My first time visiting this store and my experience was amazing! I walked in the staff was so knowledgeable and helpful ! I asked for what I was looking for they knew exactly what I wanted and pulled it right out! I was out in less than 5 mins! (Would have been sooner but I stopped to look around before checking out ) I got a gorgeous set of clip in extensions for a very fair price ! Overall I’m so happy I found this place it’s my new go to hair store !

I Looooovvveee this store..Ive been to a lot of beauty supply stores. None have the service they have at Beauty Time. I will pass 10 stores on my way from home to give them my business. My mom is a cosmetologist, and she has been going there for over 10 years.

My experience at beauty time is always pleasant...Mrs Kim makes you feel like family. My barber school was next door, she always greeted me and my classmates with smiles. Her discounts for professionals is satisfying. I drive from Jersey to 5694 rising sun ave just to do business with Mrs Kim. The store is always clean and the associate are always helpful. One thing that never cease to amaze me is she is very knowledgeable about her inventory. I can ask about a product and she will know exactly what aisle its located at.

This store has a very large selection. the hair care section has everything you may need. very clean and organized. the prices are very competitive especially on their human hair lace fronts.The 1 negative is some of their staff have very funky attitudes and avoid helping as if theyre doing you a favor. I dont ask for help so I can just enjoy the experience of browsing.

I went here to purchase hair for crochet Senegalese braids. I was trying to get help from an employee to match color but she had very limited knowledge. The store has good prices, however, limited selection of hair colors and not enough employees to help with purchases.

The warming greetings and assistance you receive walking in and the pleasant thank you and see you soon while walking out. If at anytime she doesnt have a product, shell order it, let you know the day the product will arrive and hold that product for you without hesitation. Out of all the beauty supply stores I have shopped, they have nothing on Beauty Time. My money is spent where I received respect and decency.
