Went into Billows today because we needed something for a machine at work. Terrible customer service. Person behind the glass was very dismissive, as if they did not care or want to help at all. Will look elsewhere for our electric supply needs for our company.

Went with part # and receipt from previous purchase. Told they no longer carry the lite bulb. Came home- on Amazon & Ebay (cheaper)!
