Glass doctor is super convenient, responsive, and affordable. I was selling my home in Philly and no longer living there. I needed to get a window repaired so that my house was a little more sell-able. Dave from glass doctor came out and fixed the window and I didnt even have to go to the house. He came out pretty quickly, fixed the window, and the price was very reasonable!

Price for my driver door and passenger door windows to be tinted was more then a paint job and I wasnt getting 24K gold tint 145 a window insane. If your loaded with cash use them maybe but if your not rich forget about it .

Needed a glass door repair and made an estimate appointment. Matthew Kromdyk came to my house to take measurements. I did not get the glass repair because I need a whole new door but wanted to write about Matthews service. He was honest about the pricing and gave me suggestions above and beyond to help me. I had a very good experience with Glass Doctor. After my car got broken into last week I needed to find a place that would replace my rear passenger side window since it was broken. Glass Door arranged an appointment for me that same day and they were very quick and reasonable. Not to mention very personable. If you need glass repaired/replaced, call Glass Doctor and ask for John if possible. We had a broken pane that had a curved edge; it was part of an old window in a rowhome in Center City. I had several other businesses either refuse to do it or charge me in the neighborhood of 800-1000 dollars. Not only did Glass Doctor charge me a fair price, but John and his assistant were able to fix the window pane in about half an hour. They were courteous, professional, and responsive. I had an appointment for an estimate and not only did no one show up, but no one answered the phone at the business! I am very upset because I have a gaping hole in my front window! This is no way to gain my business!

They come when they say, they are careful about measuring, the window units installed are PERFECT; WE CAN NOW SEE OUT OUR WINDOWS AT LAST. New Years Eve - found the windows of my car smashed. USAA hooked me up with this place and transferred me directly. John was really friendly and had me hold while he called around to find the specialty glass my car needed. They found it and installed it same day. All of the office staff was great and very friendly. It’s not a part of town I’m familiar with - but the staff helped me get into the lot, and immediately got to work on my car. Can’t say enough about this place. Took what could have been a bad day and turned it around!

I do a lot of business with a different Glass Doctor but had a job out of my area so I was referred to this Glass Doctor. I gave my info, and the service address, with a lock box to get in. They said they would go out in 4 days to provide an estimate, which is ridiculous, but I said OK. After 2 weeks, no one had called or sent me an estimate. I called to see whats going on and was told We didnt go because it was 53 miles away. I told them that was ridiculous its 2-3 miles away. They said they were using my billing address which is obviously not the correct address. I told them no one called, which they didnt, and they said someone called. I said OK well lets try again and gave him the address. At which point he said OK, we can be out there in 4 days to take a look. I said excuse me, are you able to expedite this since you messed it up to which I was told no, 4 days. Taking my business elsewhere where they actually want to earn business. STAY AWAY!

I have been working for Glass Doctor for Over 4 years now. I am amazed at how the couple of people that feel they were treated badly or not give the proper service, never took the time to contact Glass Doctor to voice their concerns. I hope everyone who reads these reviews realizes that there are two sides to every story. I could explain to you what happened in each individual case. I could also tell you about the hundreds of customers that that have had a positive experience. I would also add that none of these reviews have lodged a complaint with Glass Doctor to try and fix their concerns. I wish that they would so we could have Fixed their Panes

I work with a dealership local to the Philadelphia area. I made it very clear that I am looking to arrange steady business through GlassDoctor of Philadelphia. I requested a quote for a 2005 BMW 645ci windshield. I received a quote at $384 because the vehicle does not have a heads up display. I informed I would call back shortly to arrange an appointment. I call back only to learn there may be a major difference in the previously provided quote. The new quote would be well above $650 but even that is unsure. I was then informed that I would receive a call back. No call back. I called again around 7pm (after hours) but spoke with a rep that took a message for me. I waited until 11am the next day and still no call. I called again and received no definite answer. Well played team! Dr. Doverylittle.

Wouldnt recommend them $66.10 for a single pane. 24 × 32-1/2 window . I was also told that the trim would be replaced and it wasnt.WHAT A RIP OFF
