Superb service! They replaced my driver side mirror after the glass was shattered. Mike was incredibly professional at every step of the way, offering me options and communicating in a timely manner. The waiting area is clean and they provide free K-cup coffee to you. If you live in West Philly and your Toyota has been in a collision, I would highly recommend Paul Bros.

Came into Paul Brothers and Addaie immediately helped me out. The insurance company of the at fault driver was attempting to give us both the run around and Addaie made sure that they took care of everything.I left them with a cracked bumper (in photos) including backup camera malfunction, and damage to the overall locking and lid of the trunk.I was setup with a rental car that day and left out of there.When I got my car back she looked beautiful (also pictured) The body work they did was incredible and the personable service is something that will have me coming back when needed but also recommending to others.

This is my first time using Paul brothers auto body shop and I was a little nervous about going there since it was my first time. They came through with getting my car taken in for repairs and with the rental. They really Showdown by delivering my car on schedule as they promised and made the whole process seamless. Making an appointment over email and then phone was easy, and they kindly looked over my car and advised me - I didnt end up needing any body work done but will go back if I ever do!

Great Place to take your car to, they do good work and they are very helpful. Our daughters car was stolen and wrecked and they did a great job repairing it making it look like new again, then a month latter a hit and run and they did another great job. They get the jobs done in a timely manner and high quality comes with it. They are very easy to work with and made the process very easy and they worked well with insurance and helped them when needed. Wouldnt go anywhere else and if you need body work go here, you wont regret it!

I came in without an appointment. My headlight covers were covered with dirt . I thought I would have to replace the covers. In less than 30 minutes the headlights were buffed so clear they are like new! To top that, there was no charge !! Now I can drive safely at night. Thank you Paul Brothers Auto.

I wanted to find a quality place to take my car to but when i called on the phone to get more information the person i spoke with was very rude and even proceeded to hang up on me....i dont know too much about this company but outside of quality work customer service is 🔑.weather Im using my insurance or paying out of pocket I deserve the same respect...if ur losing customers your losing money.

Just got my car back couple days ago and these guys did a fantastic job. My car had server back bumper/body damage and it was fixed with in a few weeks. Service was easy, and the car looks/feels brand new. I believe they did a full detailing both inside and out which was a huge plus!

Parking is poor but their service is fantastic. Nice helpful people on the inside that assisted me every step of the way. And my problem got solved with no conflict. Its useful that it is only a few blocks from the market line as well.

As one example of their great work ethic and professionalism, I had some insurance work done recently where the front bumper was replaced. They not only did the required repair work beautifully but spent time restoring my front headlight lenses without any additional cost to me. My mint condition Honda CRV now looks perfect! There was severe communication break down between the shop and my insurance company would could have taken at least 2 weeks took almost 6! However, my car looked absolutely amazing the wait was definitely worth it! I would recommend this company but encourage you to be firm and upfront.

Just had a really great experience with Paul Brothers Auto Body. Accident was on the ice a long way from home..they arranged the tow, handled all the conversations with my insurance company (for the first claim, and then when additional damage turned up during the repair, handled the second as well), juggled the car back and forth to the Toyota repair shop nearby for the engine work and did a great job on the auto body...ensured I came out whole even when my rental replacement coverage fell a bit short. Courteous service, good folks.

I randomly came across this place through google when I hit my car on a wall. The collision team, especially Don, helped me right away and kept everything professional. Unfortunately for me I was hit the day after I payed for the the prior parts, so again they helped me out and ordered other parts on top of the other damages. The car was done in a timely manner and I had no issues.Part 2 consisted of a quick battery change, they had everything done within 15-20 minutes and again, they were friendly and professional. I highly reccomend this place and had a wonderful experience with them.

The professionals at Paul Bros Auto Body are very helpful. They did a great job with the repairs (fairly quickly), and were very understanding and flexible when rescheduling (on my part) was necessary. I was very impressed with the overall experience, and will definitely use them again in the future if need be.

This place is amazing!!!!! I had a collision that left my bumper out of place and my grill broken. There was a bottom piece hanging as well. The gentleman at the front was nothing but kind and helpful. My experience here was beyond what I expected and if I’m ever in an accident again (hopefully not) I will not hesitate to come here.

They are great and did an amazing job on my truck. My truck was hit in the middle of the night while parked by a couple of drunk females and then drove away. Hit and run..SMh paul bros was so nice and fast and you cant tell at all that my truck was hit.

I am thrilled with Paul Bros service! Originally I was referred to them because I was rear ended and the other insurance company recommended I use them. While I wasnt thrilled that I was being asked to use someone Ive never used before, it wound up being the best thing! They were so accommodating even though I am super busy and mostly unorganized! My car was only 2 months old when I brought it in for work but it looked even better than the day I bought it when I got it back to Paul Brothers! AND when they say that they guarantee their work, they really mean it!
