The wait is too long. Not enough clerks to answer your questions. They want you to do everything on line. They did not have what I needed in stock, so I had to come back three days later and wait another 30 minutes to get waited on.

Nice store great service

Extremely slow. One guy for 5 customers. Other customers ready with their items for purchase and the one employee is moping around waiting on the first customer to make up their mind on the catalog for 10 mins. Theres also not a checkout line. Plus side- its clean/organized.

Great staff, sometimes slow : 6 people in line and only 2 grainger guys. I know there are 4 other guys in the back

Very attentive and helpful.I will always be grateful for the help they gave me, although we do not speak the same language, they were willing to help me.I didnt find what I was looking for but they went out of their way to help me very professionally.Thanks .
