The service here is very good. They staff are very quick and efficient, and the appointment was very thorough and effective. I got a new contact lens prescription, and the optometrist did great at nailing down the correct prescription for me. I definitely felt like I was in very good hands. Also, I got to see some images of the back of my eyeballs and the optometrist said I have a very health optic nerves which was something Id never been told before but was somehow reassuring to know anyway. They also gave a coupon for buying a years supply of the contacts I tried. Awesome place.

Dr. G not only impressed me being a black female eye doctor but her knowledge and feedback was so on point, understandable and helpful. Her staff Malik was only a great example of customer service times ten! From greeting me too the processing of the paperwork. He was professional, knowledgeable and very welcoming. I was nervous and very worried about needing glasses and this place was the perfect stop! Thanks for being in the hood to show our people we deserve respect and good customer service as well!! The phone call after I left to advise me that the reading glasses were covered was the final reason for this time consuming but well earned review!

Today was my first time at Trend Eye Care and my experience from beginning to end was a pleasure. The exam with Dr. Chau was quick and informative. She was able to answer all of my questions and was very personable. After my exam I was on a search for frames which took quite a while because the floor offers a huge selection to choose from and Im indecisive. I finally found the perfect after getting some helpful feedback from Tasha. The checkout process was great as well.

Really happy with my experience at Trend Eyecare. I had glaucoma testing with Dr. Heuer and shes the only eye doctor Ive seen who took the time to explain the results (thankfully all was well). She was very friendly and knowledgeable. They also did a great job with my new prescription. 5 stars.

This was my first time with Trend Eye Care. Ive been going to so many doctors who couldnt find me the right prescriptions for my glasses & contact lenses. The frustration of trying on so many different contact brands and prescriptions almost had me giving up. Thank God I found Dr. Chuong! She was amazing and really patient with me. She really listened to my concerns and was determined to help me find the right ones. After 10 years, Im so relieved to finally found the right prescriptions for my contact lenses and updated glasses! It only took 2 appointments to find the right fit for me. The entire staff was also amazing and super friendly. :)

In one word, Disappointed. I made an appointment here because the reviews looked good, but severely regret that now. They are asking that you pay $39 extra out of pocket for a new eye scan, and that they are recommending it over the normal dilation. What they dont tell you is that they skip the dilation all together, which is part of a routine eye exam, unless there is extreme concern. They still charge you for the full appointment, although I was only back there for about 15 minutes.The doctor (who was very pleasant) also told me I had the wrong prescription and the eye doctor I used to see was over prescribing me my last 4 visits. So she is either way off (and it was a complete waste of money) or my last doctor was.Update:First I do appreciate the owner responding. However to address his points:I had not been to the eye doctor in several years, and wanted the routine dilation. When I was offered the new new tech exam, I declined it because it WAS EXTRA. I was not told at the time that I either pay extra or I dont get an eye exam at all. I also do not appreciate you using my review as a promotional opportunity. If I would have been told in the beginning that I either pay the extra amount or I dont get my eye exam, I would have gone else where. And the whole process of dilating eyes has never taken me 40 minutes in my life.Lastly I was concerned at the time when the eye doctor told me I had been prescribed the wrong prescription for years and years. Well I was offered a free eye exam through Temple and they confirmed the prescription I had, not the one the Trend Eye Care tech gave me. They also actually provided me an eye exam and dilated me.So this really was just a giant waste of my time and money. I wish I could have my money back.

Amazing service! I was a new client and we had trouble with my insurance and the front desk secretary was so nice and patient with me. Once I saw the doctor, she was amazing as well. She was so personable and truly cared about me. Overall, every single person there were so kind and caring. They truly made me feel like I’ve been going there forever.

Paige is soooOOOOooo the ish!! She helped me with my style, versatility, prettiness, and price range! From now on she has me as a customer & Dr. Chuong??? What?! She is my one and only eye specialist!! Specifically her because shes kind, funny, and pays attention to more than just your eyes; she needs to know if youre okay because health is all interconnected.

