Rented a piece of equipment, the process went very smoothly, with delivery and pickup. Would recommend picking up yourself to save some money, if you are able. Everyone here was friendly and helpful, great selection of tools here.

Never repair tool on this store. My husqvarna k4000 concrete saw GFCI always tripping during cut. The store told me my saw only has 1year warranty and my saw warranty was expired half month.( I should come earlier when my saw have this problem on May). They needed to charge over 300 to fix. The brand new saw only cost about 900, I only use this saw 4 times. And I downloaded my saw user manual it is two years warranty. I refuse to fix it and they didnt return my 75 deposit. After that I looked online and found this saw maintenance need to run clean water into saw and run the saw couple minutes which I never did it. The dust would cover the GFCI sensor that is why saw GFCI keep tripping during cut. If I spended 300 dollars to repair my saw in store. My saw would have same problem. The GFCI sensor is inside of saw not in the power cord. Furthermore the OEM in-line GFCI power cord part only cost 99 dollars. They charge over 300 (375?, 365 didnt remember exactly number) is way more expensive. I fixed my saw just clean water ( plus 75 dollars lesson fee). What a good lesson to check your tool maintenance to keep your tool working properly. That could save you hundreds dollars!

Ordered a DeWalt DWE7491RS 10($599) Jobsite Table Saw on their web site Wedensday Feb 10 2021 at 10:47 AM. Their site states that all orders received before 2:00 PM ships out the same day .It also states free shipping for purchases over $199. Listed weight is 90lbs, so it falls within the 100lbs UPS stated limit. Web site shows in stock at the Bristol Pa. distribution location, also shows in stock at Philly location.Ordered, received conformation e-mail.....great!Its now Saturday, Feb 13, still hasnt shipped, at least as far as I can tell.I called to find out the status of my order on Friday Feb 12 at 11:47 AM and spoke to a CSR who said he would check and he or someone from processing would call me back.( I gave them my phone number, plus they have my e-mail address} (I also e-mailed them Thursday Feb 11 at 6:49 PM)No call back OF COURSE!!I payed via Paypal, it still shows the payment pending, so the order has not been canceled, but that means it hasnt shipped either.Cant call again untill Monday. I need this tool and Im ready to drive 150 miles to get it, BUT I dont know the status of the order and Paypal will not let me cancel the order.Now I wont know the status until Monday, and they are predicting a winter storm Monday. So if I call and cancel the order Monday, I will have to drive during a winter storm to get it, while today, Saturday, the weather is fine.My project is waiting for this tool, but Im at a standstill until I get it. I cant drive and get one because I dont want to end up with two of them. The order should have shipped Wedensday and should be on the way to me. Their web site shows that is in stock, but I cant get any answers as to the status. My focus during that time was to serve the customer which was why I was there. If I told them I was going to do something for them, I did it! I work now for a major auto manufacturer, in their tool store and I still carry the same focus. I am there for them! Even if its not part of my assigned job I try to help them. I dont look at why I cant, I find how I can! Your people should try that out!I have orders thousands of items over the internet, and have not had any problems!So you can keep your snarky response, your people failed to serve the customer, which is supposed to be their function! Personally. if I was in your position, I would be talking to my people to see why they dropped the ball!I would like to add that if your people had called me back as they said they would, this review would have never been left!My post stays because it is 100% true!

Website says closes at 5, I arrived there at 4:25, sign on door says closes at 4:30 and the door was locked.Next time i will call ahead to get correct hours.

Takes over $5000 in a payment states Ill have product by friday. Its now 2 weeks later no phone call, no contact whatsoever. I call they say let me look it up and call you back. Response back oh those are on back order now so its atleast 2 weeks out. Bad business form here. Thank god found the products in Downtown. Gave the money to that company instead. Makes me step back and wonder about how intelligent this company is not to contact customers letting them know whats going on especially when delivery was suppose to be 2 weeks ago.
