I would give it negative stars if possible. I had a return which I tracked and they received it on March 5th. I have tried multiple times to get my refund back but they do not respond to phone calls or emails. Dont use them unless you know exactly what you need as the return policy is a joke.After this review they were very quick to refund my money.

I have bought a lot of cables and a few other more generic or Cmple branded products and so far I have been extremely impressed with product quality and customer service. To start the cables are priced realistically and there is just enough options for what is realistically needed. Interactions with customer service have always been extremely pleasant. Lastly on cables the quality and warranty far exceeds the price point, I have cables that I bought more than 3 years ago still working perfectly daily.I want to quickly mention the other non cable products I have bought. It is mostly more of the same as above adding the quality control and bar are seriously high. Everything Ive bought so far has impressed me so much they have absolutely earned my business time and time again which isnt an easy feat.If I could give Cmple 6/5 stars I would without a second thought.

This place is around the corner from me. Yet I just found out about them now, and by total accident through Amazon. I probably have even bought from them through Amazon, and like a schmuck waited for it to be delivered,, when I could of just went around the corner (literally!!) to get em. The day I found out about them I went back like 4 times for more cables, theyre amazing cables for pennies! From now on any cable I need I check their website first, used to be Amazon, now its Cmple. Im so happy to have this in my area, tailor made for me, I always need some weird cable in a weird size. Now Ill just go around the corner to get em. AWESOME!!

This Company is a joke. i think all the good posts are fake.ordered a item they lied that it was sent.then resent it, still waiting22days and to get a refund I have to refuse the item and wait till it gets to them to get refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
