No refund, no exchange in over 30 days bad business, arrogant owner ready to take this guy to court for $ 350 dollars, went to this store as last resort, never again, stay away. Won the court case, got a levy on the store from the sheriff, still no refund. He wont take the card just cash so his bank account cant be traced, he knows the law in Philly is weak.

Walked in to ask how much a refrigerator was. Owner told me to wait and proceeded to ignore my question as I stood there for 20 minutes.

Run!Used, reconditioned appliances, 30 days warranty, no serviceand no customer service!got a fridge, broke down after 20 days, broke down again in 2 weeks-was out of warranty.they refuse to fix it?lost $500, went to HHGregg, paid another $500 and got new fridge!!!!
