I frequent DGX as I live just a couple of blocks away. The store itself is great, it’s a very reasonably priced one stop shop. That being said, the reason I’m leaving this review today is because of the outstanding customer service. All of the employees are extremely friendly and very helpful. There’s on in particular that exudes what it means to be a customer service specialist. He’s a younger gentleman who wears glasses and has longer black curly hair. Every single time I see him at the checkout counter he goes out of his way to pay me at least one compliment. He has always been extremely friendly and ensures that I feel welcome while at DGX. I truly look forward to seeing this guy when I make my trips to the store. He’s the type of person that you won’t forget because he’s just that friendly.

Extremely convenient store with pretty much everything youd need from the bigger chains with the same or better prices. Store is always stocked, easy to navigate and very clean. Good staff too

The staff is always friendly and the store is clean and organized. They sell beer and wine and have a small availability of produce. They have a little bit of everything, cold box with your milk and eggs and dry goods like cereal and pasta, Health and beauty as well.

It is clean and had a great variety of food and non food items.

The staff always says hello when I walk in. They have great prices and a decent selection. They always thank me for shopping and ask if I want a lapsed receipt or bag before just giving them. I love stopping by the DGx!

They have a sitting area for coffee,etc. Newly opened, well stock, great service. Great area. You must see it!!

Its Dollar General, but its new look is so nice and sleek you would never guess it was a dollar store. The place is very neat and clean, the staff were welcoming and readily available, and they sell beer. Best dollar store Ive ever been too. Would definitely choose it over most other convenience stores.

They have exceptional customer service, super clean and organized, they sell wine and beer, the prices are low, there is a hang out lounge, & bathrooms, did I mention the customer service? TAKE ALL MY MONEY! This Dollar General (DGX) is the greatest convience in my life. My roommates and I go there on the daily for necessities, tasty treats, work supplies, and they even sell wine and beer! Theyre always well stocked and greet everyone that enters - wonderful staff.

Ya know, I have sooo many mixed feelings on this Dollar General Store, ooh, pardon me: DGX. Never ever have I seen or patronized a Dollar General Store such as this one. Where do I begin. From the cleanliness of the store, availability of product, the willingness of the store employees helpfulness, and, last but not least, the opportunity to take a little wine and spirits home. Well .....Ill be slightly inebriated off just the thought to purchase this at a Dollar General.Now Im a successful product of West Philly with Dollar Stores within my reach. Ive never seen a DGX in my surroundings neighborhoods. Whats up with that! Are Urban communities and neighborhoods NOT worthy of a DGX!??! Yea, bias feelings here from every angle. Imma just stop my rant here and just leave on a positive note.Needless to say, my experience was great. The cashier was pleasant and that was refreshing!

This place is a joke. Went in for cigs, didnt have my id. I’m in my mid 30s and look well over 18. I was refused the sale because I didnt have my id. Like I said, I’m clearly over 18 which is the law in PA. Asked the cashier “if common sense applies here” and his response was no. I asked him “does your store policy hold more water than the law?”. I got a “yes”. This place is a joke, nothing conveinant about this place.... coffee sucks and I found a mouse in my cobb salad.
