They had prices marked on Tuna as $1.29 when I went to pay I told the cashier that $2.00 on October 22 or 23rd 2021 and something was incorrect. So I went and bought her the tag to show and the manager told me I could not get it for the price of 1.29 I told her I would call corporate and she was very nasty and said her name was Dawn Goldstein and said the number real fast so I did not know the number I tried to look it up but all I got was recorded messages. The cashier was very polite but the manager need to be fired. I am a senior citizen and should not be treated this way. This was in Fresh Grocery at Progress Plaza.

The Fresh Grocer is clean, organized and provide good products. However, I notice that some of the employees are undertrained or are not focused on their job. I’ve had instances where my cashier was on their phone. Lastly, some of them struggle to provide me services and tell me that they have not been trained to do so. These situations lead me to believe that the employees are not being held accountable to high standards and are not being trained properly. As of right now, I would not recommend this store.

Absolutely Horrible customer service!!! If I could give a zero star.. I would. 1st.. I can never get a hold of anyone over the phone. 2nd, I have used the shop from home three times to order groceries for my mom (because I no longer live close) every single time... there were items missing. I called about getting the missing items delivered, I was told my mom would have to pick them up 😠 and they are giving me trouble with getting a refund.

Great selection. High quality produce. Clean enough. Fair prices - not cheap, but not Whole Foods. The school causes them to stock a lot of non-grocery items. My only complaint is that it is busy. Their hours are really great, early morning to really late..

Always super crowded but the variety of stuff that they sell in there is amazing. The hot station, prepackaged dinners and deli are a hit!

I worked here for 3 wks and quit. Nobody does their job. I do NOT recommend this place for anyone. Just take my word, they are nasty. Tom the store manager does absolutely nothing to try to make it better and Keith has a smart mouth which is one main reason I left. The higher ups dont give a ---- about employees no matter the skill level. Please dont patronize this business. At least until they CLEAN UP their act.

Used to live in the hood. That was my go-to market. Love the place. That was when they first build the place. Now I live in Frankfort.

They are doing the best they can with the community they serve. All of the employees are extremely helpful and friendly.

All I can say if youre not in there for sale prices forget it stick up without a meaning prices are sky-high!!!!

I got hooked on their Fried Chicken you get four pieces for $3 I usually bring it out by 11 a.m. thats the best time to get it when its fresh

Fresh Grocer is pretty cool. I like that it is open 24/7. The food is also pretty cheap compared to Acme. During the school year it is the best place for Temple students to shop. During the day time look for the truck on the other side of the parking lot. It sells produce at a fraction of the price

Only grocery store around temple. Great selection of foods. Only downside is the cashiers tend to be very gruff and some seem like they hate their jobs. That being said the job always gets done without delay.

Wouldnt even take me home I spent close to $300 on that trip. Prices to high they know they have almost no compition Because Temple Student right there. Is that why they charge the kitchen shelves and you grandmother for every thing . You can get all sell items and still come out with a bag or two worth of groceries. 👎👎👎👎👎

This Fresh Grocer is actually cute! Its clean and easy to navigate, even as they maximized their space for maximum items.What I really appreciate is their 25-items-or-less self-checkout, as that is a more realistic number of items, say, a college student or single post-college person would buy and, unless they have a disability that prevents them from doing otherwise, would feasibly carry home.If I was in the neighborhood, Id shop there again!

The sandwiches here are huge and theres so many options to choose from. But sometimes you may have to stand in line for a while, but is still worth it.

When I ordered off this locations website hot deli items were cold by the time I received them (I checked the receipt and it looks like they were rung up around 3 hours before they were delivered) and the shopper didnt bother attempting to replace any missing items with substitutes. Tried three different numbers on the receipt and no one picked up. Not really sure if the meat I ordered from the deli is safe to eat anymore :(

I had a very bad experience with the manager of the store. I noticed her while I was in line to check out and she was not wearing her mask properly. She was standing at the front of the store when I first saw her.. I watched her gesture a few times, as if she was going to pull it up, But changed her mind. When I asked to pull her mask on, she became irate. She got worse when I took her picture and called the cops on me for that. She then, followed me out of the store and threatened to take my cane and beat me with it. She threatened to call her son to come and shoot me! I reported her to the police. I probably wont shop there because SHE is a public health risk!

Online ordering from them was a terrible experience. I got a flier in the mail saying there would be free delivery for orders over $150. I took 45 minutes to gather up these items in my basket, checked out, and scheduled delivery for the next day. Well, they didnt have about 1/3 of the items I ordered which then brought my total well below the $150 threshold. If you can believe it, they wouldnt honor the free delivery offer even though it was their bad stock keeping that caused this.So I just cancelled the order. I would never order from here again.Maybe hire some people to actually keep track of inventory. If it was one or two items, I would understand but it was like 10 different items. Ridiculous and pointless waste of time.

They have a large variety of everything! fresh veggies, halal chicken, yogurt, cans and cans of everything, all types of juices, and the employees are friendly. what more could you ask for! 😊

The men’s restroom is always a mess when I go there. Just because restrictions have been lifted doesn’t mean you don’t sanitize the bathrooms. Delta variant is out there and the numbers are high.

This review is only about the hoagie I received.. After I finished my grocery shopping, I ordered a 2 ft hoagie. Ive never had an issue, the hoagies was always good. But this last 1 was not good at all. It was not tasty the bread wasnt fresh, the smoke turkey meat had no flavor.. Very disappointing
