I didnt have a good experience today in the store the machine wasnt working and it took too long to pay my cable bill I dont know what was wrong with the machine to pay your bill they should still let you pay your bill with one of the customer service representative thats not right you cant pay your bill with them. And plus Im going to have to call to find out they didnt charge me twice because like I said that machine was acting terrible me and a couple of customers had a bad time I went to the one off the boulevard in Philadelphia PA Roosevelt boulevard the infinity store wasnt a good experience today never had that happen to me before I hope they can fix that machine

Speaking of Xfinity Mobile in general, it is the worse mobile carrier ever! I been having issues with my smartphone, I been trying to get it resolved for quite sometime because when Im on wifi it drop my network signal, I have try several measure to fix it, reset both phone and network setting, that didnt work. Master reset several times and that didnt work. I had a extra smartphone that works in Xfinity Mobile and that also was giving me the same problem but with an additional issues which because its searching for network, now my battery is draining. Went to the Xfinity store and at first they gave me the run around, when they finally decided to help me, they told me that the system shows that I have a moto g power and the current phone I have is samsung galaxy and that what causing the network issues...never heard anything like that before. So I ask to update the system to state that I have a samsung galaxy. And they told me they couldnt because, I have to completely pay off the phone to be able to do so. But I told them why have to do that if I have a replacement phone and they told me that they couldnt do anything but replace the phone and I ask they how long and they told me in few days. So in the mean time I have sit back and wait with phone that has network issues. Anyone that is considering to switch to Xfinity Mobile stay away, its not worth the hassle, the technical issues and the headache.

I just need to speak to a LIVE AGENT and the automated phone just WONT let me and I tried to log into live chat help and every time I switched tabs in my browser it disconnected me. Terrible.

Dealing with comcast over the phone was a nightmare and ended up with having to go to the store in person. The hassle I had been dealing with for over a week was competently and quickly handled by the very friendly associate.

Xfinity store has moved.it very hard to tell where.they do not answer their phone and they did not leave clear enough directions on their closed store window.the internet info is very out dated,too .

Customer service is horrible at this store. Employee by the name of Brandis was extremely rude and condescending. I swear xfinity can’t never get it right. I’m literally done with them. Switching over to Verizon
