Communication was terrible from the start. Had to call multiple times every day nobody would call back had to go down in person to see about progress they told me they were waiting on parts. Picked up my car there was overspray all over my car. Damage that was supposed to be fixed was never done. Found new parts in the inside my glove box where there was change taken and a laptop from the back trunk. They never put the letters tellaride back on my front hood. They put the old broken brackets and parts on my car instead of new ones.A couple other problems. I know this sounds unbelievable I would not believe it myself but heres some photos. I was wondering why I was rushed to pay first before looking over my vehicle. had to pay first then they brought my vehicle outside to me. My insurance company also called them and they did not have much to say. Now I have to take my vehicle to another shop and have them fix all the stuff they did not do. by the way there was a small area where the paint was already peeling. Also a couple other issues. Obviously they did not have any quality control to look over my vehicle before it was brought out to me how the person who brought it out to me did not see all the stuff. Well keep everybody posted.I keep remembering more things to post they also got overspray on the inside of my headlights and told me to take it to a Kia dealership and ask for warranty to replace them LOL I am very sad extremely sad and disappointed with this company. This is not a personal or slander this is all the truth I had a friend with me. have many more pictures. Insurance company told me after I have repairs completed anything left over to send to DeSimone. The one thing that did look very good and well done was the windshield.

They saw me on the side of the road and convinced me to cancel my AAA tow in favor of this shop. Since i was in distress i agreed since they appeared to be close to my business. They moved my car without my consent to their north philly location and then LOST MY CAR. They never told me they moved it and then held my car for days until they opened again and that when i found out they LOST MY CAR. Do not use them!

Repair is okay — just okay.Communication was lacking (phone call was promised and never made, and when I showed up later that day, a touchup was quickly thrown on the car)Worst was that I was insulted by an employee who addressed me in a very inappropriate way while apparently trying to get my attention to ask if I needed water.Id never go back here, even if it is within walking distance.

I cannot rate Desimone highly enough. To start, I had a dent in my KIA which I took to Nigras Autoshop to get looked at and they told me would be a few thousand. When they came and looked again they told me 3-4 thousand. I went to Desimones for a second opinion and it was the best decision I made all year. First of all, they were extremely courteous, understanding, and willing to work with me regarding my insurance (and lack thereof). Secondly, they ended up quoting me at 1,000$!!! Literally the next autoshop was going to charge me four times that. Not only were there prices incredible, they did a fantastic job with my car, worked quickly, were communicative the entire time, and their customer service and culture cannot be beat. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough. I, and everyone I know with car issues from now on, will be giving them my business. 5 stars is not enough.

This place is great, they work magic. My car is like new, and they also helped me out by getting me a discount. Could not be more pleased.

Avoid at all costs. It took them a week past the estimate to complete my car. When I went to pick it up half the work they were paid to do had not been done. There was body work that was completely neglected. They were supposed to replace a few wheels and they just polished the damaged ones. They were supposed to replace siding on one side of the car and instead they just ripped the siding off the other side to make it match. They promised to fix everything they had not done but upon returning they had not and still tried to pass off damaged parts as new. It has been a month and the paint they did put on the car is already peeling. Theyre actually criminals. My experience made me angry enough to seek legal action. This place should be shut down.

Not happy at all... got a great quote but the service is the worst. Planned a date for my car to have 2 strips spayed plus a dent on the back panel. Was informed the it will take approx 3 days . When I Brought my car in was told a different story now it will be a week. I then noticed after that for 2 days my car was just moved obviously to get to another car as I have the T mobile app on my phone . Called a week later for an update was told that the work had just started and that they were in a great time frame, while at the same time my hubby on the line with another person who told him that no work had been done yet ...smh They don’t call you with any updates you have to call them, numerous times and then the phone will just keep ringing. I will keep you updated as how good the work is as this is not an insurance claim .

The worst place ever to take your car. We had an accident and they came to tow our car saying that they Will cover everything and made sure the car is all good before we got it back. They took more than a month to fix it, and by the time we went to get our car back, the hood of the car doesn’t close properly, the back bumper ain’t all fixed, after being paid almost 13000$ from our insurance company, they still said the insurance didn’t pay for it. They never call you, and when you call, they said they were waiting for spare parts, then another time we needed a new battery??? Our car was new too. Then we needed new tires and blah blah blah. Anyways finally they gave us our car with some things that still needed to be done, our cleaning stuff missing and no detailing as they said they did. Horrible experience!!!!

