Super tight docks and overall not a good place to deliver.

Very tight spots at the dock...it reminds me of Domino in Yonkers. Those old facilities were made for smaller trucks. But the quick loading trumps all of that.

Decent amount of pull-up space but the doors are very close together. Walked to guard gate for paper at 4pm for a 5pm appointment. Called in my info and was called for a door at 430pm. Loaded and out the Erie gate at 6pm.Beware- if your GPS takes you turning right out the gate the entrance to route 1 is closed and puts you in non truck route hell. Update your GPS before leaving.

Best way to get here from hwy 276 take exit to US 1 south, make a left turn to Whitaker ave, and then left to E. Erie ave. Call before to get in here so they can check you in and not wait to long...

Didnt know you have to park on the side of the street to check in and wait for a dock assignment. Not much available either burn your clock up circling the block

This is the worst place ever. You have to park your truck in the busy street where is no place to park and if you go too far good luck coming back because all streets no truck. Then walk to security with their bad attitude to get a sign in form then you have to call the number on the form to check in then you have to drive to the other entrance on the other side of the building find park in the street then wait for them to call you. Too much hassle.

You have to be here at time of your appointment. They will not let in the yard and must find parking on the side of the road. You must get check in and get form from security guard before they even let go in all the information youll need to filled out is easy to understand. Must have form in back of trailer before backing or they wont load you without it. They take their time loading you...so expect to be here a good while. Backing is not bad but its very thigh. You must be really clear when giving your po# to the guard over the phone or they tell you that your not on the system. Bring Sankey or something to eat....

I will be avoiding this place with all I can. Union ran and it shows. Got here at 730 for an 8am, its now 315pm.I ended up leaving at 4pm unloaded and no word. Luckily my dispatcher is awesome and is gonna get me layover.

Wish there offload times would get better

First off it’s difficult getting to this place. Second you will have to wait for a door and you will have a hard time getting checked in. Especially if they aren’t accepting your po numbers

I tried to check in. Truckers are not allowed to enter to check into the guard shack, instead we have to wait on the very sketchy streets with alot of hood traffic while we check in. Guard house acts like I am some kind of A-hole for parking in front of the gate, the only place to park on the street. I get a speech that I am supposed to be here 1 hour early. Well hey, I booked the load only 1.5 hours ago, maybe they have a hard time booking trucks because truckers refuse to work here, im about to join that club today

Extremely dysfunctional company. They try to fit too large an operation in the space they have resulting in a nightmare for truck drivers. Employees are incompetent, unorganized, and work slowly. There is no phone number on Google, online, or on the bill of lading to contact the shipping Department and Coca-Cola corporate office was unable to help me find that information. Great way to devalue your name brand.

Parking on street... Nearly all the roads surrounding this location is marked NO TRUCKS then you have a long wait, sitting in a tight dock door(less than a foot between trucks), before they even start loading you. Only about 7 spots on road in front of gate. You must park somewhere and walk to shack, check with them, then walk to door 36 to walk in and check with Shipping/Receiving, fill out paper, go back to your truck til they call. Minus beating the traffic(for the most part) not really worth getting here too early. If your pressed for time, dont come here.....

Arrive at least 30 minutes early. I arrived on time to find out I needed to be two blocks down the road from the address on the BOL. Then I had to find a spot on the road to park and walk to the guard shack and then the receiving office. After waiting for the two people in front of me, I was now told that I was 30 minutes late even though I arrived on time.

Yesterday i delivered there. Despite the bad reviews, appt was for 11am, checked in 1030.Called me with a dock at 1200, by 12:45 i was out.Park on the street before you check.in.Kind of tight, its Philadelphia streets :)))
