Usually don’t write reviews because i feel bad, but this time i just want to let you know that you can get the same thing cheaper from another middle eastern store, this place is a way too high on prices, and the meat’s quality is bad sometimes, it s hit or miss with this place, and they know it s bad but they still sell it i guess they don’t care, and again watch out for higher prices, my wife and I stopped shopping from this place for a while, again watch out for high prices.

Short and sweet

I wish I could give this place a negative rating. I called ahead and asked if they have rack of lamb and they said they do for $8.99 a rack. I went there and after 10 minutes, their butcher came out and handed me lamb rack that was so untrimmed that it just couldnt have been cooked. When I asked the butcher if he could trim it for an extra price I was ready to pay, he said he couldnt do it. Let me mention that I was the only customer in that store at the that time. Looking at the look on my face a lady at the cash counter asked me if there was any problem, to which, I said that I wish if I could get it trimmed for the only reason that I didnt have any tools (saw blade) to trim it. She said thats no problem at all and asked the butcher (in their language) to trim it for me. I didnt check what he was doing but when I finally came home and checked the rack I realised that he hadnt even trimmed it the way any butcher should. It was extremely poorly French-trimmed and and it still had the whole chime bone on. I literally had to carve the meat off the bones with boning knife and cook it like a loin since I didnt have tools to cut the bones off the meat. Moreover, they charged me $16.99 instead of $8.99 for that rack. This is one of the worst stores ever if not the worst.

First time I visited the store, very nice organized produce. Wish there is one near I live, I drove 40mins to get there. The halal grocery stores near me are selling their store so they no longer stock up goods anymore.

When it comes to Halal meat people always think that it must be a Muslim Store where they butcher the animals by Islamic way but it is incorrect. If we see from biological point of view than try eating the meat of a stangled animal and an animal butcherd by old Jewish Values, which are same in Christianity and Islam then you would surely feel the taste of the meat.I went to this store to buy chicken and i was really surprised, how fresh their meat was. They have all kinds of meat, sheep, goat, lamp, beef, veal, chicken, you name it and top quality fresh test.Beside meat they have variety of tea and sweets, beans and pickel, mostly organic stuff.I highly recommend this store.On top of everything, the service was quick and pleasant.

It was a bad experience with this store. They sold a Stinky chicken to my husband. Also, At Eid Adha we requested for a lamb, at the end of that day when my husband went to pick up our lamb, when he brought it at home we found out that was a goat not a lamb. It took me forever to cook it and it was still have some goat wool on the meat. I certainly dont recommend it to anyone. They dont fear Allah .

Bought few stuff from this store, for one item price was 69c but on the counter lady charged me 99c. When I told her if it’s 99c then I won’t take it, in reply she told me I already paid for it so she can’t do anything. Later I told her to go to that isle and see the price and the she saw it and did not say anything. Not going there anymore, I am writing this review not about the money, it’s about the business you do with people.
