They had everything I wanted the prices is not bad

Social distancing observed, mask required, no cleaning between customers. Plenty of stock to choose from. No assistance offered as workers were rehashing personal family events up front rather than offering assistance where needed. Check out was quick.

For some reason I always get the same associate when I go to this location and he is always in great spirits and serving up Good Vibes....

Terrible customer service 100% of the time. Very rude employees getting hired and positioned here. It’s a crying shame the neighborhood establishments get flooded with so many incompetent and ill versed employees. Lord knows with all the money being flooded into just this one chain store, the company can surely afford to hire employees of substance to represent the company appropriately and efficiently.

The only good Liquor store: is an out of business Liquor store, I only went past there because my neighbor wanted to buy his rotgut for the Labor Day weekend.

Called for 24 minutes line was busy and when they magically picked up 6:09 they werent taking any orders and they close at 7. I know noe they have a daily quota to meet and when they meet it they simply leave the phone off the hook til 6 to say they arent taking anymore orders. Well this is what you get with a store in a predominantly black neighborhood.

I went in to purchase Holiday drinks and although they were crowded the line moved fast. The cashier had good customer service skills.

Minimum selection. On just about any holiday you will be herded like cattle oitside this establishment (3-5) at a time. As if they were selling Gold liquor out of Diamond bottles.

Poor selection if you are not looking for sweet wines, long lines and a very bothered staff.
