One of the best if not the best bike shops Ive ever been to! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They treat you like family. When you drop your bike off there you know youre going to get quality work done at a good price. And you feel confident with the knowledge that the workers there have. This place was so cool! The staff were so helpful and chill! We know nothing about bikes but they went to help us and inform us. ALSO FREE AIR! I dont know but that sounds like a great deal to me! I am very satisfied and would recommend it to anyone!

Please stay away I had them work on my EBike because it had a flat and the guy put the wheel back on without all the parts Soo the owner had to pay for his employees mess up then change the policy on only working with certain EBikes I’ll avoid this please at all cost!!!

I took my bike and was so happy with the service I received. They put air in my tires and adjusted my frame all for free. Not only were the gentleman super duper respectful but they were also very charismatic. I will 100% return for any and all of my bike issues.

First time there, I got my bike from Walmart and theyin my bike and gave me great service… idk not the other reviews saying they they wouldn’t service them bc they got a cheap bike🤷🏻‍♀️ but they worked on mines I was very happy!!

A lot of times the merit of a place is when something goes wrong. After having a tune up and something not being quite right, they fixed me up and made sure I was spinning again right on the spot.Great shop. I will definitely buy my next bike at Liberty.

I had an issue with the brakes on my Schwinn bike I ordered online from Walmart. I wasn’t able to get in touch with anyone at Walmart to address the issue. I called Liberty Bell Bicycle and they told me to swing by and they would take a look at it ASAP. They fixed the issue in under 5 minutes. My business will be directed to Liberty Bell Bicycle from here on out instead of the faceless corporate abysses like Target and Walmart. You just cannot replace the small business customer service you receive at these gems of small businesses. Very much appreciated.

Got a flat from glass and particles on my way to Levittown PA. They got me in and out in a gif at the expense of my tire and inner tube which still had the glass inside

The people are very knowledgeable and friendly. I worked at my fathers bike shop in Scranton for a couple of decades and the people here are still able to teach me a number of service and maintenance procedures. They are kind to my 12 year old son too where they never ignore him when he walks in.

I’ve never experienced such professionalism in an equally objective sense of duty in a bike shop like this one. I brought my specialized stunt jumper to Liberty Bell after what I thought was ruined but they had my bike fixed completely and ready within the hour. The workers themselves are the best of company for the wait further amplifying my already satisfactory experience. You’ve gained a customer for life and I hope others see this and go to you guys for any pedaled vehicular needs.

$18 for a bicycle tube I went to Walmart got it for $8

Came in thinking my rim was bent but it was just a minor issue. The representative was very professional and greeted me with a friendly greeting and was very honest with the issue. He even fixed it very fast and I will be coming back here again because they seem like people you can trust.

Took my bike in for repairs but the bike I brought in for repairs I paid $50 for I bought off a buddy a couple of years ago but I never took it in to a bike shop for a tune up so I visit the bike but the repairs came to $175.00 and I just told them I would just buy a bike from their show room so I got a nice cannondale trail 8 with taxes came to 702.00 it rides nice and I used it to work for DoorDash 😃

So searching for a bike during the Covid19 outbreak has been adventurous to say the least. Most shops are sold out and unsure of when new bikes are coming in. I called several shops not knowing what kind of bike I would need for my riding style or what size and Liberty was one of those shops. Even though they didnt have anything in stock that fit my needs they were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and spent over 10 minutes on the phone with me pointing me in the right direction during my search. Thats outstanding customer service considering they didnt even have the right bike to sell me. They could have brushed me off but they didnt. Thats above and beyond. Thanks Liberty!

I showed up minutes before closing time which is pretty much closing time, however, the level of customer service I received was exceptional and exactly what I value most when it comes to choosing merchants.... I know the feeling of hating when last minute customers came into prior retail jobs and wasn’t always very nice. Maybe even mean if I’m being honest. Great experience buying a low end aluminum hybrid here. Excellent, chill, friendly customer service. Not pretentious at all. Best prices I found within an hour of Philly.After frustration at multiple other stores not having in stock the bike I was looking for, a stranger on the street who was riding one sent me here. Lo and behold, Liberty Bells price was 10% lower than everyone elses. I came up from South Philly and it was worth it. My call was pleasantly answered by John, who assured me the bike was in stock in one size and he would build the other size for me to try in case I stopped in. True to his word it was built and ready when I arrived a few days later where I was received in a friendly, attentive manner. I happily bought! He also offered a free one month check-up/tune-up, which I went back for today.

This is your ideal bikeshop: fully stocked and with mechanics who are knowledgable, empathetic and willing to go the extra mile. I am talking about John, Big John and Pat. I was struggling with something trivial as far as bike repairs go, but enormous to me because this was all that was standing in the way of my next ride... Which was causing me more and more frustration, because now my next ride will be tomorrow and not today as originally planned. Yet they stayed with me all the way. They took the time, they were compassionate, they were understanding of my own bike-repair shortcomings. I highly recommend Liberty Bell!

This is one of the best bike shops I’ve ever been to there service is the best and they have a great selection of bikes I’m happy to say I’m a regular customer there

They usually have what you need, however are over priced, cocky work staff, and have no common courtesy. For example I came in on foot with my bicycle expecting to ride it home after getting a new petal bar, and they wouldnt even tighten it for me, said they wanted $50 extra after I just spent $50 on parts for something that would take them literally 2 minutes. So customer service there sucks, but they have good parts.

Very knowledgeable staff, took the time to answer all of my questions while another staff member completed repairs on my bike the same day I brought it in.Will definitely use them again when I need additional work done on my bike.

I took like 4 weeks for them to do brakes then they said it was ready so we went there to pick it up and they said another 2 to 4 weeks when 3 days before it would be done very soon

I dont live too close to Liberty Bell, but the bike shops near me (in Cheltenham) werent giving me the greatest help, and ever since I found Liberty Bell about 6 years ago, the thought hasnt even crossed my mind to stop making the 25 minute drive.They are all incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and their stock is great, but most importantly they will never try to sell you something you dont need. Its easy for a bike shop to make a maintenance ignorant person spend a fortune, but Liberty Bell is is not only reliable but has encouraged and helped me to learn more about maintenance.Ive bought three bikes from them now. My brother and I got low priced hybrids for cruising the neighborhood when we were younger which still hold up excellently (especially thanks to tune ups from these guys). Recently I sold my hybrid and got a Cannondale Synapse from them (which was cheaper than it wouldve been anywhere else local, or even online) for more serious touring and couldnt be more thrilled with their advice in picking it and their assistance maintaining it.I just got back from a long bike tour with my Synapse on the West Coast and, let me tell you, most bike shops arent even a third as friendly, inexpensive, or helpful as Liberty Bell. Ive seen places cheat me to pathetic levels, even now that I know quite a bit about bikes. If every bike shop were Liberty Bell, touring would be a lot easier