Where do I begin with how awesome, amazing, proficient, etc I can keep going with words to explain how great my experience was. I called the office after getting lost trying to find the location, my phone call was answered by Tasha Mcmurray she was so pleasant so patient and informed me of the proper directions to take until I was able to locate the office. When I arrived not only was I greeted with nothing but kindness and a welcoming smile from Tasha Mcmurray. This was my first time ever seeing an optometrist and I was nervous and had so many questions, but Tasha made me feel comfortable so at ease with my entire process. Tasha answered all my questions and concerns regarding my lens she even searched for eyeglasses that were my style. Tasha was patient and so polite and allowed me to pick out a variety of eyeglasses until I found the ones of my liking, she actually found the perfect pair for me. I was then greeted by Dr.Chang with a warm welcome, she was so detailed and explained everything to me. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable with the eye prescription that she prescribed, which was beyond amazing she continued to make sure I was ok and comfortable with my eye prescription. Her bed side manner was so amazing and you can tell she really wants the best for her clients. I am going to refer everyone I know to her! Once that process was done Tasha took her time to help me pick the tint I wanted, she went above and beyond to make sure that everything Down to the tint was exactly the way I wanted it. Heather who was beyond helpful as well went the extra mile to confirm my glasses were done to match the picture perfectly heaven sent! Tasha needs a raise and I say this because literally from start to end she went above and beyond. She made sure I was taken care of, she even corrected the errors my insurance had listed which saved me money!!!! I love this place and I am not going anywhere else in the future. I suggest anyone reading this and thats looking for an optometrist go here ! Ive been using this place for a couple of years now. The entire staff at Trend is top-notch. Theyve always been friendly, professional, and courteous. I came for an exam the other day. Dr. Belford had me in and out quickly, but I never felt rushed. She asked about my eye care needs, and if I understood everything. They even had my lenses in-stock. I walked out all taken care of, which is what one wants when visiting the eye doctor. Lots of parking is a big plus for me.

I’ve been coming here for about two years, and honestly say, I’ve never had I a more pleasant experience. All the staff and doctors are friendly and accommodating. My husband and daughter love it here too. I have been referring all my friends and family because their thorough exam, and best customer service. Not only do they have a wide verity of brands, but price points that would fit anyone’s budget. I didn’t want to spend too much on my daughters glasses, but I wanted nicer higher end glasses for myself. And most importantly, I am happy to say I chose this place because I’d rather support small businesses like trend eye care then big box retailers!

I like the style of the Persol frames I got from Trend Eye Care, but the prescription in one of the lenses in my new glasses was way off. Ive never had anything like that happen, so it took me a long time to realize it was the lenses, not me. Trend replaced the faulty lens with a new one quickly, which was great. However, even with the corrected lens, the prescription still never corrected my vision as well as expected based on my experience. My eye exam there had been very quick and not thorough compared to other optometrists Ive seen, so my impression is that it was done hastily and poorly.In addition, although I always clean my glasses with a microfiber cloth and eyeglass cleaner, these lenses have quickly accumulated a lot of small scratches that affect their clarity. I ordered scratch-resistant lenses, which usually hold up much better than these, so I expect that somewhere in the chain that element of my order was lost and omitted. Trends customer service staff are great, but Id not trust them with my eye care again, or to provide the high quality lenses that are important to me.

Let me know every single detail that she could about my eyes including possible future outcomes and things I could do to improve eye health. Dr. Chuong saw my daughter when she was there and the service was once again above any expectation I may have had.

I love the staff that works here! Everybody that works there are super nice and always have a positive and happy attitude I came to get an eye exam, a pair of glasses, and contacts. The eye exam was super duper quick! The staff let me pick out what glasses Im interested in and help me out with picking them and telling me about their specification. As for contact lens, they taught me a class on how to put in contacts. I am a very slow person and was scared to put anything on my eyes. The staff was very patient with me until I learn how to put my contact lenses in correctly. Anyways, I love this place! Will definitely keep coming here! And oh yeah! They have discount on glasses! Go before the discount is gone!

LOVE IT HERE! I was unable to find frames at the location where I had my eye exam, so they recommended that I go to this location. It was incredibly busy on Friday evening! However, they were able to quickly service everyone. The service I received was not rushed. Aliana actually picked out frames for me that I never would have considered, and they looked amazing on me! Bonus is that she showed me how to adjust my mask (during the pandemic) so that my glasses wouldnt fog! Love it here and will never stop going to Trend Eyecare.

I made an online appointment on a Sunday which didnt work for some reason, probably on my end. The friendly staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and my time. The service was quick and complete. They even managed to lower the prescription in my left eye making my overall eyesight much clearer. Called in around 3:30 in the afternoon on a Monday asking prices for certain exams. The gal on the phone was polite and professional. Made an appointment for the same day. I showed up a few minutes early, signed some papers and was seen immediately. The doctor was friendly and super easy to work with. She explained all my options which I really appreciate since I havent had contacts in well over a year. After the exam I paid exactly what I was quoted on the phone, which I also appreciate. Ive found my neighborhood eye doctor!

I have been coming to Trend Eye Care at Progress Plaza for almost 2 years now. I broke a pair of glasses that I just got and I was so upset because I loved this glasses (they fit my face and style perfectly) and of course they didnt have them no longer on display. However Latoya (optician) who is great by they way went above and beyond to find my exact glasses (and I mean she like literally went above, by climbing ladders) . They were able to switch the lenses out and I walked out of there with my favorite glasses 2.0. I definitely recommend Trend Eye Care for all your eye care needs.
