This is to buy parking tickets for cheap because parking on the street is very expensive, there are many hospital things including work uniforms and books. other items for small like id holder electronics like headphones tablets and specially some clothes with Jefferson logo name on them

The hospital offers discounted parking tickets, but limits the supply so they can overcharge their employees. Nothing like making money on your employees! So if they treat their employees poorly, how do you think you will be treated like as a student or patient?

The bookstore regular staff is always nice and professional, the transport/commuter services people are ALWAYS rude and have attitude problems. From getting a new employee ID to a payroll deducted septa pass they are always confused, give conflicting information and dont want to be bothered. The ones who work in the early AM def need to have a talk with HR or find other jobs. Its a known issue that this department is RUDE !!!!

I suggest getting a counselor to work with the ever-hostile ID and transportation people.When I first attempted to figure out and purchase discount parking tickets the woman I asked was angry that I didn’t magically know the whole process so I wouldn’t have to annoy her with questions.

Really nice bookstore! Peaceful to browse their books especially if enjoying the calm part of the promenade.

The ID center (located at the back of bookstore) personnel definitely needs more professionalism

Central location but no parking. have a moderate selection of clothes and jefferson stuff. not even close to what UPenn book store has.

Not helpful over the phone at all called several times to ask a question about commuter services no one answered on several attempts even though the staff was there and it was normal business hours
