I am so Grateful to Amy. She met my need. Amy heard my concern with the removal of my mirrors do to a plumbing issue. I told Amy I have a one year old grandson here and the mirrors will not hold up on the super wet wall. It was dangerous for us to be here and she moved heaven and earth and shifted their schedule to meet my concern. I have a beautiful mirror that had fallen over. 2/3 of it had shattered to pieces but by some miracle the rest of it stayed intact. I called them in advance to see if they could straight cut the remainder of it so that the edge would no longer be jagged. The lady was incredibly nice and told me to bring it in. They were able to do the job on the spot and took no more than a couple minutes. Im so happy I was able to salvage the rest of the mirror while supporting a local business. I will definitely be going back to them for my future glass or mirror projects.

Gordon Glass did a fantastic job removing a large wall mirror from my old house. They were on time, professional, and did excellent work. They went above and beyond to follow different requests I made and their prices were so fair and reasonable. I recommend them highly to anyone looking to remove panels if mirrors!!

Worst costumer service,~customer service leaves much to be desired,~the order is not made as the customer wants but as they want.~also when you ask them to fix it, they will charge double the price for their mistake.~I do not suggest this store to anyone.Only the guys who do the job are good, the lady is very rude.Stay far from this place

My husband and I are general contractors and we recently used Gordon and Sons to do a shower surround (have used them in the past for smaller jobs), and I have to say I couldnt be happier with the entire experience. Their customer service is stellar, the installers are professional, and their prices are consistent and fair. They also warranty their product, even replacing gaskets and caulk when needed. My clients are very happy and so am I.

We used Gordon & Sons Glass for our new home one year ago. We needed to finish off the shower which had to be customer measured and cut based on the design of the house. They were extremely knowledgeable and their customer service was impeccable. They were on time and works fast. We then had an issue with the glass shifting about 6 months later (which is normal of rehab homes after they settle) and their follow up customer support was amazing and they were out and had everything fixed within 24 hours. I would recommend them to everyone I know!

So, I never actually ended up working with Gordon & Sons, but wanted to give them 5 stars for amazing customer service! Simone was so thorough, and really educated me about the process and cost associated with the project I wanted to do (cut a kitty door into my French Door). She did research on her own and even suggested another possible option outside of G & S. I hope I do have a need to get glass cut some day because I would work with these guys just based on my great customer service experience.

These folks help me out a ton with all the glass issues Ive been having lately. It is usually same day service, for the one off type of order that I am usually looking for. But if you are really lucky and you catch them on a slow morning, they might be able to just help you while you wait. Anyway, great place, and being that there is such limited choice for custom glass suppliers, Im glad they are still around.

After many calls and a couple of wasted trips looking for a sweep for the bottom of our frameless shower door, I contacted Gordon & Sons. I spoke with Barbara who could not have been any nicer or helpful. I was told that they had the item I needed. I drove to their shop and within 5 minutes of arriving I had a sweep - cut to size; I did not need to buy eight feet of the material as others had tried to sell me. Great people, and great place for product.

The company did a glass railing with stainless steel trim and did a magnificent job! They were clean and neat and protected my hardwood floors. I cant say enough about how they respected my home and what terrific work they did. I plan to use them again when I move to a new place. You wont be disappointed!!

I highly recommend Gordon Glass. I had a fair amount of glass replaced by them. Their workers were helpful and courteous. Arranging times for work to be done went quite smoothly. The most positive thing I can say is that if I need glass work done, again I will not shop around, I will use Gordon Glass.
