Working with John Cedano has been a great experience. He works with you to get the right equipment and in a timely manner that saves project Im on money.

I made a reservation for 2 scissor lifts and scheduled delivery on 7/26 at 9:00am. Then I got a reply confirming the delivery on 7/26 at 12pm. Now it has been 2.5 hours late for the delivery. And I tried to call the customer service, but I was transferred to another department and no one answer the phone.

I was happy with the service but I think there should be some sort of STOPPAGE on the rental as it was not used over the weekend and we were charged for that.

Great products and fast friendly service

Been in the construction industry for years constantly renting larger equipment and specialty equipment from local vendors and decided to rent off united rentals. What a mistake not only do they have no clue what they are charging you for and dont like to send invoices to justify why youre being charged you ask for someone to service a machine you are paying for to take over a week for someone to come out and fix it and still back to poor customer service. If I could rate them half a star for poor professionalism and discourteous tactics and not explaining anything if asked. Stay far away from the branch on thompson in philadelphia. These guys are horrible.
