Shwarz on video assaulting their then-manager. Shwarz and his fellow pigs lied about what happened, but videos do not lie so he was convicted and sentenced to two years in the state pen. Take that, crooked Philly cops.

Refused to switch me to a bigger truck or to find me one at a different store. Charged me double for trip and the doors on truck broke the first time I used them off the lot. Causing me to wait for breakdown and having to pay for another day. Eventually got refunded but had to fight for it. Not fun experience.

I booked a truck when I got to the location they didnt have any trucks in the size I needed available. Spoke to there head chain manager on the phone and she didnt help at all. She was very inconsiderate didnt try to accommodate me in any way..I will never use uhaul ever again!!

I called 2 weeks in advance to make an appointment to have a hitch installed on my truck. The day after making the appointment I received an email saying the 8am time is changed to 12pm. That was ok with me but I still called the day before the appointment to confirm the time. The guy who answered the phone was very rude and said that the hitch installer doesnt work on (Tuesday) the day I was scheduled. I asked him why I wasnt notified and he said we texted you. I never received a text message from Uhaul about this. They should have called me to reschedule days in advance or have never scheduled my appointment on a day that the installer does not work. I took off from work to have the hitch installed before going on a trip and now I have a wasted day off and no hitch on my car. AVOID this place at all costs.

This place is infested with rats and all types of nasty roden. I dont see how they could even get a star from any clean custumers with their heads straight. So where do I start? The place is a rip off that sign they have outside advertising for a 5×5 unit for only 64.99 is the biggest lie ever because when you walk in they show you a room that looks like a 5×5 with a yellow tape dividing it. Which means they separate the 5×5 room with a yellow tape on the floor. Now here comes the rat investment part. If Im paying way over 100 dollars for a unit Im supposed to get climate control and no kind of pests ruining my belongings right? Well not with this nasty uhaul. The rats live in my unit but they said I have food when I dont, I told them about it and they seem nonchalant about it. And they have the audacity to tell me that I have to file the claim myself with their third party insurance company. Im paying for insurance every month therefore I dont have to do anything except taking pictures and I dont have to clean your rat droppings thats ruined my belongings on top of that. So what exactly Im paying my unit for when they cant even get an exterminator to get rid of those roden. The Rats pissed all over my stuff and chewed them as well. I contacted that stupid insurance and they said I have to take pictures yes I get it you need pictures to proove it but what about the piss on them that cant even be seen but can definitely be smelled ? This is the first time I have ever have to deal with such b.s with a storage. And I will never do business with any uhaul and will never recommend them even if they were the only storage unit around.Stay away from that filthy place and take your money to a clean and better place!!!
