The World Affairs Council of Philadelphia hired Mondo Media Solutions to outfit our office space with an a/v system for on-site hybrid meetings and smaller events (70 people) that we could livestream to a larger online audience. The work that Mondo did from the first consultation about what we were looking for up until the install and training on using the new system was nothing short of professional and timely. We really enjoyed working with their team. In particular, we felt like Mondo made sure to understand exactly what we wanted out of the A/V system, and they were sure to ask about our previous pain points in our former system so they knew what to avoid. Mondo didnt try to oversell us on items or equipment that we didnt need or wouldnt know how to use, and made sure to stay within our budget. The installation process was quick and the system looks great. We also felt like the training process was helpful to our staff, and their offers for future help should we need are greatly appreciated.I would recommend working with Mondo Media Solutions to any other company, large or small, for finding the right fit for a new A/V system.

Mondo did an excellent job installing a new streaming system at our church, which included an updated mixer and microphones. From the initial site survey and estimate to the actual installation, the technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, and pleasant. They also did a great job cleaning behind themselves as they went along. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any future projects.

Nik and Nate were GREAT!! Our church needed a tuneup to our sound system. We called them and they came out in 3 days to work on our system! They were professional/ knowledgeable/ fast and efficient! We would recommend them to anyone looking for great service! They get a A+

We had a sound system installed by Nik and the guys from Mondo Media Solutions just last we and I have to say, it is fantastic!!!!! Nik was very patient through the process of designing what we needed for our house and always offered solutions when we tweaked what we wanted to achieve. He was always available to answer questions either by phone or text. We have kickin’ Bose speakers out on our porch where we spend so much of our time and now even more so because the quality of sound makes us want to be there all the time. Legit, it sounds like the bands are on our porch! They installed a Sonos speaker in our kitchen, which opens into the living room, and that one speaker fills the whole space and sounds amazing! The two systems can operate together or independently and all from our phones or laptop. Whatever music platform we have can interface with the system. Love Love Love it!!!! We are so glad we had our system installed professionally and the quality of sound has changed the whole vibe of our house. Already thinking of adding another speaker in my office! I found this company on the web and then contacted for our very urgent service needs. Within a short period of time, the company dispatched a technician to our location to troubleshoot the system.
