They pushed my estimate appointment to repair a broken window back over a week, which wasn’t too bad but I expressed concern that I was moving and it had to be repaired before I closed. After they came, I didn’t hear anything for another week so I had to call them and the lady on the phone was super brisk. Then they just call back and leave a two second voicemail that they won’t be doing to work. It was incredible unprofessional a rude.

DONT CALL THEM. I scheduled an appointment for a window leak, they made me pay a $75 fee in advance and never showed up. I have been calling them for days with no response. If I could do 0 starts I would.

AWFUL experience. 12 months later, $600 deposit by my landlord, no work done at all. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had the same run-around that other reviews are mentioning. Multiple no-show appointments, phone calls not returned, nobody knowing who I was, what the account was, etc. The cherry on top was speaking with Albert to voice my concerns who kept cutting me off, called me sweetheart and honey instead of addressing me professionally and then patronizing me by complimenting me on my spelling abilities when he asked for my landlords name. Still never got the call back from the manager Karen that I requested. Absolutely do not recommend.

I wouldnt recommend anyone to use their service. Rude, unprofessional, and very unorganized. They never responded to my inquiry. Someone else got them to come out for me. My landlord who knows them. The work doesnt look great. Double pane glass replacement for $240.00. Then harassment over a payment I already made. Im the customer, I should not have to send you proof of payment. But I did, and I was still harassed. 3 calls from 3 different people about the same payment. Dont put yourself through the headache.

Oregon Window always gets the job done. Needed my Storm door screen replaced. Nominal price and quick turnaround. My screen door is now replaced.

Terrible experience - would never use this company. Requested making of new screen was not done according to specifications and they continued to ignore repeated phone calls and scheduled repair appointments. TERRIBLE experience and company.

Awful in every way. I called for an estimate on a total replacement window, they came out fast, within days, to look at the window and give me a price. $625 for one window. I gave them a $100 check as a deposit. I was told an installer would get in touch within a week to come out and do a detailed measure and they’d order the window. They cashed my check immediately. Weeks later I still hadn’t gotten a call and I phoned them. They said the installer was backed up and would maybe call me that week. When I protested and said id maybe take my business elsewhere they said I should go ahead and do that. I have them a few more weeks and still nothing. Then out of the blue the installer called and wanted to measure on Labor Day. I was home and free so he came by and then told me the manufacturer was behind and it’d be 5 weeks. I called 5 weeks later after hearing nothing and they had no clue who I was, didn’t have a record of my account, couldn’t find any information and certainly didn’t know if my window was ever even ordered. They said they’d call me back. Days later and no call back. I called again and went through the whole frustrating conversation again and again they said they’d look into it and “for sure” someone would call me by the end of the week. Nothing. I called one last time, had the exact same frustrating call in which they had no clue who I was and said they’d look into it and call me back. I waited one more week and finally called my bank and requested they intervene to get me a refund on my deposit. Which they did, within 24 hours. Deadbeats. Do not use them!

AVOID! Im sure they will be out of business soon. Avoid Oregon Window at all costs. There are many, many reviews about this poorly managed, unprofessional, tardy, and unresponsive business. Unfortunately we didnt look them up first. Hopefully, you read this before employing them. Problems encountered:-The (1) one window we ordered was delayed 3 times.-Nobody answers the phone or returns voicemails.-Subcontractor who came to take measurements blocked traffic in front of our house while he stormed through my house with dirty shoes, no mask, and smelled of smoke and liquor.-Unwilling to refund our money after the 3rd delay of our window.-When you get through to an employee, they are annoyed you even calledUltimately, we had to make a deal with them so that we didnt have to deal with them anymore. We took the window for $425 dollars on May 28th, that we paid for on March 2nd, and told them wed hire somebody else to install it.I am a repairman and home improvement specialist and I will make sure any and all of my work contacts and clients avoid this stressful, incapable, and unprofessional company.Please look elsewhere for your window business. If they dont change EVERYTHING about how they do business, itll be an empty store front in no time.

Early Nov. 2020 i contacted this company to install 2 windows in my house. The responded quickly with sending out Frank to inspect, measure, etc. Frank quoted a price and said the window would take about a month to come in. I called the next day and paid a deposit.Mid December I called to see if the window was in, was advised not till 12/22/20. After the new year I called back 1/5 and was told a tech had Covid so the soonest they could install was 1/22/21. ok. On 1/8/21 Frank shows up out of the blue to take more measurements and tells me he will be here the next day to install. Well 1/9 came and went with no show and no call. On 1/11 I call back and speak with the owner who promises me that Frank will be at the house to install the windows on 1/16. Again, i wait, no show, no call. 1/18 I call back and am advised by Lisa that Greg will be out to install on the windows on 1/24/21. Again, no show and no call.I get 1/24 was the beginning our Noreaster, but today is 2/3/21 and I have not heard from this company. Not an apology, not a reschedule, NADA...My personal opinion quite frankly is that they suck. They lack professionalism and common courtesy. I understand things happen and appointments are rescheduled, but to NOT EVEN CALL. I believe that they stole my money and never intended to deliver on the goods.Just send me back my money!!!

