I ordered a pair of welding gloves (as a Christmas gift) and when the box arrived, much to my surprise, it was actually a dozen pair of welding gloves. I immediately called Y-PERS back and Matt helped me with my reorder. He had it drop shipped directly from the vender and we received it on Christmas Eve! My experience has been great so far. Bill takes care of my rags, gloves, and cleaning fluids for my company. When a new product comes in and he believes I may have a use for it he explains it and offers a sample if I need more convincing. My biggest pet peeve for vendors is the used cars salesman pushy vendors, even with a good price I would rather buy from someone else, but Y-pers ist a used car salesman and doesnt shove it down your throat. Bill will only call me when his timeline hits that I need to re-order (which hes almost spot on every time) or a new product comes in for my industry. Ive been working with him for over a year now. So if you want a good price, good product and no hassle give them a call.

I have met with Y-pers on several occasions and have always found them to have the best wiping material suggestions to solve any problem. As a regular reader of the Y-pers Blog I am constantly impressed by the level of knowledge the company has and the level of detail they bring to their work and products.
