I Go To This Liquor Store Sporadically. Its Always Clean. Overwhelming Stocked Of Most Liquors And Mixes. I Find The Prices Reasonable For Me Simply Because I Hate Shopping All Over The Place. Besides Nobody Will Never Be Perfect. LOL

The store didnt seem very busy when I was there but I still had to search the parking lot to find a shopping cart, at 11am. I also had to stand in line for 15 minutes to make a purchase.

Its not there anymore, Youd think something would show up wen u google liquor store near me, and it pops up, but after a 2hr walk, and yes thats the closest, but no store.HmmmmmWhy not have competition, instead of pa control board.

Wont be going back here! And Am calling Corporate.My Partner went in to purchase some wine. She didnt have my new pin, no big deal, but she was told the ID Needs to match the name. NEVER has the first name needed to match the card. She said the cashier yelled at her and told her that it was illegal to use someone elses debit card. WRONG! You can use someone elses credit card if they let you. But if they dont give you permission, its fraud - and that is a crime. Since I gave her permission, it wouldnt have effected anything. I called to get their policy, and have been on hold for 18 minutes and 47 seconds before I decided to disconnect. This place has no respect, they dont care about the customers or their rights! As a Trans Person, my First name on my CC and DC does not match my legal name on my ID. How can a company discriminate and leave a group of included individuals out? I dont know, but I will get to the bottom of this!!!

I dont usually go here but decided to try it out. Its kind of small but they definitely had lots of options. I found my favorite rums Blackheart and Bacardi there. Best of all the nice lady who worked there said everything was 10 percent off! The cashier was also very pleasant and cheerful.I was very pleased with my visit.

Went in to get a bottle of the West Virginia Fruit and Berry wine luscious cherry blossom flavor. This is the only state store that I know that carries it and they have it at the front of the store and its excellent. The staff at the store is very friendly as well the cashier that waited on me tonight was very friendly. Not very big but the service makes up for it.

Mediocre at best... Store always has a lot of low stock and empty shelves & dont replenish the product in a quick and timely manner. Always a line in the evening with a lot of times only 1 cashier who might I add, never seems to enjoy their job.

This store is disgusting. The clerk was belligerent and coughing and also not wearing his mask properly. He was very rude and I was so dissatisfied that I didn’t even want my drinks that he coughed on. DISGUSTING !never will I attend this wine & spirits again in my life, I will just go to Jersey.

Just stood in line for 10 minutes in the cold and rain because 12-person limit in the state store and one of the employees was stocking and not running a register I dont understand

Always a line any time I go I swear, that takes forever only two cashiers. Then the one decides to help customers find stuff which is great, but when your obviously busy and a line around an aisle, theres no time for that unless your that customer getting rung up its just inconsiderate to people who have already been waiting.

Walked in with my sister and picked out a bottle of rum and they wouldn’t serve me due to the fact that i was with someone who wasn’t 21 so i asked her to leave and showed him my ID then he still wouldnt serve me this is including the fact that i just wasted 15 minutes in line to just not get served. So i had to drive to another wine and spirits to get served i highly recommend going else where for alcohol if you have any family underage with you.

Im glad you happen to ask that question the one I went to on cottman Avenue was fine there was A-line of about 15 people 1 cashier open i felt bad for the young lady(the other cashier) who was taking her break because a customer walked over to the office and rudely asked her if she could help while she was taking her break That young lady quickly stopped her break and came straight to the Other registerShe deserves to be praised and Appreciated for her Patients because that customer was rude everyone should be allowed to eat and take their break to within their work day.

The woman was friendly and ask did I have any problems looking for anything!!

It had a lot of good sale products and items but the shows were not totally build or hat liquor I was looking for and was much help as showing the direction of what I was looking for other than all three out to go look here go look there! And as I stated to one of the employees that Im partially blind in my right eye they were interested in giving me much personal service.

Excellent selection however the cashiers need to stay off their cell phones and hello the customers.

The parking lot of confusion. 80% of the time People backing out and going into spots all day long. Theres hard to find parking. Most of the time. Sitting back and looking at this confusion of accidents waiting to happen. When youre backing out its almost impossible to see past the cars parked beside you to see oncoming cars.

Ive never had a problem there until yesterday...there is an older african American cashier working who was extremely rude...I wasnt sure whether I should swipe or insert my card which really irritated him...I couldnt see screen to well but either way I am a paying customer and if I needed assistance he should have been more than willing to help ..I plan to take it further and speak with the manager because provided terrible customer service