This is by far the worst place to buy a car. They have junk. Its too expensive. They are liers. Even with a warranty they still dont fix the problem. They do not tell you about the problems with the car. They have check engine lights that come on a day or so later. This place should be shut down. Speaking with a lawyer now. He said the same thing.

Coming back from vacation and was in an accident tow truck driver was there and was assisting immediately. Very friendly staff willing to work on vehicle and complete work on it before insurance even wrote out a check. Lou and his team are very good at updating you. I was able to get a rental there at a VERY VERY reasonable rate. The owner himself contacted me to update and inform me of progress. The day I went to pick up the vehicle the person who does the paper work was out sick, they worked around that since I live further away so I wouldn’t have to come back. The work they did on the vehicle is amazing they went over and above on repairs, I greatly appreciate the time they spent to make my vehicle brand new again.

I couldnt be happier with the service and results from the collision repair for my Mercedes Benz. They make you feel like family, and go way above and beyond to earn your business. I will never go anywhere else for service or repair. They provided me with a rental car during the repair process. One Saturday I locked the key in the trunk! Knowingly sold me a car with a bad tire, and, when I inquired about it before purchase they said not to worry and that it would go out. When the light did not clear and I brought the vehicle back they told me that it was an issue with the tpms. Not so. I took it to the Toyota dealership and they told me the tire was indeed bad. Now I have to spend more money. In addition my car was never properly detailed and they wouldn’t give me floor mats. Typical shady car salesman. Wouldn’t recommend.

This was the worst auto shop experience Ive ever had. They told me an appointment wasnt necessary when I called but took my car in later than when I was told over the phone. They also asked me if Id be willing to just trade my car into them since it was a popular make and model, and wasnt in the best condition. I did not drive an hour one way to trade in my car. Then, instead of investigating the problem I has asked them to, they claimed there was another, more expensive problem that needed to be attended to, but they didnt have the part. Four hours later they told me the part was in transit and would be here soon, and after it was fixed they could look at my original complaint. I told them it wasnt necessary anymore, seeing as Id spent 4 hours here already and they had done no work on my car. As I type this I am still sitting in their waiting room, with no word or estimate on my car. And to top it all off, their bathroom door doesnt lock, and one of their employees just walked in on me without even so much as knocking. Im never coming back.

On top of all that, I had to replace two tires that were bad. I took my car to the dealership to get inspected and they uncovered that the vehicle was involved in a accident and someone fixed it. 907 usd for a less than 10 miles towing + outdoor car storage of 7 days is not fair.The items of the bill show ridiculous activities like: cleaning (I was there and they did not clean anything), internal handling etc.I called to ask for a reduction and they even got hungry justifying the extremely high prices with the high rent that they have to pay for the shop. I got into my first accident about 3 weeks ago and even tho I was not at fault, I was nervous about the damages. However, I am extremely greatful that Desimone took care of me once i step foot in their door. They help me file my claim and walked/guided me through all steps i needed to take. They also gave me a rental car free for 5 days and gave me a voucher to get my next inspections done, FREE of cost! ALL of my body damages are fully repaired. I just got my car today and it looks AMAZING. They did such a great job on my rear bumber and the paint job was awesome. My car literally looks brand new again. Im glad to have such a great team and company work on my car. They are extremely nice from the time I walked in to the time I left out the lot with my car. I will recommend this place to anyone that needs repairs and/or service for their car. They will definitely take good care of you :)

I got into an accident in Philly and these people showed up and said they’d fix my car up. One of their employees stole my citalopram (useless meds if you don’t take them daily for a month+) from my center console. They overcharged me and did a subpar job. Cannot trust them and would NEVER recommend. They drag Philly down by their actions.

Work on the car turned out well, but they claimed to have washed and detailed the car, which wasnt true. Smudges and dirt both inside and out, and a large grease stain on my driver side rear door that I cant get off the paint. The rental also costed slightly more than they initially said. Put a bad taste in my mouth.

Service was ok. Repairs needed to be redone wasnt satisfied. Had to call them to see if part had been received. Ive worked with more efficient shops. Wasnt a recommended shop with USAA Insurance and will go with the recommended shop next time.

I had gotten into an accident about a few weeks ago and my car needed a lot of work. The guys at DeSimone Body Shop worked tirelessly to get my car looking brand new again. The owner G was very understanding and even worked with me to pay the deductible and gave me his card to call him if ever I gotten into another bad situation. These guys are best.

