Very very sweet and informative secretary and front office staff.... was very helpful to me with all the paperwork. And arranging a rental car.. Excellent Paint work second to none all work done was excellent and in a very short time frame.I left my car on Monday and work was finished Wednesday and I picked up my car .

Best shop ever! I called early one morning Christina answered very clear and understanding. Dropped my car off that day and she gave me a ride to get a rental! Her dad gave me an estimate but said he’ll let me know if that number will change once they really take my car apart. Left my car there knowing it was in good hands just from that act of kindness. She kept me updated and even called me a few days before my car was ready and told me it’ll cost less than what my insurance initially told me. Even got my car done early and I was able to pick it up looking brand new! Thank you so much for taking great care of me and my vehicle ! First time I ever had this kind of of an experience with a body shop! They are all awesome

I can’t not say enough great things about this body shop! I brought my car in with damage around the whole car and as a young single girl I was nervous they were gonna try and take advantage of me and rip me off but instead they gave me a fair price for the amount of work I did not feel robbed at all. They finished my car so fast too and the body work and the paint was perfect!!! I honestly can not say enough great things about this place. The father and daughter made me feel like family from the minute I walked in the door. I would recommend this body shop to anyone who ever needs work done!! Thank you guys for all you do! Although I hope to not need work done again if I do this is the only place I would go from now on! If you reading this review and looking for a honest reliable body shop to do great work I hope you choice them because they will not disappoint at all!!

This man was the nicest man I ever had work my car! I was rear ended, my car was a mess! They fixed everything and more! they said it would be ready in four days and i picked it up in four days. never had a problem! my father couldnt even tell where i was hit. they did a great job! i hope i am never in another accident but if i am the only place i will taking my car is to these guys. Great work and service!!!

I am 50 years old, and I lived in South Philly most of my life and dealing with an auto body shop has been always an experience I dislike. For once, it was a real simple experience and my car looks even better. I cant believe it; but it does.I was referred by a friend to try Johnnys body shop; he paints the best; I was told. Well I called Papas to check on my car, it was all ready for pick up and I found it detailed like better than new.Thanks, John! You made a bad month into a good one!
