The staff here were so helpful. Im pregnant & my 12 yr old daughter & I had to walk to the location from our home in the heat. When we arrived the staff wouldnt allow us to walk back home & arranged a ride for us to get back home. I am so very thankful & blessed for the staff that helped us that day. I really appreciate it. My husband and I were on a road trip to VA when we heard scraping from our car. It turned out that the splash guard was hanging off partially. After our oil change at Honda the previous day the mechanics didn’t attach the splash guard. We went to FIVE different mechanics INCLUDING Honda but no one could help. We prayed and hoped Service King could help us and they sure did! The screws were still attached to the splash guard so they just screwed them back in no time! SUCH A LIFE SAVER!!! Chris was great and so helpful! Thank you, Chris for saving the day!

Amazing some of the cars they do even drive down the road straight. The frame bench isnt even used, not the measuring system. They should be doing full measurements of the vechicle. If your vechicle is in an accident, it definitely should be put on a measuring system. Other things that arent right is procedures, nobody ever pulls up The OEM Manufacturer s procedure on how to repair some of these vechicles... Im sure they have to be low on employees seems like 5 quit a month. Theres only 1 guy that was there for a good bit of time.

Service King provided the best body work and overall repair experience Ive seen to date. I am blown away by the responsiveness, quality of repair, timeliness and cleanliness of my car after the fact--what a nice touch! I cant speak to the price because another drivers insurance was paying for my repairs, but everything else was spot on. 10/10 would recommend.

So I brought my car to service king because my downstairs neighbor keyed my car because me and my girlfriend was have adult activities frequently at night after 12 o’clock. He was really up set. Short story we was making the bed rock. So he vandalized my car. Took it to service king. They did a amazing job. Service was fast. Only know Mr Mike from the essingtion branch in Philly. Told me to call him after thr paint settles if it needs to be buffed. Appreciate his customer service

The staff is very friendly and efficient. You are kept up to date with whats going on with your vehicle. The time frame that was given to me was actually earlier than what was anticipated. During COVID,you place a call when you arrive. They are prompt. I would use them again.

I had one of my cars fixed here a few years ago and had a great experience so I opted to try them again. The estimate process was short and easy. I pulled up, Melissa came out to assess the car and emailed the estimate to me within the hour. I highly recommend them.

So far, so good. I dropped my car off for an estimate and repairs. I expected it to take at least a half hour but it only took 5 minutes. Ill update once the repairs are done.

They didnt help me with estimate, unless they secure me as their customer and not go some place else . So I left without any service .

I arrived late and the location was closed. I was suppose to pick up my license plate as instructed by my insurance company. There were still some employees on site who assisted me even pass their operational hours. Thats in my book exceptional service.

My Honda suffered a bad rear end accident and I took it in to fix the trunk and bumper. They were early with the repairs, they will clean the interior and wash your car. They fixed some of the extra rust issues in the front of the car for free.

Staff are so professional. This is the first auto shop that repaired my car in less than a month. They fixed my car in one week and sent me text messages throughout the week on the status of my car. I was well informed from the moment the parts of my car was ordered to the moment my car was ready for its paint job. Im floored by the service! Im a customer for life

So I have a Chevy Cruze 2014 and I never been in a accident before until now. I did not have a place I preferred my r go to so I trust my insurance and went with who they use. My mom picked up my car for me because I was at work and she said they did an amazing job and the customer service was very very on point. My mom at first wanted me to go to her place of choice and is so happy I didnt. I am please with how nice the people are and how very professional they handle everything and the work speaks for itself.

Tree fell on my car. And Service King fixed it easy peasy. They work with my insurance company work was the quality staff very professional. If I ever need work done on my car I will always go to service game.

Whoever worked on my car at service king did a horrible job after getting rear ended took my car to service king excepting good work to be done instead i had to take my car back 3 times. I was told that there was damage before I had the accident which no there was no damage before I was hit. Found out when i got my car home the parts service king put on my car were used and the bumper support was rusted .I was told it was rusted before the accident so nothing they can do. Which after complaining about it they ended up painting the cover. I get my car back a second time and screws are missing and caps to my truck were missing bring it back again. Fixed the problem after they complained. And also just this past weekend it was raining i look at the trunk of my car and its like a faucet . They use recycled parts to fix cars thinking thats ok to do because they think people dont check there work when there done! If you have or need work done dont take it to service king. Also my hatchback leaks everytime it rains.
