The farmhouse bagel sandwich was good. I liked it better than the turkey sausage egg and cheese sandwich, surprisingly. Good customer service.

I come here and get the same thing every time. It makes sense that if you get something enough times, there are mistakes made here and there. And so far, they’ve been great with replacing the order on those rare occasions. Unfortunately, my order was made incorrectly last weekend, and I called to let them know, which is what I’ve done on those few occasions. The lady told me that she will speak to the manager and let me know. It’s been 5 days, and I haven’t heard back. I’ve tried calling them again (9 total attempts after speaking with her). No one has picked up the phone, and the mailbox is full so I couldn’t even leave a message asking for a call back. Not sure if there’s new ownership so the quality has changed or what exactly is going on, but 5 days to return a simple call is excessive. Not the service I’m used to at this place, which is unfortunate.Update: in response to owners response below, I tried calling the number. The number resulted in a message that said all communication is now done via email and mentioned different email addresses to stores such as Einstein’s bagels, brueggers bagels, etc. There was no email mentioned for Manhattan bagel, and there was no option to speak to a representative.

Delicious selection of bagels. Very tasty. Parking could be an issue to find. Staff is friendly. Their store product did not have some product as detailed online. Wait time was not long. You can enjoy your food inside with limited seating. Those with a covid vaccination do not need to wear masks inside. Follows CDC guidelines.

Nice place to buy breakfast sandwiches and sandwiches got lunch to order on bagels,buy muffins,slice cake cookies,hot or cold coffee,tea. Prices are reasonable.

Ppl on staff don’t read instructions or customizations, they just throw in whatever food and hope for the best. there are literal options to check for specific or additional items but they just do whatever the heck they want.

Tasty bagels, large variety of flavors and fast service when ordering bagel sandwhiches. Basic items are best here and the bagels have a nice, doughy consistency. Only outside you will find some proper seating, which is quite limited.

I got to philly late so most places were closed. This was the earliest breakfast I could find (7am) and that lox salmon bagel really hit the spot.

I ordered thru door dash. First time ever eating from there. Turkey bacon(extra), egg and cheese. I dont write to many reviews. And rarely negative. But I was thoroughly disappointed by the amount of egg, T bacon, and the unfresh bagel. Tasted like a T bacon, egg FLAVORED Sponge. smh.

Really good sandwiches and bagels. They move quickly to get through their orders. Chelsea chicken is a wonderful sandwich. I love their super cinnamon raisin bagels.

My first time ordering from here and I asked for Extra cheese and Onions and it was only a little for both. I ordered the Steak and eggs Bagel, if I would have known there was hardly no steak on my bagel for the price of $8.00 plus Tax I would have ordered Extra meat. I dont understand why it was hardly no meat on what I ordered and paid for.

Manhattan Bagel is my top choice for a bagel sandwich. 18th st. in Philly can NEVER get my bagel right. 5 times in a row. I ask for cream cheese and this is what I get. Are we in a cream cheese shortage or what. Disgraceful.

Lower quality than Einstein Bagels, and with so many local options idk why you would choose a corporate chain anyways. They dont make bagels throughout the day and when I got there at 10am they were out of several of the most popular already. Mediocre at best.

Manhattan Bagel has the best breakfast sandwiches around. This is the only place that they crack the eggs fresh. They also have a variety of cheeses and are great at getting the order correct every time.The coffee is pretty good as well.

There is a good amount of seating in here especially for the size of the restaurant. I wish the bagels had been bigger, more doughy and hotter. There needs to be more cream cheese initially. The vegetable cream cheese was not your normal, it’s ok- I would try a different one.

Food was super good, and the service was fast. I had the spinach and bacon croissant and I almost passed out. The medium roast vanilla and hazelnut coffee served me well. This is the spot to go if you are on the move, on a budget, and love good tasting food.

Went to Chestnut Street Philly Bagels around the corner. Nice people, good bagels. Stay away from Manhattan Bagel unless you like frustration.

Great customer service but the bagels aren’t hot like the sign says. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with butter and jelly . I asked for it to be toasted medium dark and it looked like they took it they the toaster Once and that was it . Smh I didn’t want to fuss or argue I just took my food and left . I won’t be revisiting tho. As a worker you know how you like your food and as a customer treat our food the same way you would want yours and if you see a dissatisfied customer make it right because you would want someone to make it right for you .

Usually pretty happy with me experience here, which involves a stop on the way home from work. Recently got the Nova Lox and was happy with the portions of salmon and capers. Im fairly certainly Ill be back. Staff is decent nothing to write home about, but they get the job done efficiently.

The name is not a lie! These New York style bagels are crispy and delicious, better than most Ive had in Philly which tend to be on the breadier side.

I went here today and as I was waiting for my food to eat in there, a roach was walking on the counter. I quickly got my food and left. The person that waited on me was really kind though.

The bagels are pretty good for Philadelphia, nothing too special. However the cream cheese spreads are excellent. Make sure to get there in the morning, the bagel choices in the afternoon are pretty slim.

No line, was waited on immediately, short wait for toasted bagels with butter, and back to the office. Slightly expensive for two bagels and a soda, but its Center City.Except the bagels I received were not the bagels I ordered. So I walked back to the place, asked them to make my order again, corrected them twice as they tried to make my order wrong, again. Made sure they didnt overcharge me, and back to the office.Toasted bagels with so much butter it stained the wrappers, the brown paper bag, the desk under the bag, my hands, and every key I touched on my keyboard.(If you really dig butter, or if you want to get 10,000 steps in every day, this may be a 2-star review for you.)

Disgusting. These are NOT New York style bagels. They are NOT fresh. Theyre not even good. Its expensive for no reason. You might as well just buy a pack of bagels from Walmart. I literally just came from here. I ordered a plain bagel toasted with extra butter. It was NOT toasted and the butter wasnt spread. The bagels are nasty. Dont waste your money. Im so aggravated. $2.80 wasted.

Amongst my food vices are bagels (mac n cheese and ice cream are on that list if were getting personal). So before Erin Express, I tried to line my body with some carbs and wake up with some iced coffee.Bagel - as everyone else commented, there was not enough cream cheese at all and the bagel wasnt as toasty as I like and almost stale.Coffee - The beans were so obviously burned which is the worst kinda way to f up a coffee.So meh, dont plan on returning.