I bought a Lexus here, didn’t negotiate the price at all!! After I bought it and washed it myself there were scratches on the front number of the car and had to get the tires changed within 2 months of having the car because they said they have a tire rating and if it passes that rating they don’t change them and when I changed them all the tire wires were showing and when I called them to tell them they said it wasn’t there fault. They be selling cars that are not safe for the roads so make sure you double check your car with everything from body to tires and to engine!

Had my first accident and they took care of my 2011 Ford Fusion, they gave my car back clean and brand new. Took a month, I was angry but I forgot it takes time when your car need certain parts and they have to order it. The order takes a while and they have make sure your car is good to go. The rental was alright, and ran smooth from A to B, I would come back if I get into another accident.

Let me start this off by saying Alvin General Manager is very arrogant in his young age but you live and learn that arrogance doesnt get you far in life, especially in the business world but maybe he is paid to be that way. So my husband and I walked in Desimone this afternoon to get a vehicle that Ive been looking at online for quite sometime, we were going to do an all cash offer, the young man oggy was who showed us the car and off the back before we even got in, he said let me point something out to you ( The top of the dash was cracked) his words exactly but if you get it we will fix it at our expense.So we drove it, I liked it with the exception of a few minor things we pointed out but I still wanted it. We drew up the numbers and then it came down to literally $300, Iggy had $26700, (he said he only could give me $700 for my vehicle because it had a salvage title) I told him if he could make it $26400 we had a deal. He took it back to his GM and he said ok, I then asked him(oggy) when the were going to fix the crack. His response was I thought the point of negotiating the $300 was because of the crack and dents, I said no that $300 was solely the price of the vehicle, I asked to speak to the GM myself so that there would be nothing lost in translation. Oggy then made the offer of me buying the part and them putting it on for free, I said to him dont make offers you cant authorize.He went to get the GM and a few moments later Alvin was at the desk, with a look on his face of irritation because he was asked to come out. First thing he said was there seems to be miscommunication, this price I agreed to was in lieu of the fixing the cracks and dents. I explain to him how Oggy said it would be fix at the dealers cost, Alvins response with a snarky look on his face was Why would I fix it after taking $300 off I couldnt believe his attitude. I said because thats what your worker said the dealer would do. Then I went on to explain to him how Oggy said if I brought the part which would be around $130 they would put it on for free ( which I told Oggy the moment he said that to stop making deals hes not authorized on) he then responded and said Im not fixing anything for theses numbers it doesnt make sense while extending his hands out .. my husband looked at me and said lets go! We told him have a nice day and walked right out. We are now at the Chevy dealer in delware county and I got exactly what I wanted and even 2 years younger and had not a crack or dent.Everything happens for a reason !

Sooo, I had my very 1st real accident two weeks ago. :^((( I was in Center City and the shop couldnt be closer. After handling all of the business with the cops - I was free to go But I didnt know what to do. I couldnt drive the car. I was hit on my right side door, bumper & tire! Im stressed, late for work & worried sick... The tow truck driver was there in NOOOO time..... even before the cops (SMH!). My car was towed, The lady running the front desk Alison took care of me from there! She dealt with the insurance company, me & provided car updates, as I waited with supplied coffee, bagels with cream cheese ( Im hungry when stressed...heeheee). Even though, they couldnt verify my Insurance - the OWNER still entrusted me with a rental car that day (no out of pocket expense)! I was so appreciative. My car insurance situation was resolved & they requested I get a different car. So Alison took car of the switch from one car to another without any effort or concern from me. I just had to be there.My CAR LOOKS AMAZING and it run like new again!! - 2013 Toyota.Sorry Alison, but if I every have another accident - I will need you to hold my hand again.Thank you for your general support, concern & care!

Good luck trying to call this place. They answer the phone hello like its a residence and then wont answer if a cars available until you answer their screening questions. Then when you hang up, they harass you by calling repeatedly. Had to threaten to call the police if it continued. Id stay far away from these bottomfeeders.

We when for a buffing service to our car and they didnt. just clean water the kid used barely use . even the desimones owner apologized for the poor service.

Repaired everything after a year, came back with random scratches just glad they finally fixed my car properly with no screw ups the 5th and final time thanks guys.

Never take your car to this body shop ever to had my car for mores than three weeks put the car back together in the last week bumper was loose headlight was loose wiring not connected I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to go there they just unprofessional they just looking to get money and do whatever to your vehicle

HORRIBLE customer service especially by the owner Gene Desmione. I was personally cursed at by the owner after being lied to. Do not buy a car there you will be sorry!