I ordered a replacement window on 1/18 for them to not show up not once but 3 different dates. No phone to say they weren’t making the appointment. I had to call them to be laughed at and told they broke my replacement window. So unprofessional it’s ridiculous

The worst experience, waited 5 weeks for a door that was never even ordered, never showed for a scheduled installation appt, then rescheduled and never showed that date! I’ve left work and cancelled plans to work around their schedule and have NOTHING! Aggravated is an understatement

Great place to do business. Fair rates and I love dealing with my south philly no nonsense businesses that have been around for years. Place to go for windows, screens custom glass for tables, etc.

Almost a year ago I went into Oregon Windows to have two storm windows repaired but was told the storm windows were too old. The worker suggested new windows. Deposit made was $100. But a weeks later windows were half the size too small. Months later no windows and I was to no money returned. Dont stop, there keep moving fast.

The workmanship was fine, nothing special however the customer service was AWFUL. A job for a replacement storm door window which should have taken 10 days took 30 days. They were also supposed to replace the screen, not only was my original lost they did not complete the order for the new one. Each time I called I got the run around and no one ever returns phone calls.

I called and set up a Saturday appointment for 11:00 for a window for my rental property. I went to the appointment, no one showed up. I called and they said “Can u come around 4:30”. I said sure. I went back and no one showed again. I called back and left a message. I never got a call back from the company. Very poor customer service and experience.

Customer service leaves something to be desired, as other people note, but these guys know how to fix old windows. We had them fix three old windows that needed balancers. Other companies wouldnt touch them, telling us they couldnt get the parts anymore and wanted to sell new ones for thousands. It took a while for OW to get the parts in but when it did they were quick, efficient and courteous. The windows work (almost) like new.

Ordered cut glass paid cash came to pick it up and it wasnt even ordered. Besides the ignorant woman at the front she definitely needs to brush up on her service and people skills. Id rather support local small owned places but Id definitely skip this place.

These guys are Old Pros in the door and window business. Fast, friendly service. The prices are reasonable.

Greg and his crew which he said have been together for 30 years never seemed to waste a movement. They replaced 15 windows in four hours! Very courteous and accommodating.

I can not express the word HORRIBLE enough when describing my experience with this company. I called them on 6/27/16, spoke with a representative in regards to having some of my window hardware replaced. During the convention I asked for a Saturday appointment and was told that the scheduler would call me back to confirm a time for Saturday. I was also asked to email pictures so that the agent would have a better idea of what to expect when they came out. Pictures were emailed, I received a confirmation email, letting me know they were received but no one ever called me to schedule my appointment. I called on 6/28/16 and was told again that the scheduler would be giving me a call back. Needless to say, no one called.

The woman on the phone was very knowledgeable and courteous.

Save yourself the hassle, harassment, and neglect and DO NOT use Oregon Window for your repair needs. Absolutely horrible customer service. We waited over 1 month for a simple glass replacement in our window. Oregon Window sent employees on 3 different occasions to take measurements, and offered no explanation as to what the issue was. Then, when we called to inquire about what was taking so long, the owner yelled as my husband, refused to refund our money, and told us to get a lawyer. Never have we had to deal with a company that runs their business with such a lack of professionalism. We will be sure to prevent any friends, family, etc from using Oregon Window in the future. Awful experience.

I called Oregon Ave windows around May 2014 to repair four small windows and one large window that were not shutting all the way. Initially service was solid. They came out for their scheduled appointment to repair the four smaller windows. Apparently certain internal parts only needed to be cleaned, so this was an easy fix. Unfortunately everything was downhill from here.During their first repair trip they took parts from the large window, leaving it unusable. I was told they would be back the following Saturday to finalize the repair. They did not show up and they did not call me to cancel.I was not contacted again for 3-4 months and my calls were not returned.Finally they called me back and we scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 9:00 am. AGAIN no one showed up and no one called to cancel. The following week we rescheduled another appointment. The final appointment ran smoothly. On a $500 total bill I asked what kind of discount I would receive for all of the service issues. They gave me 5% off. Apparently months without a functional window, months without a response from them, and two no-show appointments is valued at $25.I certainly hope the quality of the repair is better than their service. Time will tell. In the meantime I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I don’t know why this business can still survive when customer service don’t care about any phone call or at least returning it, so why do you need to hire csr if you don’t plan to answer our phone call??? Called couple of times and left voicemails they never turned. BE AWARE and STAY AWAY from this business.

Friendly staff but the price was to high for a small basement window a size a cat.

Very poor and rude service. I hate when I walk in and employees tell me that I cant replace my broken front door glass. Their suggestion was to put plexiglass in my front door. REALLY!!!
