The lady that was running the store wouldnt get off the phone to help a potential cash paying customer. Took my business elsewhere. Very rude

Ordered a dryer with a narrow entryway, they took it apart and put back it together (for a small fee) in the area where I needed it and removed the old dryer. They saw that I had an old washer that was in my yard and they took that as well. I would definitely recommend them, very efficient and didnt take all day.

Horrible experience. I can not even get a hold of the store I have to speak to a translator that of which I do not need a translator because I speak Spanish well enough. The lady at the store would not issue a refund on a product they have not yet delivered due to miscommunication. I am still waiting on my delivery since 9am they dont know if they can get to me

Horrible experience, purchased a refrigerator and it needed repairs after 1 month, they dont want to repair it and they took my old refrigerator and probably sold it, so Im stuck with a refrigerator that dont work and Im out of $180.00

At one point I thought they are very nice, but in reality it is a mask, they are liars and after you buy them they do not provide the repair service because the products they sell only last a few days longer than the guarantee they give (I know they are second-rate things hand but they come out very bad) also the lady who attends does it reluctantly, she shows laziness and to complete one arrives at the site and the beauty is not there, 15 or even 20 minutes pass for it to appear arriving from the street I do not know where it is what happens. That was my experience buying from this business.
