Mark and Sherry are absolute gems! When my car was hit, they were referred to me by someone else who used them and were happy. I spoke with Mark and he sent a tow truck immediately to come and pick up my vehicle! I was kept in the loop the whole process and he even had personal contacts for the insurance company we were dealing with, which helped expedite extra things needed. Due to a lack of cooperation from my insurance company, my vehicle lived at this establishment for 29 days. However, the team at Mars National Collision persevered with a combination of patience and professionalism. Now my car looks better than it did on the day I bought it brand-new from the dealer.
